"The Cole Memo was not a federal law and did not alter the DOJ's authority or discretion to enforce federal drug laws, which discretion continued after the Cole Memo was adopted in 2013. Accordingly, iAnthus' management believes the rescinding of the Cole Memo does not indicate any specific change in DOJ enforcement policy. There is no new policy that directs or demands the U.S. Attorneys to prosecute individuals in states where marijuana programs are legal. U.S. Attorneys will continue to have the same wide prosecutorial discretion that they had prior to today.
The regulated marijuana industry has created tens of thousands of American jobs and provided hundreds of millions of dollars in needed tax revenue to state and local governments, while at the same time serving to disintermediate the black market that has existed since the beginning of the federal marijuana prohibition. Turning the clock back twenty years and re-opening the door to criminal cartels is counterproductive and serves no practical purpose. In addition, the federal government has traditionally relied upon state and local law enforcement in the area of marijuana enforcement, given the federal government's limited resources and prioritization of serious harmful drug offenses that do not involve marijuana. In states where the voters have adopted regulated medical and/or adult use marijuana programs, there is little reason to believe that state and local prosecutors and law enforcement will prioritize assisting in the enforcement of federal law pertaining to state licensed marijuana operations.
For all of these reasons, we would expect that today's action will have little or no material impact on federal prosecution priorities in states that have adopted regulated medical and/or adult use marijuana programs. We believe that regulated businesses that scrupulously comply with applicable state laws and regulations need not be alarmed by today's events, and we intend to continue to make it our highest priority to instill a culture of strict compliance at each of our regulated cannabis operations throughout the United States.
It is worth noting that the President has clearly indicated in the past his support for medical marijuana and the rights of the states to decide their own policies in the area of marijuana legalization, just as the states have the power to regulate -- and tax -- the alcohol and tobacco industries.
It is also worth noting the overwhelming support among the American people for regulated marijuana and the rights of the states to decide for themselves what their marijuana laws should be. Recent polling data shows that 94% of the American electorate supports medical marijuana, and 64% support adult use laws, including a majority Republicans. Additionally, 76% of American voters, including 72% of Republicans, believe the federal government should not interfere with the rights of states to determine their own marijuana laws, according to survey data published by Gallup in October 2017.

I have to agree with you for a year I've been sitting on a very large chunk and day after day week after week same s*** different day promises and nothing comes about an old just hold on for a little longer also just a little more news although this will be settled and news will be out I'll clearly State again that my money would have done more for me in a piss-poor one and a half percent return savings account at a local bank chew on that one and as far as investing $20,000 to hold 1% I'd Rather Have My Money working for me not out there being stagnant
totally agree with that statement... there is absolutely no way that the government will let this type of Revenue go and Jeff sessions isn't that powerful he can't control Germany he can't control Canada he can't control Australia or Israel or Asia the world really doesn't give a flying f*** what Jeff sessions does. Had I sold yesterday and had been sitting on a lump of cash today I would be gulping this and every other position I have like it was free milk.

Sizzling 6 that's too funny I've got to come up with a name for my portfolio I think I'm going to call it hide the capital gains from the United States government fund
Well this one in my portfolio is definitely a head-scratcher today with almost everything that this one holds is up yet this one goes down $0.09 it just doesn't make sense to me so I'm going to look into this one to find out what the hell is going on
I agree with that statement sideways until filings. People will still talk up but it is what it is.
.008 .009 .008 .009 ZZZZZZ
Thank you for the response.
I definitely will keep an ear to the heartbeat of this court thing Jan 15th.
I see some new interest in the market on this. CRWG...
Well that's fantastic MPX should be an easy pick for someone.

Is that per gram or per share yes I'm kidding can you give me any insight on crowdgather I don't know why I pulled the trigger on it again today.
Hello I'm just wondering if anybody can give me some insight or information on crowdgather if it's a dead company or if it's something for future I'm in a hold pattern with it with a bunch of shares
I've been watching this stock for a year now for some reason I pulled the trigger again on crowdgather but I can't find really positive news on either one can you give me any insight thanks
As a single dad I'm happy with 10 fingers and 10 toes as an investor in MPXEF I'm happy it's a Green Day
That's funny in Scottrade I can't use a stop loss or a limit sell on an OTC stock so I just don't even bother I'm just enjoying the ride from what I bought it at a long time ago and having fun.
Emhtf emerald green
I do have one problem no matter where I look whether it's Yahoo or Google or Bing or MarketWatch or any of the other investor blogs it seems like the information about this company is so old 2008 2010 maybe maybe some thing in 2014 and 16 and then nothing tell me where to look to find out where my money is sitting thank you
Low volume, huge upward movement. John your face is everywhere I feel like I know you... If I am in Florida I will look you up to sell me my next property.
Phivida not avail thru Scottrade yet. I can purchase thru broker for up charge.
I think I could project how it's going to go... a massive insider dump on all the holders just like last year.
I still hold shares but got caught like others as a bag holder. Try sending an email or calling the company see what happens.
I can't wait to dump this dog with fleas so I don't have to look at it in my positions.
That statement alone cracked me up.... Early this morning picked up a large snack of this to add to my positions feeling warm and fuzzy about this. I hold all these as individual positions but the price is great and will grow as the USA lines up and falls in line with northern neighbors. Our government will never block anything that will make them money. (Sad but true). This is a winner from the get go...
MPXEF
My streamer looks like it's on hold anybody else? and is there any reason I hope it's great news I certainly could use this thing to do more than 008 & 009 and more would not be .007
Picked up another 60 thousand today as a snack I sure as hell hope this thing doesn't just disappear
Well Will you look at that .008 unbelievable and I thought .009 Oh this is a mover and a shaker.
I'm so happy I can hardly count all the advances that this has done... All of my cannabis positions have had a combined 930 % increase for the year this has remained consistent and yielded nothing except a loss.
Wait it made commission for Scottrade.
I guess that's something.
I have a thought .008 or .009 or .008 or .009 then market close for 2017... Opens up for 2018 at .009 then .008 then .009 then .008 close maybe close at .009.
You go thanks for that information
This has done nothing since 2015. What makes you think it will go anywhere?
Oh look .008 no look .009 no wait .008 hold on .009 oops back to .008
Day in and day out.... S.S.D.D.
Yes, I have shares in this company.
Just figured I would add that so you didn't think I was just a hater trolling.
Have you done research into this company? Or tried making one phone call to the # listed as the company # I think the Google map picture of the company location sums up the future of MYHI.
Look I still own shares but to me this is a dog with flea's. Just don't get caught on a one day dump of insider purge.
I remember when looking at .42 US per share and feeling like a king when it went to .56 per share.
now look at us. Big pants area. ACBFF Thank you for the future.
I do agree with that thought, the "newer" or "smaller" or "first time investor" feels much more secure not using all their money on higher priced shares. I have younger aquaintances (26 years and below) that are just getting into the market with a few thousand dollars and would look for the strength of ACBFF but not the price of the other 3 bigs. The huge story will be when the Pharmaceutical companies come to take over the whole industry. Or try to take over. I am happy to have a position in this company and will always talk to people about the opportunity available in the cannabis investing industry.

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, I wouldn't look any horse in the mouth. But why the drop? We should be able to hold the line. Who is selling and why? Inquiring minds want to know.
I like the Beastly chart line you got out there.
Dollar bills firmly applied to any affected area always makes the injured feel better. Ask any lawyer.
Hell looking at VFFIF and EMHTF and knowing the market size I feel great right now.
Damn good Family to be in.
Hey feeling bad about getting out of a position (not that you are feeling bad). I dumped 6700 shares of NXTTF to buy some dogs with fleas then paid commission to get out of those. The highlight of my career:
This year, around late Aug., I couldn't wait to "DUMP" twmjf @ $7.00 US per share for a loss just to get "out of it" and put my money where it would do something other than sit below where i purchased for...
Just today I looked at the price as I do every day and almost threw up.
Go figure. Never look back never trade with emotion don't regret the past and always project positive.
Today my positions are at a 72% return. I have tripled my initial cash investment. The most important thing is the knowledge that I have gained through this whole thing.
It will be very interesting to see who they bring on and what market cap will be seen as overvalued for this ETF. I usually pick and choose the individual players myself after lots of DD and some finger crossing. Are they all US companies? Is there a bigger fish running this? There is a strength with "lumping together" companies. If/as one or two fail and 4 or 5 succeed the offset or drop is absorbed.
The herd instinct might come into play here with the beginning investor not wanting to put money into individual baskets. The old safety in numbers thought. "A first runner is an interesting thought" Look what is happening to Namaste NXTTF being considered "First to the mkt."
Interesting to say the least. Hope I don't watch too long and then say, "You know, I was going to invest in that when it was selling for....

I throw myself with abject humiliation to the discretionary measures of the board for my unbridled enthusiasm and excitement I was in a fit of jubilation... I copied and pasted someone's message and posted it on several boards.
I pray that no one on the board requests total disembowelment but I understand if that is the punishment thank you.
Ian AKA MrRhino
I swear I was about ready to start throwing confetti off the deck
On two of the boards I was too late to retract the message.
I got so excited about the news the Metamucil and raisin bran kicked in and I missed my window of time to correct or edit/update. TMI TMI
