Well that presentation made for a depressing w/e.
Had been meaning to get the time to listen to that for a couple of weeks.

Guess I was in sort of 'denial' about this for a while but had been there before......... (as you can see from my postscipt}

The bottom line is that either the SEC is in denial or it must be an 'accomplice' in the operation of the 'failure to deliver ' racket.
Some time ago I decided it was a partner in crime.

What to do?
Find a better regulated market ?
Lock up your shares ?
Trade something else ? commodities, forex ??

Unless the SEC or Gov. decide they want/need to do something about it there is little the small investor can do was my conclusion.
