Do you folks know that if CEO privately told a shareholder about a 1:10 RS coming with trading time before the filing it would be legally the same as privately telling them something like "we're announcing a $100m contract Tuesday"

1. Tomorrow already came and it's not.
2. Let's assume he meant Monday. Clearly they were very sure the RS will be in effect by then as they were basing it off our .054 closing pps Thursday. So the apparent story is only true if we open in the .50s Monday with 10% of our shares.

Everyone needs to stop caring about this one account of very drastic claims until its proven to be even slightly valid.

Yes, they can. My point is if it turns out there is no RS filing by PM Monday, theres no RS lol. Theres no confirmed dividend either and theres no magical definitive run from .54 - $3 monday - wednesday. It will mean it was a fabricated story.

I say this because if CEO told kingmack that yesterday AH, it wouldve only been because he knows the action is 100% being taken before next market open. Otherwise it would be illegal to share the info with a retail shareholder. No phone call necessary to get this answer. EVERYONE will know the answer by Monday's open. Whether true or false, we still have every reason to be bullish for continuation on Monday

Can we stop giving so much credibility to one person's story of a phone call.. it's not worth discussing without any filings or proof.. based off what they said we should see corporate action taken over the weekend.. so if nothing changes by monday, those posts become irrelevant.. and we keep on trading with same exact sentiment as Friday..
