Anyone know why this is running?
Last 10q says they had $91.00 revenue and the OS is 500+ million shares. I think they are four months away from a product. Maybe 3. Did I miss something?
Serious ask not a soft bash.
What's with the 15mill pre market?
How can my question be moot? I didn't use the term deserve the poster I was responding to did. So I asked him (not anyone else) why do they deserve.
Just trying to understand why they deserve to be over a penny. Can you help?
The Company incurred a net loss of $7,798,151 for the nine months ended October 31, 2016, and has an accumulated deficit since inception of $37,043,901. The Company has a history of losses and has lost its only source of revenue.
They also owe MP 1.7 million.

I know right. The only thing I can think of that's worse would be 42 consecutive days of UP.
Big Al you called this run last April. Any insight to where this is going? Was this just a quick P&D by some traders or the beginning of something of substance. I know time will tell but just wanted to see if you had anymore predictions. Thanks!
I believe if you look up where Greg lives you'll find it.
The bid is huge! Can't wait for the inevitable chase by the bid sitters. They want those 0.0001's so bad that they'll eventually pay 0.0003's for them. IMO. The people who wanted out at any price seem to be gone. Patiently waiting.
Come on tues. am pr
Hopefully we get some news next week. We are due.
I never understood why people don't recognize a shift in demand and raise their ask. The only argument against a 50% gain is a 100% one.
Only 934mil float. This has gone over a penny before.
Yeah must be those shorts covering. It is pretty cold outside my window. Or maybe it's those pesky lemmings I hear so much about. Then again it could be those darn MM's cuz you can't spell lemmings without MMs. Or maybe it's just the low volume and more people selling then buying. No that's too simple. Must be naked shorts. Yeah that's the ticket. Naked shorts. They should just put some pants on. It's cold out there.
Almost 200,000,000 on the bid! Is someone trying to take over the company? This is crazy!
Wow! Got to believe news is coming!
Look at that volume!!!
So a 10 cent difference in pps will make whatever's wrong right?
Lol! I think it's the pants and not the shorts that are to blame. Maybe the low volume too.
Trump's version of the FDA will clear it IMO
Thanks bud. Don't assume people are short cuz they ask a question. I read the 10Q's when doing DD and it didn't say anything about it. Most PR's on the OTC are usually paid pumps so I'd normally not even look. Found what you referenced. Thank you.
"We currently have the financial resources to fund our obligations under these agreements, but anticipate that we will require additional funding during the next 12 months for our continuing and planned expanded operations".
10Q
Where does this date come from?
"Products to hit the global markets in 2nd quarter of 2017"
Doing DD and missed that "fact".
Their last 10Q says there's no guarantee their "products" will even work.
Have they even started a phase 1 yet?
It may be traded for pennies at times but for now This is not a penny stock.
On August 17, 2016, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq stating that the bid price of the Company’s common stock for the last 30 consecutive trading days had closed below the minimum $1.00 per share required for continued listing under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
Penny stocks don't get letters like these.
Anyone figure out what the float is now?
Thanks
Mods could remove/replace the slcimmuno sticky.
Hah ha! I got 7 people saying "I'm in". That's 6 more people than what Rosen had. So if there's any class action loving law firms reading this message board. If you file, they will come!
What a fantastic day!
Now that the case has been dismissed Can shareholders file a class action lawsuit against Rosen? We could hire some other ambulance chaser firm to represent us. Rosen has to have competitors that would love to go after them IMO.
Cheers everybody
Cheers Barron
Cheers greenman
Hope you both are enjoying a nice craft beverage in celebration!
YES!!!

SunEdison, Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) Analyst Coverage Initiated; Report by Broad Street
MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO / ACCESSWIRE / April, 5 2016 / SunEdison, Inc. (SUNE) the largest global renewable energy development company, recently provided comments on Delaware Chancery court ruling. SunEdison issued a statement following the ruling from the Court of Chancery in the State of Delaware denying Appaloosa Management LP's request for a preliminary injunction with regard to the previously announced amended agreements under which TerraForm will purchase certain assets from SunEdison in connection with SunEdison's acquisition of Vivint Solar, Inc. (VSLR). "We are gratified that the court denied the injunction and now we look ahead to continuing to navigate current market conditions."
Will this judgment help SUNE turnaround the treacherous fall in share price it has experienced in the last year?
Sounded good to me. Near term milestones.
"Restructuring our debt makes sense in light of the several promising near- and intermediate-term milestones for Amedica that will enhance shareholder value."
"The favorable terms of this agreement allow Amedica to better position itself to refinance the balance of its outstanding debt," said Dr. Sonny Bal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "Upon Riverside's anticipated conversion of the convertible promissory note, the reduction of our total debt level with modest fixed warrant coverage will provide confidence to our investors, while unlocking additional working capital. Restructuring our debt makes sense in light of the several promising near- and intermediate-term milestones for Amedica that will enhance shareholder value."
"Meanwhile Einhorn is invested in SunEdison and believes the market doesn't understand SunEdison's balance sheet and how much of its debt it is really liable for. We quoted him in an earlier article about this soap opera as well:
SunEdison consolidates both TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global on its GAAP statements. The complicating result is two-fold: First, when SunEdison sells a project to TerraForm Power or TerraForm Global it bears the operating costs but doesn't get to book the revenue from the sale. The result is the appearance of an operating loss. Second, TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global use nonrecourse project finance debt to fund the purchases and the debt appears on SunEdison's balance sheet. The result is that SunEdison appears to be heavily levered and losing money. From a GAAP perspective that's true, but from an economic perspective it is not. Nonetheless, this hasn't stopped some wise guys from dubbing it "SunEnron...

Case closed IMO
IMO the fact that they are attempting a trial for ulcerative proctitis is a clear indication of future success for the OM trial. Connect the dots la la lala.
"We are optimistic that the various properties of Brilacidin will help relieve patient pain and discomfort tied to inflammation and ulcerations -- common symptoms that characterize ulcerative proctitis. This clinical trial is the third indication for Brilacidin and will provide us with valuable data as we continue to expand the list of possible uses for our potent compound."
Plans for the future:
"On March 23, 2016, Amedica Corporation issued a press release announcing its first fabrication of complex, three-dimensional structures by a 3D printing process called robotic deposition, or robocasting. The final products have been examined under scanning electron microscopy to confirm the integrity and validity of the 3D printing method, and have been shown to achieve similar theoretical density and microstructure attributes to the traditionally manufactured silicon nitride fusion devices currently in use."

"Took Profits nice swing trade"!

"We hope to provide another update in the near future regarding our responses to the FDA questions".
For what it's worth I agree. IMO The company needs to raise capital to buy Atmosphere. They saw no one was slapping the ask @ .0002 and are forced to sell at .0001. If people want this to go up they need to slap the ask when the .0002's or higher show up. If the company can raise enough to get that first payment I think investors are good for a nice future return. IMO Atmosphere seems very legit. A lot of potential. GL
Great job Barron! Keep up the good work!
