Sold long term shares at peak this morning. Strategy is to pick up sub $9 shares if it drops there again. History says it will. I know there were records earnings, but history on this stock says in that means nothing for stock price. If I'm wrong I am wrong. I have shares in different account if this stock continues up.

The judge ordered mediation on February 7th, 2020 and trial to start by May 11th, 2020. The defendants lied to cover their ill doings and this did not sit well with the Judge. Those are the facts. FACTS!! No amount of negative trash talk about SECI will change the facts. The more trash talk posted suggests someone is getting more worried. LOL

Made a perfect play today on the bounce and made a tidy return. So what if some think its a scam. If it is or if it's not, you can still make money trading smart or you can spend your time arguing.

Identical case. Eagleview Technologies, a modest company, just recently won a huge court case against Xactimate, an industry giant. The subject of the case was that Xactimate took Eagleview’s technology and started producing and marketing the same product. I spoke to an Eagleview representative yesterday and he told me that what helped them win the case is that in today’s climate the juries are very sensitive and in favor of the little guy if there is even any chance that a big bad company took advantage the smaller guy. Sound familiar? GO SECI!!!

Amazing. I can see it now. The next earnings report documents new revenue records and profit. Stock responds by dropping to $7. Maybe TCNNF should report a drop in sales and profit like other companies so it will go up too.

It's evident that it going to start closing in on the mediation date or the company releases some ball-buster news before this stock will start climbing. IMO

Regardless of what some may want you to believe this case has merit. Fact: The judge did not dismiss the case or give summary judgment. He ordered and set a drop-dead date for mediation. For those of you who do not know what a mediation is, it is where parties to the lawsuit sit down and attempt to negotiate a SETTLEMENT. Fact: The judge thought the case had enough merit to order a trial if mediation does not work and he set a drop-dead trial date. A judge is not going to waste his time or the time of other people unless the case has merit. Period. Those are the FACTS. As a side note, average people usually are the ones sitting on a jury. Average people hate it when a big corporation steels from a small guy. Even the possibility of this having happened is all they need to punish the big corporation. Billions....why yes. Billions are possible here.

TD Ameritrade rejected mine ar $55 for the same reason. Changed it to $50 and it took it and traded at $39.90 in a matter of minutes.
