well it's in the picture of the original post, so you can't really miss it. He didn't highlight it, that all. However I do believe it's cherry picking the information without incorporating the statement as a whole. Also misunderstanding somethings like licenced patents AND lump sum could mean something completely different from their interpretation.

Now if they sad something like Strikeforce licensed their product to which they would be receive a lump sum for the license , then it would make sense.

However as i read it, and using a little bit of knowledge from past philosophy classes i've taken... And equals plus therefore the staement is as reads: "the Company has licensed the patents to Microsoft Corporation, + the Company will receive a non-disclosable one-time lump sum payment."
