Good grief, dude, are you paying attention here? Big Henry filed for a voluntary dismissal of the case.
Ahh, but we do not know that Henry paid Luberski. Remember from the bankruptcy filing that there was a bank clamoring for mortgage money also. I had one of my good friends send some emails to Luberski's attorney on just this matter but received no replies.
Dude, LOL! My wise pappy once said: "You can't make chicken salad outta chicken sh*t". And so it is with CATA. But it is possible, however remotely, that I am wrong. So, I eagerly await the lifting of the DTC Chill and reading the updated financials. I'm laughing just typing that...
Big Henry sold his house:
15272 Flintridge Ln Huntington Beach, CA 92647
$600,000
Last Sold Price
Sold On: Apr 29, 2014

I'm sure all you astute investors know this address was the most recent mailing address for CATA as filed with the Florida SOS. Wonder where CATA picks up the mail now?

Could have been a mistake. They are pretty overworked, might have thought it was BOLT instead of Volt. LOL!
LOL! Excellent DD! Philand Ranch is kaput. Like all the other ventures you may have read about...
Big block sellers are long gone. You bought all their shares. Momentum weanies gone too. Only ones left are bagholders. Google that.
--
My guess: because they are worthless. Or non-existent. Or both. And in exchange PHIL gets exactly the same dollars worth of VNMC stock. Plus VNMC promises to pay millions and millions to the property holders. Right. LOL!
That boy just won't go away. I wonder how hard it was to not claim an MBA in his bio (which, as we all remember from our reading of the trial documents, turned out to be fiction even though he included it in a number of SEC filings). I'm thinking it was real tough, especially after I read this:
He was founder, CEO & Chairman of Ingen
Technologies, Inc. for 12 years, a NASDAQ public company
Spigot wide open. 30 million in 12 days...

Take those glasses off and look again. LOL! This is what I see: a delinquent SEC filer, DTC chilled, with a history of simply ridiculous press release promises that never came to fruition, no assets, death-spiral convertibles issued to Asher Enterprises with no way to tell their status, and some amateur hour pumpers touting the stock. Makes me want to 'load up the truck'! LOL!

Of all the nonsense posted on this board the past few days, this really made me chuckle:
As the pioneer in taking the very first Vietnamese companies public in the US capital markets, he has good track record in executing growth strategies for his clients to substantially increase shareholders’ values with timely exits and high returns on investments.
That's funny. I was going to say that the only institutions possibly buying this stock are ones where the guests aren't there voluntarily, if you get my drift... LOL!
"Don't you think the institutions are having a ball watching people bail so they can get their hands on this stuff cheap and without having to hold it for any length of time?"
No. No institution has heard of VPLM, and even if they had they wouldn't be allowed to buy a non-SEC reporting Pink Sheet stock with clearly non-GAAP compliant "accounts".
No. You need to get your own PACER account. Every time I check it costs me the equivalent of 200 CATA shares. Can't price it in PHIL or VNMC shares as there is not enough volume.
Dude, wtf? "with the 10-Q filed". What does that mean? The most recently filed 10-Q is for the period two years ago. Plus, it had to be amended. LOL! If you look back into the history of this company, and most of the other related entities, you will find a common pattern of big ole promises, but virtually no results. A very consistent pattern, over a long period of time.

Put me down for a "reverse merger" by another penny stock Pink Sheet company allegedly valuing VPLM at $5 million, but actually being paid for via worthless paper issued by the "acquiring" company.
I figure if they don't do something like this by June 1 then the natives will get restless, and this is usually the next play in the "Penny Stock Scamming for Dummies" playbook.
I just don't get this. WTF? You must be far more astute than I. My mode is this: do the best DD I can with 'facts of today' then project forward what impact that will have [guess of what may happen in the future], and act accordingly. This has worked reasonably well for me over time. Not perfectly, obviously, but reasonable well. So yes, I guess I do exactly what you say:
So your assumptions are based on guesses of what may happen in the future rather than the facts of today. When did "feelings" become good dd?
You just need to be patient for your 2 and 3. I believe we will see them relatively soon. From stockpromoters.com, it seems VPLM has at least one good promotion a year. If all the stock they issued in 2013 has a one year restriction, then later this month that starts to get freed up. I would guess that the promotion would begin at such time to benefit best the insiders and their circle, later in the summer, say after 18 July 2014 if you get my drift...
--
Wondering myself today how that was progressing. Nothing new in PACER for either the previous bankruptcy or any new cases as of this morning. The dude in the bankruptcy case is named Luberski. I have to laugh every time I read that, reminds me of 'The Big Lebowski'. LOL!
--
WTF does this mean?
This stock has made huge moves with sub par management.
Ingen continues to entertain. The gang that can't write straight. LOL! Who comes up with this stuff? From today's press release:
There are currently two interested parties in acquiring our medical division and the company will eventually make a decision through an announcement, when it makes that decision.
Ruh-oh, shareholder value bandied about. Thrice. LOL!
It is never a good sign for the hapless shareholder when 'enhancing shareholder value' is referenced in a pink sheet PR. Just never seems to end well. This PR gives us three, including the classic:
...enhance shareholder value...
...the benefit of stockholders...
I trust shareholders will find their association with Voip-Pal to be satisfactory in every way.
Turns out the answer was 'bump in authorized'. No huge surprise there. I'm not totally hip to what issued stock was restricted and with what terms, but I'm thinking some big blocks will be available later this month, even more this summer. I'm expecting to see a promotion campaign kick off to help unload them. Should be entertaining...

Trying to follow along here. It seems we both agree that I said Henry made a claim in a bankruptcy filing that he was figuring to get $12.5K + some arrears amount (this changed from one filing to another I believe) in cash from the PHIL monthly beginning March 2014.
This is a fact. Go read the filings on PACER.
Is it a reality? That is a whole 'nother question. I'd guess it's as real as most of the other public statements he's made about the PHIL. This is an opinion.
--
Let us be clear and accurate about what I said:
...there is $37K owed to the IRS by PHIL that is included. In any case (no pun intended), after slogging through these readings it appears that Henry collects some $12.5K/month salary from PHIL but that PHIL has been unable to pay this for some time. However, and again from the most recent filings, in March 2014 there will have been completed some grand restructuring of PHIL at which time not only will Henry be able to collect his $12.5K/month in salary he will also be able to collect some $4.3K/month in arreared salary...
Sounds as if mid April will be quite the time at the PHIL. Don't forget this little nugget as well:
Big Henry had a change of mind and has voluntarily dismissed the bankruptcy filing without converting to chapter 7. In the docket entry for this move, Henry writes he has agreed to pay Luberski a total of $330,000 by 4/10/2014.
Phi Capital
The Touchlink post made me go back and check the status of the myriad of Henry companies incorporated in Nevada. Another one was recently ressurrected, Phi Capital on 10 February 2014.
I recall this from a recent PR
The Company's wholly owned advisory and financing arm, PHI Capital Holdings, continues to assist international companies that seek to access the capital markets in America and Europe. Particularly, PHI Capital has recently been retained to restructure some companies that have business operations in Vietnam.
That's funny, and a good catch. Must be pullin' out all the stops now. Actually, Henry told us some time ago that Touchlink changed its name to Vietnam Media Group. LOL!
Vietnam Media Group, Inc. intends to engage in multimedia business. The company was formerly known as Touchlink Communications, Inc. and it changed its name to Vietnam Media Group, Inc. in November, 2008. The company was founded in 2003 and is based in Huntington Beach, California. Vietnam Media Group, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of PHI Group, Inc.
Touchlink Communications, Inc. provides long distance telecommunication services to residential and business customers. The company was formerly known as Vietnam Media Group, Inc. and changed its name to Touchlink Communications, Inc. in February 2011. The company was founded in 2003 and is based in Huntington Beach, California. Touchlink Communications, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of PHI Group Inc.
I obviously do not need to point it out as you are already aware of your shortcomings. But as for CATA, other than the presence of momentum players (most of whom are about as hapless as the rest of the bagholders), can you offer a single shred of verifiable evidence that CATA has any value whatsover? I'm just curious, of course.
