when one of AXXA companies SPINS OFF lets say it IPOs or opens
for trading at $1.00 you as an AXXA shareholder will already
be holding shares of that company they gave at say .50 cents.

So in effect your starting off with a 100& gain when the
New SPIN OFF starts trading. You can buy more or sell at that
point just like any other stock.
