all very interesting.. i signed up on their website to receive this news when it's available.. i dont like the fact of putting the last 4 digits of my SS# so i used another number. if my info is that important to them, id rather discuss on the phone.

as for them possibly moving to private company, i guess that wouldn't be a bad thing.. i say if we they have to move back now to restablish their company, im fine with it.. i know others have a huge position but im willing to see what they say.

i'll do some more DD on companies that go from public to private and how it'll affect shareholders.. if ANTS isn't doing this, at least we're all informed of that scenario.
