So with the latest tweet from the CEO, are we now working with Nasa's JPL?
Instead of a shareholders meeting, there should be a "fishbowl party" where everyone gets to help turning over the fish tank and dumping Mr Bubbles into the toilet for his afternoon swimmy.
In a few short weeks time, Generative AI will literally become obsolete overnight and few know this is about to happen and disrupt the entire industry. With current AI, there is no "intelligence" in artificial intelligence, and in reality its all unintelligent, but promoted and sold as the opposite. You also need massive storage and GPUs to power this current unintelligent AI. There is no learning process with these LLMs, and the data that it correlates is all siloed data that also has a cutoff date.
General AI is coming, which allows AI agents to learn from each other within this new network. It will learn from the data and input you provide, as well from other agents within the network, and the environment as well.
There will still be demand for LLMs, as you can still utilized siloed data, but when you need high probability answers, siloed data will not be an option, and for those in Europe, the fines alone for getting things messed up will prevent use of such.
Prepare for change in the AI space. All you read about is generative AI and LLMs that utilize siloed data that's very limited and often misleading. This is all about to change, and unlike generative AI, general AI agents will have minimal requirements that don't include GPU units or massive storage needs.
Of course not.
In fact, I have doubts that the SEC requires anything of them.
From a control standpoint it wouldn't matter, but I'm sure it would matter to the hundreds of investors that would love to ask the big questions and put management in the spotlight for once.
I won't speculate on who the company is or isn't working with, but when listening to the CEO talk about the different companies, one can't help but notice how he speaks differently about Apple compared to the others. Apple is said to be far behind in the AI race, but one move could propel Apple, or anyone else in the arena past all competitors if they play their cards correctly. LLMs are likely here to stay, but Verses is about to offer something to the world that isn't just better, but puts the actual intelligence in AI. All other so called AI up to this point is in fact unintelligent, and Verses leadership has thoroughly explained why this is the case.
Preferably at the stern, if one should still be inclined to celebrate.
I think most around here that are "invested", have legitimate concerns about the company itself, and this is the ONLY method that they feel they have in expressing their frustrations and concerns as there's literally zero communication between company and shareholders. For example..... When was the last shareholders meeting?
What I find humorous is that one of them wasn't even said to be a trial, and yet here we are.
When the word is used in an official capacity, indeed, its a trial.
Whoever is responsible for writing the company's PRs should be fired.
You could literally hire someone with disabilities that has better writing skills.
The Maker vs. The Operator | LLM vs. Active Inference AI
The company has updated its Leadership page.

Free Energy Principle Predicts Self-Organized Learning in Real Neurons
https://scitechdaily.com/free-energy-principle-predicts-self-organized-learning-in-real-neurons/
I thought this was an interesting line in the PR, considering Q2 ended in June, and Q3 ends in September. Are the company's quarterlies not the same as most other companies?
Of all their products, would say that the KOSM platform of everyone having the opportunity to build their own AI has the most potential, with the ability to add countless tools for the users to utilize in making their own AI apps?
I haven't ready where any company is working on something similar to what Verses is doing with Active Inference. Everything they're working on is from the past, and has such limitations. I don't know that they're even working on another ChatGTP as its so expensive to create another version of it. The tech is just limited, and in reality kind of dumb.
Everywhere you read about AI being used for this or that, but without a company like Verses AI, there is no "intelligence" in artificial intelligence. That's why I'm here, heavily invested. You listen to the founders speak, and wonder how in the hell this company is being valued at around 150M, give or take, when it should already be worth several billion if you factor in the potential as well as the timeline to reaching these events. Given the share price and where the market valuation stands today, I guess there won't be a gradual incline in the PPS and valuation, but rather explosive moves. I can handle it either way, as I don't see their competitors as being able to achieve what they already have in the pipeline.
I've read where yesterday someone was complaining elsewhere that they should make additional apps to make quick revenues, but I think they missed the memo. They might in fact be working on additional apps to sell, but in general Verses wants the world to create its very own AI apps using its KOSM platform. That's where the $$$ is.
Only an idiot would claim that this company is a scam.
The stock is being heavily shorted, and nothing else.
There are those on the bid with significant buy orders, as they clearly see the potential.
You're either in our out, and the smart ones are buying shares at every opportunity.
Near the end, Dan was asked about gaming. There's easily billions in revenue potential with the gaming industry utilizing the KOSM OS, even if its rarely discussed. Much of the world loves games, and I think we can all admit that AI in games always has been, up until now at least, very limited and rather underwhelming. In order for the AI to have any sort of "edge", it has to "cheat", or be given a handicap. KOSM AI will allow for the gaming industry to explode as everything from RTS titles, 3d shooters, to casual card games will have KOSM AI. As Dan said, you'll have tokens available, with many that are able to make a real living off gaming.
Dan also spoke about Tesla yet again, and I have to wonder if that's the auto manufacturer they're working with. It sounds like we'll have a marketplace which allows us to sell our data directly to the manufacturer, but with our identity removed. So if you rack up a lot of miles, you're able to monetize on this data as the manufacturer can use info on everything from the breaks, lights, user habits, etc.
Denise Holt w/ Dan Mapes, Founder of VERSES AI in an Exclusive AMA
I base it on their presentations.
The market right now is nothing but day traders and flippers. Soon they'll uplist, and when that happens, institutional investors will literally buy up the float.
You apparently know nothing about patents, or this company.
The patent news is huge.
VERSES Announces Patent Filing for Predictive Querying
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/verses-announces-patent-filing-predictive-120000321.html
Given today's stock price (or lack thereof), and the company's communication on the subject, I would assume that uplisting in the near future is highly likely.
Someone bought in BIG early after noon, briefly taking the share price up after it had bottomed out. It was as if the PPS didn't matter, but rather the desire for a relatively large number of shares right then and there. When the share price was clearly struggling for support, why is that? I can think of a few good reasons.
I had always imagined those that work for the company telling their friends and loved ones about their company, and how legitimate of an opportunity it is, including right before any major news hits. Now we don't know if thats the case here, but I can tell you one thing for certain. The company's definition of "end of summer" could be this week, rather than the official time, which is the end of September. When GIA is announced, there's absolutely no way in hell I'll be caught without every single share that I can muster. And then there's DataLens, Wayfinder, and the rest of their irons in the fire. One big contract announcement and its game over for the shorts and naysayers, and the price to buy in will be much higher than where it stands today. There's also the expectation that they could soon uplist.
Only a matter of time, and very soon we should reap the rewards like Jose Valverde did with the Inca's Llanganates.

As ENZC continues to decline in share price, lets see if the 4s hold up next week.
I bet there are many more successes percentage wise in O&G startups than in biotech, given the hurdles the companies have to face, and the cost to bring something to market.
It's like a turtle swimming in the ocean, God knows how many miles to reach its destination.
At least it won't take long in the African desert.
Plus we have a compass, and the guy back in the city that sold us this broken compass said if we kept head'n in the direction its pointing east, we'd find the oasis, and buried treasure there. I'm so "in" on this treasure hunt.
When I was right out of high school, I lived in a sort of half way house for over a year in Florida, as I didn't have the $$$ or resources to get an apartment. I saw men from every walk of life, and most were down and out, with little to look forward to other than their daily smoking habit on the side of the road after mandatory studies with the head of the house. It wasn't easy, as many around me were drug addicts, alcohols, thieves, etc, but I persevered, and would eventually move on to better things.
Now its Africa we're talking about here. I have little doubt that I lived in a palace full of wealth and prosperity compared to the vast majority of these people where a single amenity likely doesn't exist, and they're unsure if the next day is life or death. Forget how bad my medical condition might be.... if there's a meal and a clean bottle of water or two from the west included.... I'm in!
At least they're finally forced to admit the obvious, and this charity story of keeping the lights on to save high paying jobs is coming to an official end.
They literally had a product that nobody wanted.... because the industry didn't require it, and never will.
Those cashing checks are fun to wait behind.
Of course, most of the line consists of those buying overpriced, 12 packs of beer, as they're too damn lazy to get it at the grocery store cheaper..... not that their families could afford either option.
But yes, those lotto and scratch offs are probably the worst.
Luckily I rarely find myself having to go in to one of these corner "stores".
Thanks for the heads up. It appears I only have to worry about the more serious threats and violations now, as before it could be rather tedious to keep a board clean of most OT discussions. Makes our lives much easier as moderators.
Did the rules change recently? I deleted an off topic post, only for it to be reinstated within minutes. It was a post baiting another member, though no vulgarity involved. I had always thought that any post that isn't about the company is considered OT. It would help explain why before, when I wasn't the moderator, requests to have posts removed from users promoting other stocks were not deleted. It appears that's no longer OT either under the handbook. Makes my job easier if this is the case, just stopping by to make sure I'm not missing anything.
Lets see if the 4s hold up this week, or if this continues to drop lower into the 3s as investors and traders continue dumping their shares.
Some quick DD for those interested in what Verses AI has to offer.
GIA app- Verses AI’s flagship product, GIA, will be based on the KOSMOS AI network, and able to assist users in finding answers and solutions. GIA will be able to communicate safely with other GIAs around the globe, improving and learning on the go, and the user will be able to customize the interface of GIA to their preferences. One of the world’s leading neuro scientists, Karl Friston, now works at Verses AI as the company’s CSO, and discovered the AI equivalent to physics E=mc2 that is embedded into GIA and every other assistant that is a part of the KOSM network that developers will soon have access to. The company is already allowing for signups to become Early Access Users for GIA, and is expected to announce Beta testing on an international level at the end of Q3 this year. It took ChatGTP two months to reach more than 100 million users, as demand for AI based assistance has soared. How many users will demand GIA? They plan to offer a freemium tier, as well as a $20 subscription model with marketplace acess.
