I wouldn't sweat the lvl 2. This shit happens all the time, it's no biggie as long as we stay in the consolidation range.
Perhaps it's because protect Id is not live product you can buy. While guarded Id and mobile trust are live product.
gee this sounds awfully familiar
using hardware-based authentication offers more assurance that credentials can't be attacked at the software layer and through social engineering, Garrison says. "There are other classes of attacks where the credentials are actually removed from the PC when they're stored in the software layer," he says. "All of those classes of attacks are thwarted with Intel Authenticate."

COBAS 340 proceeds with authenticating the user through the user's cellular telephone over an authentication channel. The security system 340 calls the access-seeking user at the cellular telephone 326. The user answers the phone and is prompted to enter a password for password verification and to enter a biometric identifier, such as a fingerprint. The security system 340 authenticates the user and sends the result to the web server 334. Upon a positive authentication and after disconnecting from the authentication channel, access is granted along the access channel to the USER'S PC device 322.
The flow diagram for the COBAS device 340 software is analogous to that described in the first embodiment, supra, but for the speech module 66. In lieu thereof, in FIG. 12 the fingerprint module 366 architecture is detailed. The fingerprint verification hardware 384, consists of digital signal processors that utilize algorithms for verification of an accessor's fingerprint. The fingerprint verification hardware 384 is controlled by the software program of the fingerprint hardware driver 386. The software program of the fingerprint verification processing unit 388 provides an interface with control module 362 and is structured to respond to queries therefrom for verifying an accessor's password. Also, the fingerprint processing unit 388 enables the enrollment of users fingerprint and the interaction of the fingerprint database of the COBAS device 340.
I have yet to see good otc, except uplmq, that was a good one.
if more people are fighting for a piece of the pie, it will be ugly. But like ebay bids the price may be driven up if such a buyout occurs!
I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer for that. Bidding wars could make the price skyrocket as companies constantly keep out bidding eachother. Also any big tech ompanie may want in, so you could have apple join the fray too.it ain't limited to just Google and ibm, and more people joining the more heated this will get if it happens.
We need close to and over 2bill cash earnes to reach those levels without share buyback. If we can touch those numbers I expect the 1 dollar for 2.4 billion earned by the conpany.
yeah you can definitely see it in his eyes, kay isn't looking to great and he's in need of a vacation! Hopefully everything will fall in place for him and the team, and they'll make all the money in the world. Also we investors would get a nice amount as well! He's not going to mess everything up by throwing a random r/s without a reason! They have the money, and future money on the way.
they do! that is where i purchased my copy of Guarded Id.
this info is on he guarded ID box too!
hacking that can lead to pump and dumps, do you think oob 2fa can help against this? https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2015/nov/10/us-computer-hacking-jp-morgan-theft
You put out this Info that is unrelated to the lawsuits which are using protectid, and oob 2fa authentication. They haven't bought the patents yet either so proceeds go to sfor 100%.
specifically out of band authentication. few 2 factor authentication patents are owned by a number of companies.
the rsi is almost at the oversold threshhold i would think from stockcharts.
i like it i like it. potential 3 times of what amount though? some say they'll settle at 30mill company or is that low balling?
like what kind of pressure are the 3 companies dealing with?
i feel like it's speculation that lawsuits will be finished on Wednesday. Just don't get your hopes up if nothing happens. would be great if it did and history repeats itself.
i'll believe it when i see it.
i think you fail to make the connection here my man. but here the image is altered to incorporate all the information you opted to mention.
i bet i could prove you wrong. http://imgur.com/kZnMPSt
well it's in the picture of the original post, so you can't really miss it. He didn't highlight it, that all. However I do believe it's cherry picking the information without incorporating the statement as a whole. Also misunderstanding somethings like licenced patents AND lump sum could mean something completely different from their interpretation.
Now if they sad something like Strikeforce licensed their product to which they would be receive a lump sum for the license , then it would make sense.
However as i read it, and using a little bit of knowledge from past philosophy classes i've taken... And equals plus therefore the staement is as reads: "the Company has licensed the patents to Microsoft Corporation, + the Company will receive a non-disclosable one-time lump sum payment."
you mean the lump sum has been paid already as the 9 million, however they used the word "and" in reference to the lump sum.
Doesn't necessarily mean that the licensed patent is tied to the lump sum. The lump sum could be for the initial settlement money itself.
licencing could be a completely different deal! |
Not to mention licenses expire! My license currently expires about a year from now, so this 9 million you say is part of the licencing deal seems very much off considering that it costs 30 bucks for 2 machines (at least for GuardedId)
it means they get paid once for the stuff, but sfor can't talk about it openly. it's probably gonna be a big amount if they did an estimate on how many devices would be covered.
we also could have been leased out already in the time of 3rd quarter, unless it took a while to process. to which this may be more relevant.
We have capital leases for datacenters and corporate offices. As of September 30, 2016 and June 30, 2016, assets recorded under capital leases were $1.1 billion and $865 million, respectively, and accumulated depreciation associated with capital leases was $72 million and $57 million, respectively. For the three months ended September 30, 2016, property and equipment acquired under capital leases was $267 million. We did not acquire any property and equipment under capital leases for the three months ended September 30, 2015. As of September 30, 2016 and June 30, 2016, capital lease obligations included in other current liabilities were $32 million and $25 million, respectively, and capital lease obligations included in other long-term liabilities were $1.0 billion and $761 million, respectively.
As of September 30, 2016, we had additional purchase obligations for capital leases executed but not yet recorded of $5.0 billion.
Microsoft filing 10q. is this the info we're looking for?
No halts for sfor on the otc website.
Looks like mostly buys my friend. http://shortvolume.com
Major consolidation doing us pretty well.
Finallly!
tdameritrade think or swim.

a little humor to lighten the mood. http://imgur.com/HI1wHUq
comparing this intel video to the patent that strike force owns. Is it the same?

little hard to look at, but could the video be referencing this?
http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com/definition/out-of-band-authentication
i wonder if this specifically means the method of using your phone or biometrics to authorize.
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/authenticate/enhanced-identity-theft-protection-animation.html
So uh how's that patent for bio metric authentication?
most likely yes, especially if tons are gains are made.
The product isn't hard to make, it's just a activation code on a piece of paper in a cardboard box. Almost free money right there.
Knew once the vid was posted, stuff would happen. Do not trust those who claim to be prophets my friends.
