Glad to hear it amigo! Good execution on that trade too, always nice to take a healthy profit on Friday!
I'm gonna be sad once my free month is up, no more posting on this board....any chance y'all could start a "Got Parlay II" board in the free section for us poor cheap b*****ds?
Lol! I'll try man, but by the time I heard of it, it was over .15, I got a mild pullback buy at .148 then posted here, but I know man, it takes some grit buying a stock that's already up over 100% for the day, typically kinda foolhardy, but the news was soooooooo compelling, the numbers just too big.
~shrugs~...you oughta know by now amigo:
DRAGYNN GETS PAID, ABIGHAMMER GETS PAID!
LOL!
Oh i'm not trying to extol the virtues of Brazil or their mining community, lol, this thread of conversation just started because I was pointing out the Brazilians being the major producer of niobium as opposed to the Chinese.
I'm a believer here, and spring is coming
Oh no, not in the mining biz, and not that knowledgeable either, lol, just know where and how to look for info fairly quickly, anybody can do it. Texas Ripper is who you need to ask about SRSR, he's much more knowledgeable about this company and a lot of other junior mining firms as well. Check out the JM board here:

Yeah no kidding! Kind of strange though, called a lot of transfer agents over the years, never heard of them charging a company a fee to simply disclose the OS over the phone or in an e-mail.
VIPR replied to me as well, nothing really important obviously, I just wanted to followup my previous posts, so here it is, and I am tickled that they DID respond, always nice to find out a pink you bought is actually a REAL company, lol!
--------------------------------------------------------
Dear Sir,
The company just recently updated its website on the issued and outstanding and has been doing so on a periodic basis. We disclose this information on all our financial statements and 15c-211 disclosure documents which can be found on pinksheets.com under our symbol. Our transfer agent will no longer disclose this information as each time they do, it costs the company a hefty fee, which we hope you can understand
VIPR Industries Inc.
Sincerely,
VIPR Industries Inc.
WOLV not getting any respect today, a good day for getting in cheaply as i continue my quest to leverage all the mining acreage in North America, lol!
Okay, settling in for the wait.

Well the key to remember there, and it's JMHO of course, is that figure is for current consumption levels, which will likely not remain the same, demand should increase, and likely there will be more uses found for niobium over the course of time, and of course there are occasionally changing geo-political considerations. A new large mining operation by SRSR, would also at least temporarily IMO, drive the price of niobium down as it ramped up production due to increased supply.
Just factors to consider, especially when setting a future target price, pragmatism serves me well as an investor. I like SRSR a lot at this price, and that's why I bought, and I think it could easily return to and surpass the highs of last year by far. I just feel it's very important that we present a clear DD picture for newer investors, it's ethically the right thing to do, and will attract a stronger-handed class of shareholder to this stock, which is good for us all and the company too.
Best of luck!
I'm sorry, but again, you might want to hit the link I provided, the Brazilian mines are in fact open-pit, they don't even have to tunnel for the stuff, it's practically laying on the surface, and not in the jungle either, check the photos of the two largest and you'll see. In addition, these two mines in Brazil alone, are said to have so much proven easily accessible niobium, that they could supply world demand at current levels, for the next 500 years.
Dipped my beak into WOLV this morning, it's my master plan to basically leverage the entire country of Canada by buying every miner in the country, lololol! I think I own teeny portions of like 100's of thousands of acres now
SFMI hot yesterday, up again today, wish I had known about them two days ago, looks like they are past the junior stage and about to be processing ore.
GLTA!
Great day for zombies!! Got some LEHMQ, tried to pick up some LEHJQ but TDA decided to have an on-the-rag-day with me and stepped on me repeatedly over dumbs**t stuff.
More bad news for BBI today, a downgrade to "sell", getting ugly there, can BK be far off?
A suggestion: I personally am not above taunting a real world-class a-hole, so I think that Jamie Dimon should receive a small gift as a token of our collective esteem, a "Got Parlay" t-shirt, free of charge...well, free other than several TENS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS THAT IS!!$$$$$$$LOLOLOLOL
It's the least we can do!
jriccio@viprindustries.com is the e-mail address that the transfer agent gave me to inquire about share structure. Even a canned reply would be nice, I just can't stand when companies give a shareholder the silent treatment.
But who knows, my first e-mail might not have made it for some reason. I just posted last week on here that I would post any reply I got, and I didn't want anyone thinking I had blown it off and moved on.
Ahhh, thank you Dark Knight, I just now noticed the update in the I-box. Still it would be nice for them to answer shareholders correspondence, since it IS we who provide their funding.
I did notice the I-box still lists Empire as the transfer agent, the new firm is:

2632 Coachlight Court
Plano, Texas 75093
Tel 972 612 4120
Fax 972 612 4122

It has been a week since I e-mailed the company regarding current share structure, and still no reply. I wrote them again just now, and will report the info should they choose to answer my e-mail this time.

Actually it's my understanding that Brazil is the largest source of niobium in the world, with the two largest mines there producing some 75% of what's produced currently, a Canadian mine is third at around 7%. And not to put too fine a point on it, but I hear repeated references to "REE's", which niobium is not, are there perhaps more elements found in SRSR's properties that i'm not aware of?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niobium
According to estimates, niobium is 33rd on the list of the most common elements in the Earth’s crust with 20 ppm.[38] The abundance on Earth should be much greater, but the “missing” niobium may be located in the Earth’s core due to the metal's high density.[20] The free element is not found in nature, but it does occur in minerals.[24] Minerals that contain niobium often also contain tantalum, for example, columbite ((Fe,Mn)(Nb,Ta)2O6), columbite-tantalite (or coltan, (Fe,Mn)(Ta,Nb)2O6) and pyrochlore ((Na,Ca)2Nb2O6(OH,F)).[32] Columbite-tantalite minerals are most usually found as accessory minerals in pegmatite intrusions, and in alkaline intrusive rocks. Less common are the niobates of calcium, uranium, thorium and the rare earth elements such as pyrochlore and euxenite ((Y,Ca,Ce,U,Th)(Nb,Ta,Ti)2O6). These large deposits of niobium have been found associated with carbonatites (carbonate-silicate igneous rocks) and as a constituent of pyrochlore.[39]
The two largest deposits of pyrochlore were found in the 1950s in Brazil and Canada, and both countries are still the major producers of niobium mineral concentrates.[9] The largest deposit is hosted within a carbonatite intrusion at Araxá, Minas Gerais Brazil, owned by CBMM (Companhia Brasileira de Metalurgia e Mineração); the other deposit is located at Catalão, Goiás owned by Anglo American plc (through its subsidiary Mineração Catalão), also hosted within a carbonatite intrusion.[40] Altogether these two Brazilian mines produce around 75% of world supply. The third largest producer of niobium is the carbonatite-hosted Niobec Mine, Saint-Honoré near Chicoutimi, Quebec owned by Iamgold Corporation Ltd, which produces around 7% of world supply.[40]
Extensive though unexploited resources are located in Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania, Malawi, Australia and Russia.
Anyone have any thoughts on WOLV? Just came across them today and started DD.
Who even let's you trade TSX stocks? Etrade? Fidelity?
Yeah, noticed that. Still, cheaper commissions and I can trade currency there too. Plus TDA has been doing a lot of restricting of trading in various pinks lately, either a must-call-to-place-order, or in one instance this last week, no opening positions at all (ETLS), really tired of that. And today's annoyance, has been REPEATED instances of my bid not showing up, despite it being the high bid. Starting to cost me money.
Thanks for the replies about Zecco y'all, mods I appreciate you allowing the off-topic stuff. Finally got filled, so i'm back in SRSR, and holding like a miserly old hen settin' on a clutch of eggs, lol, JMHO, but I think spring is going to bring some good things here.
Dragynn
Ameriturd won't let me buy TSX stocks, really sick of them, about to open a new account, any experience with Zecco?
Hey Tex! Been out frying fish (figuratively, lol), but as of today, I am back in SRSR, been in VIPR for a week or so, and looking to buy KATX shortly!
JMHO, but I think this is the year some of the "juniors" become "seniors". Now seems like the time to buy, while all are cheap.
Good luck to all! Tex, we need to have a margarita, I tell you, Los Cucos is cheap and tasty!
I have a bid in that's higher than what's currently showing on level 1 for TDA. ~sigh~ I really bet the SEC is getting tired of hearing from me.
MIKP made wikipedia on the"Dark Visions" page, sorry if this already been posted.

LOL! No problem,
NOL= Net Operating Loss
SJ= Summary Judgement
JMHO= Just My Humble Opinion
SJ in this case refers to the 4 billion in cash deposit that WMI owns, but is currently in JPM's possession, arguments have all been heard about it, waiting for the judge to rule.
NOL's allow a business to carry forward (or backward) losses for tax purposes, WMI has an estimated 5.6 billion in NOL refunds due to the estate from the IRS, once again, JPM has disputed ownership of those funds, so we are waiting there too.
Hi Cicimici, nice day huh?
GOOOO WAMUUUUU!
C'mon judge, do the right thing.
SUBPOENA THE FDIC!
If it goes to .60 at all, it will be because we have SJ and likely the NOL cash as well, at that point, if ya gotta sell some, JMHO but consider selling a portion, and waiting a bit, I believe it can hit a dollar+ on SJ and NOL news.
That "all-or-nothing" method of buying and selling caused me a lot of misery back in the day, the best trader I know got me out of that mindset, and taught me to buy and sell in chunks, and stop trying to second-guess the market. An extra ten bucks here and there in commish's doesn't mean squat if you're profiting a few hundred with each sell.
Wasn't implying that, sorry, just trying to reassure those who were about to freak out.
Sometimes TDA's streamer gets a little stuffed up if your Java cache is too full.
I saw that Uzual, throwing them out there while the bid/ask was still in mid .24's, not the first time this week they've done that, some skullduggery is imminent methinks. Let's hope it's to the upside, they need to paint a .255 or two to spring it loose.
TDA shows .244 x.245 on level 1. Refresh your streamer.
