anyone know when we're supposed to hear this important announcement that is on the ants website?

poster44ny, i can't respond with PM but to answer your question, i own a little over 5.6M shares..

i have my trading account through fidelity and at he moment it has all the financial info as n/a.. im hoping that when everything is current, that'll change.. i also checked the bid/ask and it looks like this.. i know it's the weeknd but other stocks aren't like this.. wonder if it has to do with anything to come.

guess we'll have to wait and see.. i will tell you this, when the merger is officially completed, you'll be the first to know from me.

well the fact is PV doesn't have majority ownership of NVAE anymore so, i doubt he can do a reverse split..

ok, fine, i'll acknowledge the "contingent" statement that was listed in the quarterly report but you should at least acknowledge the fact that PV got the filings done as he said he would.

what's your background here? did PV burn you on other stocks or this one?

no worries.. check out the stickies.. he's trying to reestablish shareholder confidence by trying new things.. one idea has been his blog where he's kept us updated on the merger progress.. may have moved slower than most wanted but at this point, everything he said he would do, has been done.. get the merger completed and bring NVAE current.

at this point, we're all waiting for AIGI to submit attorney letter and then news on company details.

that's my issue too... im open to all sorts of conversation but there is a point when you should acknowledge what the guy has done or least gain some credibility.. PV said he'll do the filings and now we see 12 reports uploaded today.

so when we all make nice profit on this, lets all meet up in vegas for a NVAE/AIGI party! haha..

the funny this is that nothing has changed here.. i use own OTOW stock and got screwed in the RS so i sold for a loss.. i follow it here and there and try not to post but today i find it hard not to..

i feel bad for anyone still involved.. val will continue to promise you the sky but you'll never leave the hole he put all his shareholders in.. look at the last 2 PR's, all fluff again..

so he hired a director, where's the 8K to support that hiring? just typical BS from val. doesn't have a clue on how to run a company and instead of doing the smart thing of hiring someone with more experience, he continues to do whtever it takes to keep them floating.. they have no revs, no towers, some useless commercial, and calling cards? val has changed the company's products so much that i dont even know what OTOW is anymore..

not sure but i dont like the fact of them asking for that info without giving us a reason why.. i gave them the wrong last 4 digits on purpose because i figured my name and email was enough info for wahtever they need it for.. if they really want to know who i am, then they can email me requesting that additional information if its that important to them otherwise, im not giving my info.

all very interesting.. i signed up on their website to receive this news when it's available.. i dont like the fact of putting the last 4 digits of my SS# so i used another number. if my info is that important to them, id rather discuss on the phone.

as for them possibly moving to private company, i guess that wouldn't be a bad thing.. i say if we they have to move back now to restablish their company, im fine with it.. i know others have a huge position but im willing to see what they say.

i'll do some more DD on companies that go from public to private and how it'll affect shareholders.. if ANTS isn't doing this, at least we're all informed of that scenario.

did you see my earlier post? i spoke to someone this morning from their IR and they know of the SEC issue and are working to get out a shareholder letter with updates.. hopefully we'll hear something later today. if i hear anything sooner, i'll def let you know.

yuppers.. when i called and introduced myself, he immediately said "i know why you're calling." kinda funny.. good to know they were right on top of it and willing to discuss the matter and not hang up or just ignore the calls.. i only spoke to him for a few minutes because i didn't want to take up his time because obvioulsy he had more important issues to attend to..

look for a letter today.. im guessing late afternoon or after market.. at this point, it doesn't matter when they release the letter as long as they do it today (as they stated).

me too.. we should hear something today. im pretty sure that if ANTS is complying with SEC, their chill will be lifted.. now what that does to their stock is up to investors.. id suspect a lot of selling but if rik releases great news about contracts, etc.. well that'll be great.

ANTS Phone Convo:

All, i called the contact number on ANTS website 1.828.367.2687 (http://www.ants.com/index.php/contact-us) and spoke to their IR guy.. he told me they're aware of the SEC suspension and reading through the documents now to make sure they respond accordingly. he also told me "this doesn't mean our company is done." he also went on to say he's getting a lot of calls and they plan to send a letter to shareholders today with an update on everything. in the letter, he said it'll have steps on what they're doing with the company and how they're addressing the SEC issue. they don't to release a letter stating the obvious without giving some details to the shareholders. he said they will get it out today.

for everyone who thinks its a scam, it's not.. the company is ligit and if you think im lying, call them yourself.

not sure of this "gray sheets" everyone is talking about but i still own shares and plan to hold. if ANTS shows SEC they're working on the filings, the chill will be lifted and company can trade again.. yea, a bump in the road but look at what they had to clean up..

i just emailed them after clicking the "contact us" option on their website.. i plan to call them in a little bit and if i hear anything, i'll post the updates

i really really really hope so.. we are seeing some nice volume today which is great and based on the most recent post of a 13M buy at 0.0003, i like what i see..

i feel like we're almost there.. i've been trying not to think about this stock because lately it's been a tease.. haha.

to be honest, im not sure but id suspect they would have gone through some sort of verification or quality check prior to being filed. maybe today they're in the process as you mentioned, i'll look into it unless someone else on this board knows the process a little better?
