I'm not sure how many are left, but I'm working with about 230 million shares when fully diluted
Posting a question on a public board full of know-it-alls is expending effort... and really, questioning why it dropped 30% is fair even if you have done research on the share exchange agreement...
Do you see any more than potential dilution of 37.5 million commons and a blow to investor confidence that a JV or buyout would happen in 2016?
Glad you didn't marry the one with the instant sex drive on tap?
Long term trend is more or less flat, but recent volume suggests something is different for LXRP over the recent months.
For real. Both the economic and political arena have had updates and breakthroughs, but not so much from the company.... are they quietly executing or exiting?? We don't know without guidance and communication.
Short squeeze on a company in BK isn't typical. I wouldn't bet on it unless there was something so big it would make the Ch 11 unnecessary. Just my opinion
Who says there won't be a share exchange for the emerging company?
Read the documents of how they acquired their assets or the filed documents of Sillerman's buyout plan. Why start believing what they say their gonna do now?
You think they're letting the market buyout the old debt because the established PHRMA/finance machine has no desire to pay interest to toxic debt?
Great post! Is it really that simple in a buyout scenario?
Warrants were the cash flow that got us here! Don't forget! No stress!!
I hear brenelanotideworks for males too. All I'm saying is increasing frequency can be squabbled with a crabby partner. Satisfaction is what counts with sex drugs. U know the original fear was overly sexually charged females
Increasing sexual encounters is more tinder territory than PHRMA... that's a variable you can't control since sex requires 2 people and the study was only conducted on 1 partner
Kind of a good thing to separate yourself from the known shady tickers out there. A sustained pattern of growth is preferable to a sinus rhythm that goes up and down like a heartbeat
Bench to bedside is an expensive process. Securing multiple millions in financing without demolishing the share price is no easy task either. Gonna be an interesting 4th q.
They're not SUNE shares at the moment... They're 5 cent zombies of what used to be SUNE shares
Running an illegal scam in an illegal industry?
They needed money and...
They got the money :)
Oh geez... If God's an investor here we can kiss our money goodbye
You think the buyers are stupid? Just wait til you get a load of what the posts on this board have to offer...
So you can get an idea of how long it would take to convict of any wrong-doing (if any has occurred in the first place)
Shorts are toast. Microsoft making accounting software for the big boom
Well what do u expect when the only thing they sell is stock? It's not like it's some super secret.
On a big picture type of scale, what is money worth when you don't have to pay for energy?
Blatant paid promo = advertising
When a company sells out of a product and the stock doesn't respond accordingly, that's something you want to make note of. We'll see what happens about 6 months down the line. Maybe there's a real reason it should be lower rn...
Including opinions on this board!
Just keep in mind, every time they've been forced to make a decision, it's been the opposite of what you're expecting in the next six weeks
Research and development.... 7-10 years bench to bedside. They sold their oil assets to begin this venture about 2 years ago. Only 5 more years to go!
Taxpayer money could get us out of this hole, too.
It's the taste that's a problem.
Think of the entire drug market as the OTC market, CBIS represents a pot stock in this market. This market is notoriously unregulated and very rarely do earnings get reported. At this very moment, pot is making a move to a more legitimate market. Once there (if ever) we will see earnings, business development and all the rest of the components of a real business. For now though, an American company focused on the cultivation, preparation, and distribution of cannabis based products would be wise to keep earnings and plans for future earnings on the down low
Does Tepper happen to be involved with oil and gas?
What's the crime?
Hi Ted. It's not an ignorant question and it's a stretch to see Nightculture's role in it, but here's a video of the tech. The applications should expand as far as the imagination. https://www.facebook.com/553244038084789/videos/1050195721722949/
Right on! I'm cool with the fact we're identifying multiple opportunities for the success of a company nobody has ever heard of :)
Vitamins have a large market and a strong flavor. Being able to mask the vitamin flavor in gum is a pretty big deal. Add the fact you may get some orally-available fat-soluble vitamins in there and you have a vitamin product with no competitors.
