What keeps me in the game here is VDRM's potential. The CBD infused topical in Canada just launching, and Vitastem sales since November.
So VDRM is finally selling something after all these years. Now is not the time to be getting out in my opinion. Especially at prices below a penny. Don't let the KAST bullsquat scare you out.
Eventually ViaDerma will report numbers. But most here are losing hope because nothing, not a peep from the good doctor regarding hard fast sales figures. But in my opinion, he can only hold out for so long.
I think the actual numbers (IF he ever reports them) will surprise most people here. And I'm talking a pleasant surprise too for anyone currently holding VDRM shares.
Fair warning to all the longs here ...well, I did it!! Slapped the ask and added more VDRM today at .0096.
Best to get the hell out now that I added to my position. Whatever I touch turns to sheeite.
I think it's been two weeks since I had an up day in my OTC/Pinky portfolio. 10 straight down days really taking it's toll.
Just take me out to the wood shed now and beat me like a red headed stepchild.
My guess is they intend to eventually use them all over time. If not, they would lower the AS to instill confidence.
Just my stupid opinion. No one, not even Munro it appears knows what's going on over there.
I'm still trying to figure out if that light that I'm seeing at the end of the tunnel is them actually showing a profit one day, or a train barreling down at me.
Plan on at least another 50% less from the current price. How do I know this? Well I have a buy order in and if it executes the price will proceed to drop. I typically buy stocks at least 50% too early. I'm cursed like that.
Well to be honest with you I left an order open for over a week and no one bit. I was asking $0.0001, obviously too much lol.
But I cancelled that sell order and set a new one for .0003. I'll give it until hell freezes over to execute. If it never does I'm only out 6 Benjamins, so what the hell. Perhaps this POS has another pump or two left in it ;)
That IS good news!!! Thanks.
You wrote "This will be the 1st time the federal government admits that MJ has medical value"
The National Cancer Institute is a federal government agency and they already admit it. Below is from their website:
"Have any preclinical (laboratory or animal) studies been conducted using Cannabis or cannabinoids?
Preclinical studies of cannabinoids have investigated the following:
Antitumor activity
Studies in mice and rats have shown that cannabinoids may inhibit tumor growth by causing cell death, blocking cell growth, and blocking the development of blood vessels needed by tumors to grow. Laboratory and animal studies have shown that cannabinoids may be able to kill cancer cells while protecting normal cells.
A study in mice showed that cannabinoids may protect against inflammation of the colon and may have potential in reducing the risk of colon cancer, and possibly in its treatment.
A laboratory study of delta-9-THC in hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) cells showed that it damaged or killed the cancer cells. The same study of delta-9-THC in mouse models of liver cancer showed that it had antitumor effects. Delta-9-THC has been shown to cause these effects by acting on molecules that may also be found in non-small cell lung cancer cells and breast cancer cells.
A laboratory study of cannabidiol (CBD) in estrogen receptor positive and estrogen receptor negative breast cancer cells showed that it caused cancer cell death while having little effect on normal breast cells. Studies in mouse models of metastatic breast cancer showed that cannabinoids may lessen the growth, number, and spread of tumors.
A review of 34 studies of cannabinoids in glioma tumor models found that all but one study showed that cannabinoids can kill cancer cells without harming normal cells.
A laboratory study of cannabidiol (CBD) in human glioma cells showed that when given along with chemotherapy, CBD may make chemotherapy more effective and increase cancer cell death without harming normal cells. Studies in mouse models of cancer showed that CBD together with delta-9-THC may make chemotherapy such as temozolomide more effective.
Stimulating appetite
Many animal studies have shown that delta-9-THC and other cannabinoids stimulate appetite and can increase food intake.
Pain relief
Cannabinoid receptors (molecules that bind cannabinoids) have been studied in the brain, spinal cord, and nerve endings throughout the body of animals to understand their roles in pain relief.
Cannabinoids have been studied for anti-inflammatory effects that may play a role in pain relief.
Animal studies have shown that cannabinoids may prevent nerve problems (pain, numbness, tingling, swelling, and muscle weakness) caused by some types of chemotherapy.
Nausea and vomiting
Cannabinoid receptors found in brain cells may have a role in controlling nausea and vomiting. Animal studies have shown that delta-9-THC and other cannabinoids may act on cannabinoid receptors to prevent vomiting caused by certain types of chemotherapy.
Anxiety and sleep
Cannabinoid receptors found in the brain and other parts of the nervous system may be involved in controlling mood and anxiety.
Anti-anxiety effects of cannabidiol (CBD) have been shown in several animal models."

Long and strong TRTC!!!!
I seriously doubt that. Keep in mind that this is one of the world's most hated stocks due to dilution, barring perhaps Dry Ships.
I certainly don't expect over a buck per share after financials are released, but I will definitely jump for joy if that's the case!
I'll be thrilled to death if the share price closes at 50 cents the day they report. But I hope that you are right and I am way off.
I learned not to get my hopes up with this company. If it wasn't for Intercloud reporting bad news, they'd rarely have anything to report.
I'm still keeping the faith though. Mainly because of their recent Computer Associates deal and their much too low market cap (assuming they really are close to eliminating most of the toxic debt.
What makes me nervous though is this:
"... we filed an S-8 registration statement to be able to utilize our stock to pay outstanding professional fees owed.”
In my opinion, that reeks of them "currently" being destitute. But I don't care, if they "truly" are close to being cash flow positive as they purport to be. It's just difficult to know if Munro is being honest with us, with his reputation and all.
I was thinking the same thing too Gregg but it wasn't worded like that. The way it's worded is awful vague if that's what they "meant" to say.
Perhaps Intercloud wrote it that way by design, to let their investors interpret the PR either way to suit their current positions of long or short ;)
No it won't. EHOS is barely even a shell company. If you can ever sell your shares at $0.0001 consider yourself lucky. There is zero liquidity in this POS.
Even their claim that one day they might be able to lend to pot companies, the news around January 10th that made this stock pop to $0.0002, is a moot point now that laws might be passed soon allowing any bank to lend to pot companies.
EHOS is beyond done. I would say stick a fork in it, but the tines of the fork would bend and you'd be out a fork.
Full disclosure: I still own 3.1M shares of this stock. Got stuck with them lol.
And there's a lot of him! I Googled Jonathan Smith and got 293,000,000 results. Didn't read them all though.
I don't consider 2 years as "immediate". I think it's just worded wrong. If it isn't, ICLD is done for. Only $1M a year from Netlayer won't cut it. This can't be right, can it?
I was in sales (CCTV digital surveillance systems) and just one of my clients accounted for over $2M/yr in sales with us. And I managed over 100 accounts.
Oh well, my ICLD shares are about worthless now so no reason to sell. I already lost 55% on this investment so what's another 45% loss? I'll ride this down to zero before I sell even 1 share at a 55% loss. And no that doesn't make sense to the average sane person, but it does to me. I'd rather lose it all than have someone else capitalize on my pain and suffering should the share price ever reverse course.
Will just hope for some sort of miracle that ICLD rises from the ashes and the share price rises with it. Looks like I'm going to be a longer long term investor of this than I originally planned on lol.
When I see the share price drop 15-20% every day of the week now I just laugh like a madman. It doesn't bother me anymore because 20% of what I have left in ICLD is mere peanuts and I barely notice the loss in my overall portfolio.
But not going to buy any more shares at these bargain basement prices. Because the current price of $0.1375 might look expensive a month or so from now when it's trading at $0.0013. I'll wait until then to try to get my average cost per share down.
Good luck to all the other bag holders here if there are any left. I might be the only idiot still holding any ICLD shares...
That's a gross margin of around 36%. What is average for this industry? I haven't researched it yet.
Thanks. Added it to my watch & DD list.
Well I just ordered the Meds Biotech Gummy Bear 500mg, order #76863CBD. They had the 100s, but were out of the 200s and 300s. They had the 400s though. But I thought I'd take it up a notch ;)
I used the code MR50 this time and it still worked.
Thanks for your reply Loot! I think I'll order some of those 300mg gummies too. I'll let you know what works best ;)
Last night I placed my first order with Diamond CBD. My wife always has a hard time falling asleep and if she does she wakes up every couple of hours. She never gets a good night's sleep. I wasn't sure what to try but I ordered the Relax Extreme CBD Oil 1000X. Will give that a try. Has anyone else tried that and if so does it help you sleep?
Also I used code FLASH50 as someone else suggested and got 50% off, so thanks for that! If anyone is tracking orders numbers for DD my order number is 76518CBD. I placed the order last night at 8:30pm.
Finally, I know CBD oil works pretty good for back pain from what I've been reading here, but do you think it would help with toothache pain too? I have an appointment with the dentist to get 2 crowns put in, but that isn't until April 3rd and the pain gets pretty bad at times.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
I'm also a long shareholder. Go POTN!
Near end of the dilution.
So far, I'm happy with the call.
I do like that!
No. I use ATT.
No, I haven't even logged into my account today. I saw the charge in my account the other day, just assumed I owed it. I'm on the call now, good luck to us!
I do love thinkorswim. It's a powerful platform but can't use it on my laptop because my eyes aren't that great and it makes my eyes go cross eyed. I tried it on my desktop computer with a 22" HDMI monitor and still have a problem reading the small font sizes and stuff. I'm thinking about trying it with my 55" TV. That might do the trick.
Thanks will do!
Today's chart looking beautiful! So far anyway. A lot can happen in 8 minutes.
Makers Mark is my favorite too. But I'm usually too cheap to buy it.
I'll have to try that! Good suggestion. I'm a fairly active trader so perhaps TDA will waive my fee.
Or perhaps they waive the reorg fees if your account balance is over x amount. I must be a peon though because TDA charged me $38.
And when I first started trading online I opened a Suretrade account, then Scottrade acquired Suretrade, and now TDA acquired Scottrade. But over all those years I've been involved in other forward and reverse stock splits but I don't recall ever being charged a reorg fee until last year. I think it's something new that some online brokers are trying. They lure you in with cheap trading fees so they appear to be cheaper than the competition, and then they tack on ancillary BS fees on certain account transactions.
Anyway, GO TRTC!!!!! Looking forward to the call later this afternoon!! I have some beers iced up to celebrate with should the call go well, and a bottle of JD handy to drown my sorrows in should the call go to hell.
TD Ameritrade charged my account $38 for the TRTC stock split.
Back when my account was still Scottrade, before TD Ameritrade acquired them, stock splits cost me $15.
So TD Ameritrade is more expensive on reog fees, but they're so much cheaper than Scottrade was to trade penny stocks. Scottrade added a 1/2% of the principle amount being traded to the flat $6.95 fee to trade stocks priced below a buck. And that 1/2% really added a lot to the cost to trade a large position. For example, to trade $10k worth of a penny stock it used to cost me $56.95 ($6.95 + (.005 * 10,000)). Now the same trade costs me $6.95, a $50 savings.
I was pleasantly surprised to see TDA only charge the flat $6.95 fee even on penny stocks.
Yes, after the closing bell.
That sounds like my kind of luck!
You may be right, but I'm not so sure about that. I bet there are a lot of institutional investors or funds who would love to be involved in this industry. Just because it's not federally legal yet doesn't mean they're not following the industry.
I'm hoping an analyst asks that question during the call. It's a good question. I'm curious as to how Terra Tech plans to do that in the current environment. DP certainly knows more than I do regarding his company's uplisting plans, or at least I hope he does ;)
Well, Sessions has 9 toes already out the door, and once he's gone pot will have better odds of being rescheduled to a Schedule 2 drug.
Some think Sessions could be replaced by someone with even a more outdated view on pot, but I don't think so. Trump will want to run for another term, so he will want a more progressive person in that position.
Most Americans are pro MMJ and legalized pot. And if Trump wants their votes, a change needs to be made.
I agree 100%.
