GlobeTel has so far declined to provide me with the most basic contact information about the Russian partner (its PR contact explained to me that it would be highly unusual for a company to provide such information. I find that highly unusual.) She did promise to send my request further up the food chain. I'm not asking them to show me the money. Just show me the phone number.

The bottom line is that either the SEC is in denial or it must be an 'accomplice' in the operation of the 'failure to deliver ' racket.
Some time ago I decided it was a partner in crime.

Find a better regulated market ?
Lock up your shares ?
Trade something else ? commodities, forex ??

Unless the SEC or Gov. decide they want/need to do something about it there is little the small investor can do was my conclusion.

Wimax looks to a radius zone of 30 miles on the regulated microwave frequencies in the near future.

(It will have to have that cabability to get up to a Strat anyway)

Obviously this is line of sight and may be about possible with the installation on the Seattle Sky Tower for instance.

One of the 'big sells' for Globtel over any competitor must be that in the future the 30 Russian city 'hubs' may be enjoined to just one or two Stratellite Hubs.

This gives an obvious edge to choosing Globetel for a WiMax and VOIP installation.
(The fact that it may also provide Government with a 'Big Brother' may be irresistable !)

Part of the problem is that sometimes things just dont get expressed as they should on a computer.
Cryptic sentences can easily be misinterpreted.
Some people have difficulty expressing themselves in a freindly manner.

Take the trouble to be nice and when the heat is on remember emotions run high and tempers can fray.

I have posted too much but its been on my mind to put this down on the board for some time now.
We have a great and useful board here and great people too.

How do we check GTE's current float pls ?

The financing is with private investors.

This is a commercial enterprise.

I suspect setting up the Dumas WIFI system smoothed the way for licensing and gave cred. with the private sector.

Now we can see how having people like Sir Chris Meyer, Dumas and Rubicon cuts through beurocracy and gets GTE to the top of a particular countries tree.

Not quite. I expected new support to be sought out on Day 154 (Dec. 29th), either higher or lower, followed by a lift on day 155 (Dec.30th). New moon is Friday, and the approach to the new moon usually has holders exiting their positions, and buyers opening new positions (planting new seeds) on the day of the new moon and a few days afterward.
Last new moon, Dec. 1st, we closed at 3.17, and the previous new moon, Nov. 1st, we closed at 1.87. I expect a close Friday somewhere in between, about 2.52.
