yuppers.. when i called and introduced myself, he immediately said "i know why you're calling." kinda funny.. good to know they were right on top of it and willing to discuss the matter and not hang up or just ignore the calls.. i only spoke to him for a few minutes because i didn't want to take up his time because obvioulsy he had more important issues to attend to..

look for a letter today.. im guessing late afternoon or after market.. at this point, it doesn't matter when they release the letter as long as they do it today (as they stated).
