VIPR replied to me as well, nothing really important obviously, I just wanted to followup my previous posts, so here it is, and I am tickled that they DID respond, always nice to find out a pink you bought is actually a REAL company, lol!

The company just recently updated its website on the issued and outstanding and has been doing so on a periodic basis. We disclose this information on all our financial statements and 15c-211 disclosure documents which can be found on pinksheets.com under our symbol. Our transfer agent will no longer disclose this information as each time they do, it costs the company a hefty fee, which we hope you can understand
