MM's are controlling this process because they are the one's that made the installation at Philly Marriott possible. Is that dilution? Classically, yes. Without Philly Marriott, however, what does Tivus have? NOTHING! A concept in a run of the mill hotel in Omaha, NE with 400 rooms and no legs. That ain't Fortune 500 slick! So, if you like that scenario, be my guest. Give me DILUTION AND A FUTURE over a great product and no one looking.
Now, this week was a classic MM move to stir the market and drop the price for next week, or even beyond. They run the price up, then sell, sell, sell for profits and dropping the price. Remember, they get their shares at a discount and bottom price. Next, they begin to buy up all the nervous nellies at lower prices that flee the market as it drops, and make a tidy sum for their trouble, and wait for what everyone thinks will be much better days very soon with more shares and money then they had when this all started. We lick our wounds, complain about how we got figuratively screwed, and develop a bad case of envy about pennies. Geez, we just got caught in the classic MM squeeze, and we fell for it. But MM's know what will happen before they even start.
It wouldn't surprise me next week if the price dips a bit, the MM's put on the brakes and watch their micro-penny shares begin to rise into what everyone expects is an announcement. Now, the news of a contract doesn't have to happen, but remember that the market rises on the rumor and drops on the news. Momo early in the week (if the MM's decide this is their move) will see the price head north again, and we will feed it like drunken sailors on our hope that SP will give us some big news, making us all rich. Of course, we may get rich, but not as rich as the MM's. They will control everything. Enjoy the weekend, get some rest, because I suspect next week will be another MM ride. GLTA. R3
Jwez, Deadboy and newpontiac need to be removed from the board. R3
You are saying definitively that they froze the shares because of criminal activity? Say yes or no. You can't walk into a movie house, yell, "fire, fire!" and not bear consequences for your actions, so be clear in your statement. R3
I do and will double check. A minute ago there were no holds. Unless they are suspending trading for an announcement, I doubt this is anything of substance. SP would know about suspension of trading. R3
I got on my account and no such freeze or block is on my account with Tivu. Buzzie must not be covering his trading margins. They probably called him and he had no $'s. I hate to say this but newpontiac should be booted from the board for frequent and multiple postings of false and misleading statements. Sorry, but you have purposely misled people. R3
Past history says the MM's will finish us down on Friday. Let's see. R3
Brian subscribes to the theory that every race is a sprint! Brian, dude, grow up. Your $500 is gone because you know little to nothing about investing and now you are asking us to believe you? This is no secret or surprise. MM's create markets, not Tivus at this point. Only contracts and $'s will take us up, and even then the MM's will still control the up and down. This isn't some major failure on SP's part. The MM's make money going up and down, so if you want to make money, follow their lead. This will rise again because they can't make as much money without movement. So Brian, get over your juvenile postings (which only shows up when he thinks he can hurt people, i.e. when the stock is going down) and get a day job. I am sure you are a nice person, but you just get mean when you do your board posting. Enjoy the day, grab some rays, and chill out. GLTA. R3
This has nothing to do with Tivus! It has only to do with the MM's and their ability to move this stock up and down, establish the trends, and make profits into the rise of sp. IF you had paid any attention to what has happened this week, you would see the semi that ran over you and is still manipulating the market. You want people to keep their eye on Tivus and doubt their product. That is looking for a sport's car when the truck has already put tire tracks on your forehead. Tivus, like SP said, is a DONE DEAL. THE MM'S KNOW THIS! That is why they let off the brakes earlier this week to begin their market manipulation. Up and down benefits them, as they prepare to continue accumulation. What you are talking about is silly and totally misses the mark. You are so lost in the numbers you don't see the trend. Forest and trees, my man. GLTY. R3
Think about it. This isn't dilution. These people are not suicidal! They see this news coming, they let off the brake, run the price up to expand the market, then sell high and drop the price, and buy at the low to accumulate, and then repeat, but with a bigger market paying attention. They are going to play this into the meeting in Philly. Personally, if you run and sell now you give them the power. I am watching and getting ready to buy when this bottoms. Actually, this MM manipulation proves to me the future is coming fast. They have been drilling us for a year, and finally just let off the brake and look what happened. Up and down is their style and they will make a ton. I will ride some of this action. JMHO. R3
Here is what I think is happening. The MM's drove the market up knowing that left alone and without their interference, it would rise, AND WILL RISE AGAIN. Seeing the future of this stock, they are now driving it down selling, and when they bottom out, they will once again buy to accumulate more shares at the lower price. The MM's are doing just what their name implies: they are making the market. So, let's not say silly things like what is SP doing, where are the contracts, where are the Pr's? THE MM'S ARE MOVING THIS STOCK LIKE A CHESS BOARD WAITING TO ACCUMULATE INTO THE NEWS. Mark my word, within the next few days when they are finished moving this price down, they will buy into this market like a rabid dog waiting for the contract news. Actually, I feel better seeing the manipulation. Let's ride it, not fight it. Accumulate. JMHO. R3
The TA is gagged because Tivus has been buying back shares and SP doesn't want the public to know for running the price north out of their ability to reduced dilution. Make sense? No, I didn't think so either, but it was worth a try. Actually, none of this makes much sense accept that the MM's are shafting the shareholders and there isn't a thing we can do about it now or even after a contract is let. Let's talk strategy or no one will buy this stock, even at announcement time of a contract. R3
Is there one MM who is creating this scenario? R3
Jwez, what is their business reason? R3
I thought a good discussion item would be to ask what is obvious: Besides making money, what's the objective of the MM's in their market strategy? I have had several ask, "What is the objective in slamming the stock they own millions of shares in? What is their ultimate objective?" GLTA. R3
Parisara, I think a longer play may give you greater benefit. There is the Marriott manager's conference in Philly where Tivus is installed in the next two weeks and it seems a perfect time to hold these shares until we see if there is an announcement. If I was going to share a new contract with my front line people, it would be at that time. JMHO and GLTY. R3
OK, so you are a penny stock scavenger. I got it. Good Luck with your bottom fishing. It takes all types. R3
So, what is your reason for being here? Another Superman with abilities able to jump large buildings? What's your payoff? R3
You know folks, It is only money! Seriously, don't let it be your god. I love chatting with many of you on the board, but win, lose, or draw I am the same today and tomorrow. GLTA and that does include Tivus. R3
Oh Brian, how many times does this have to be explained to you? Over and over today clarifications were made and you either don't read or just care to argue. Please, do us all a favor and find your way to an exit. I feel like I am seeing the unwanted family cousin who just comes into eat your food, gripe about how life has mistreated him, kicks your dog, insults your spouse, and then tells you he is staying for a long visit. Tivus will survive and grow, and come the end of this month when all the Host's managers get the announcement on the multi-hotel installation contract with Tivus, you will feel so silly. And if it doesn't, the sun will still rise the next day. I wish you a good life, just GLTY somewhere else. R3
This is a great lesson. When you get focused on a run, you lose your DD as the reason you invested in the first place. Then, when people who are vultures post, you give them oxygen. Depend on your DD, folks, because this isn't a sprint, but a marathon. Negative people who just show up when they an cast doubt are unfortunate folks who see life as their opportunity to manipulate others. They don't offer any substance and love to show people who "slick" they are for never having built anything. So, slap them on ignore and relax. JMHO. R3
Spider, relax. This is good to go and you are witnessing what the rest of us have seen for months; market manipulation. Panicking is just what shorts want you to do, SO DON'T. Be cool.
Shiva apparently will be addressing the Marriott hotel managers about the tech, and with that a contract should be announced. Think about it; why put him up if the future of their hdtv hasn't been locked up with Tivus. The system is Gold. R3
Who sold down to 17? R3
An interesting piece of opinion:
"E-Trade has its own market maker, ETMM (some times ETRD), but they rarely represent your order, and often trade against you. We don’t like E-Trade for trading penny stocks because of this, and because their execution time is slow. The E-Trade platform does have some nice features but we think these are outweighed by the problem of market maker representation."
Just an opinion by pro's. R3
Pre-markets will be all over the place, but as we have been saying for quite some time, Tivu has been and is still ridiculously low. This has a high tech cutting edge tech for 10,000,000 rooms and the beauty is it pays for it's own installation and keeps on delivering revenue to an industry in need of bucks! Add a new sense of community in the industry and you have a game changing business of monumental consequence. So, .01 may seem like a leap to us, it may just come true. Stranger things have happened, and if I owned a few hundred million shares, I would not be letting them to cheap. We may be on the cusp of a very remarkable day. Let's see what happens. JMHO and GLTA. R3
My average was not looking pretty until last Friday when I dove back in at .0003. While I have not looked at my average because I am a long termer with Tivus, let's just say that I am well south of a .01. Some days you lose, and some days you hit a homerun. GLTA. R3
This stock has had the living hell beat out of it over the last year because of needed (but not so hot) financing to install Marriott Downtown Philly 1408 rooms. This is so far undervalued you can't see the top of the bottom, even with the "run up" over the last few days. It has a month of Sundays to run before it gets back to value. No chart work will capture where this should be. Tivus should keep running. Any move in .01 to .05 is still in reasonable value territory. JMHO and GLTA. R3
While I have no idea where Tivus will open, I can tell you that any open short of a penny is still undervalued. With Shiva Prakash addressing all the hotel managers of Host in 10 days or so, this thing is on the cusp of rocketland, and for good reason. This is the Microsoft and Apple of the hotel industries next big leap. NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS TECH!!! So, if your strategy is to try to go negative on Tivus in the next 30 days or so, you will only lose money. This guy (SP) may not be the Jim Cramer of business management, but his tech is off the charts, and great managers can be had for i$'s and/or a buyout or merger. Strap in and hold on. JMHO. R3
I am still processing the interview. 1. It is obvious that SP loves his creation. 2. This puppy is probably going to be in a buyout within the year IF Marriott finally coughs up the $'s. Jeez, you smack them in the face with a Billion $ development and they don't pull the string. Go figure!! 3. The creation of community in Tivus is just what Howard Schultz did with Starbucks. Selling coffee is a sideline; their barrista's sell friendship and "over the back yard fence" recognition. Tivus' accomplishes this, GAME OVER!! I have yet to go to a hotel where they even come close. Give you the key, and the guy drops you at the door with his/her hand out for the tip. Community??? I don't think so. Go Tivus! 4. I think the buyback mention assures that Tivu will not do a RS. That (RS) was NOT mentioned. 5. SP mentioned a business plan, but no $ figures. In all honesty, it didn't resemble any plan I am aware of. It kind of sounded like, "We will know we are there when we get there!" But in all fairness to him, he needs money to get to the sophistication of the business plan. Come on, Marriott!! Carpe Diem, dudes!
All in all, this company should rock forward. Share price keeps rising and just what the interviewer thought (obviously!); this stock is way, way undervalued!! GLTA. R3
OK, what is the deal with our talk show tonight? Is there a secret in getting in to listen? You can tell I am not generation X, but a BBoomer. R3
Was the dipper at the end a MM? I see it over and over but I can't make sense of it. Someone enlighten me!! R3
Just think about it: 4 shares per PENNY! That is still so great!! I owned a stock that went from .03 to .80 in less than two weeks and never had a chance of surviving!! It his $138,000.00 in that time period on less than $1000 invested. That is what sold me on penny stocks!! This is much more potent. This one actually has a real product and service!! 4 shares per penny! GLTA. R3
This rise is merely the result of MM's holding back their serve. Wait for news. If you don't get in soon, you will look back on this and say, "I was soooo stupid!" JMHO. R3
Can someone give us a look at the L2's? What's left of the .0022's? Many thanks ahead of time. R3
BTW, when the negative posters come on board (names will remain nameless!) just do what we have been doing: IGNORE THEM AND DON'T RESPOND TO THEIR SILLY QUESTIONS!!!! That works beautifully and frustrates the living h-ll out of them. People need to do their own DD to see why Tivus is moving, is way, way under priced, and should be cruising to a new listing on the QB or some other listing as soon as the personnel can be freed up to get us moved. It may seem slow, but $'s will provide the personnel to do the job. R3
What puts us to .05 is: Contract with Host and buyback share announcement. Actually, it may take us well beyond .05. I can't imagine a shrinking OS and $'s with Fortune 500 company that wouldn't begin to push us up, up and away. JMHO! GLTA! R3
Roomlinx is indeed entering into the fray; just no ad insertion revenue from what I can tell, and if that is the case, THAT IS HUGE. It is amazing how these systems come on line within a short amount of time of each other. However, right now, the $'s are on the $'s. GLTA. R3
From what we have seen about Marriott, they could care less about Tivus' competition. If they could stick a thumb in Lnet's eye to get them to worry about the competition in order for them to drop their price a penny, THEY WILL DO IT. It's called competition. They will use Tivus to scare the pants off the others and benefit in the long run when it comes time to negotiate a price, or dump lnet for not competing. Remember, Tivus does not have the capacity to refit 100 hotels a year for now, but Marriott is still negotiating prices for their hotels with the others. I see Marriott telling the others, "You either step up to the plate with new services that benefit us or we will drop you like a hot potato!" Nothing stays the same in tech and we are a part of the world of big business. JMHO. R3
Penny stocks are notorious for losers. The traders don't want you blaming or suing them for not warning you. YOU CAN LOSE IT ALL. I would call them and tell them you understand that and to remove account restrictions in trading. GL.
BTW, I smell buy back. Think of it. If SP wants to cut the number of OS, he can RS (thus making everyone mad who was in this from the beginning and offending the newbies as well), or he can take several hundred thousand in a new contract and buy back a few hundred million, thus boosting sp and making everyone happy for a future uplist. I think he knows which one is obvious. It also says, WE'VE GOT MONEY!, thus boosting the sp again. This is win/win. On the other hand, an RS says, "No money!" and "I don't expect any soon!" No, we have a buyback on the immediate horizon WITH A CONTRACT. JMHO. R3
Having top managers examine the Tivus' system is part of the process. If the people that captain the ships like the system, you will see more contracts, and there is not one of them that can't see the benefit of a large increase in revenue on their bottom line and end of the year bonus. The other plus side is that SP gets to listen to comments and take any corrective actions in software that he may not have seen. This is a win/win.
In the meantime, don't expect SP to suddenly change his spots and become a master at PR releases. We have just discovered for sure in the last few days that all the dilution created by stock sales went to install the Philly Marriott. IT is paid for. I don't know why he didn't tell his shareholders this a long time ago, but he didn't. I believe that would have saved us a ton of dilution. So any climbing we will do in sp will come from expectations of contracts and news releases. . . eventually. I am not complaining, but just saying don't over expect.
As far as the Buzzie and company, asking dumb questions will get you dumb answers. We have been through the wars and this board won't fall for statements from folks who missed the boat and want cheap shares. GLTA. R3
I am looking at 13 mil. traded in less than an hour. Nice volume and upward motion at .0014. R3
