heavy volume today, someone bought a huge chunk of shares, 1 buy of 750.000 shares
Trend is going up nicely, hope we get some news soon to shift a gear higher !
when will the next quarterly report come out ? hope we get some news by then...
The flow of PR's from TGC are increasing and they confirmed drilling is this quarter so we'll see things moving. I'm in this as long as you are so I understand the frustration but the lack of progress shouldn't be blamed on posters here, blame management of both companies for taking this long.
Today we have a very active pipeline of potential clients that grows daily
It only takes 1 contract/client to launch us here...
I've already averaged up as well to just below .20 now but feeling quite comfortably with it. The highlight in the 10K for me was the number of companies they are in commercial talks with.
Patience indeed, I've been waiting for years so I hope the reward makes up for that
That's all we want ??
In answer to your question:
1 billion marketcap for HENC will give pps = 9$
1 billion marketcap for TGC will give pps = 12,5$
That is considering the current share structure...so who knows how that will change for TGC depending on partnerships or new financing/dilution for the planned drilling.
Yes, that's about it, HENC will end up with 28.111% ownership in each PEL. TGC with 55%.
I'm curious to see how it will develop further: will TGC partner up with someone in exchange for ownership (say 10% or 15% ?) or will they finance (and dilute massively).
Exciting weeks ahead
TGC should announce as soon as possible on how the drilling will be financed, that is what's preventing their stock from running up higher, investors are afraid of dilution. I've already jumped in as much as I can. When the financing part is cleared up then that would benefit HENC's stock as well.
Really exited about the 1 billion value on the seismic!
If they partner up with Rexx as genstock indicated on the HENC board then there will be no need to finance. If they give Rexx 10% or 15% ownership for 10 or 15 million dollars then TGC could still end up with 40% ownership and with a share structure that's way better than HENC. I hope that's how it will work out, that would make this the better buy compared to HENC.
I bought my last 50K shares today at .15, I now have 250K shares and that's my max risk limit so for me...the fun can start
Good article. Awaiting news on the financing part...
They can farm out to let the new party pay for the drilling and give up a percentage ownership of the PEL.
Other alternative is to do the drilling themselves and pay with cash. From today's PR it looks like it will be this way to go
They can also give a percentage work interest instead of financing. If I remember correctly HENC gave up a 1% interest in favour of 1 million dollars in debt scrapped. So continuing that thought = 10%WI for 10 million dollars, that would be enough to drill 5 wells.
or it could be people with no patience offloading...wish I had some more money to add on this dip. A lesson for the future...always keep some cash on hand to buy the dips
That sounds fantastic, this stock could make us all millionaires ! I would like to hear a step by step approach now from TGC with timings, more communication to shareholders would be nice...
I'm thinking about a future buyout, after drilling and after proving all reserves. Let's see what gives after summer 2015...
If it's a big player then perhaps this might one day be their buy-out partner ?
Look at their investor presentation on their website:
plant build completion: december
plant in commission: february 2015
company should already be profitable for a few quarters (preferably) and rising revenue.
That's to keep the company from getting shorted massively after uplisting. Not profitable and newly uplisted companies are a target for wall street sharks.
genstock,
Great info, have you heard anything on how TGC will finance the drilling, debt/loan or equity ?
Looking to add more but I think I'll wait untill news of financing is out, TGC looks very undervalued now (fear of dilution) compared to HENC.
Great article !
nanotechnology as modern history’s “sixth revolutionary technology,” following the industrial revolution in the mid-1700s, nuclear energy revolution in the 1940s, green revolution in the 1960s, information technology revolution in the 1980s, and biotechnology revolution in the 1990s.
The point is that the hiring of a pump and dump company raises a red flag for several investors. Don't you think institutions or funds will be wary of investing in a company which uses such practices ?
Also the stock usually ends up lower then before the promotion started, not something to which I look forward to.
IMHO they should have hired a respectable PR firm for promotion purposes, a good story sells itself.
I have a feeling this is a mistake...
Isn't it possible that instead of an equity offering that they are able to secure financing via a loan or debt. For example if the supposed new 3rd party (Pacific Hunt?) that is also getting a percentage of the PEL's as a compensation for drilling wells but also provides Terra Nova with a loan (even if it is with high interest rates). They can even work out deal that repays the loan with selling all oil that comes from the wells.
JMHO
Let me add
yamaha
sony (hasn't sony shown interest in the Rice university qdots as mentioned in previous posts ? They would also be a logical choice)
A comglomerate not on wikipedia's listing is Panasonic which also has the Sanyo and Technics brands
Hello Zippy,
Welcome to the board. I'm also more on the realistic side of things and agree with your point that some are a bit "enthousiastic" when throwing out potential share price targets at specific dates, I usually take this with a large grain of salt (I would think the majority of the board's followers do this as well).
If you look at MVTG's investors presentation then you'll see that the big breakthroughs (=major news events) will only take place in december and next year. If the share price is still .50 cent when december comes then we should be lucky (it's been slipping lately and it looks like it will drop further) unless MVTG comes with a white rabbit between now and then.
Does it have 10$ dollar potential ? My guess is that it does but that will all depend if MVTG hits it's own targets and executes them successfully. The science is there and it works so it all depends on them....
The L2 is great indeed, another 10000 added to the .50 ask, that's 3 asks by different MM's so my guess is they are real.
We are all waiting, the share price is reflecting that "wait and see", hopefully the "big news" is around the corner...
reprocessing untill november, that means the earliest drilling will be december or more probable...next year.
This gives me the chance to add more here and HENC...
The road shows already had results, see the capital raise a few months ago.
I already mentioned in previous posts that MVTG's own timelines indicate that the best things still need to come and will take place at the end of this year and first half 2015.
That's when we'll also see the share price rise together with the proven value of the company...unless something significant happens that comes out of nowhere (fuell cell joint venture after their japan trip just as an example).
Indeed, hope to invest more after my flat is sold. Does anyone know if MVTG does private placements to reatil investors (like us) and what the minimun amount usually is ? Never done a private placement so just wondering...
Eco, are you publishing on SA ? When will you release it ?
Added comments to the first article from John Petersen but don't know if they will publish since it's "up for review". Remembered John Petersen endorsing KNDI in the past so the name was already familiar.
I think I will join you guys into the ANY adventure. Looks to be a potential buyout target for the IT majors.
Any thoughts on how high the SP might go with such a low float or what a potential buyout price could be ?
wow, that's quite a target from this level, I will need to do some more DD on graphite
hello all, looking at investing in this, seems to have great potential. How high could this go when in production ?
let's hope so
30$ is a nice target for me as well, don't know about the golfing though, will need to find something else but that's a problem for later
Those are very good choices, I also recently invested into QTMM before the recent surge into the .30s It has massive potential so let's hope it will work out OK. Will take a look at the biotech stock thx
Some stocks I also hold which show great potential (for those who might be interested):
HENC
TGC
VNTH
