Causing some embarrasment to the UK Gov.

He is not a rich decadant 'Sir' by any means.
More of the ilk of 'Sir' Richard Branson, down to earth and considerate. (Funny how he keeps coming up here !LOL)

Whilst his book may give some embarrassment to both US and UK Govs. He has been brave enough to be candid in his assessments of both Bush and Blair, (Some suprises there !!}

Since Iraq it is sad to say that the world is a smaller place now for British and US Citizens.

However IMO Sir Chris has come out on the right side and consequently a credible and acceptable envoy for GTE in 'other' countries.

(At this point in time I am not so sure the same can be said of Rubicon though }
