Two indications/facts the deal went on:
1. There is a new board subscribed in the OTC site.
2. SBES is now Soleil Pharm in Delaware and retired from Nevada SOS.

Why did the new management has never acknowledged to the existing shareholders also
has not filed the due Qs, Annual report and Attorney's letter and let SBES to go down to Expert Market ?
Speculation is limitless.

I still wondering why someone could buy $7000 with average .00035 when the day before trading was at 00002-1. Some enthusiastic peep was prompted to think news around the corner which I disagree. IMO It will take months before something positive emerges.

I'm really surprised with the low volume being traded after SBES has become EM. Probably, some shareholders has not realized Sbes has become a pariah? , we are basically in the 2nd basement of this building called Stock Market, just above CE. I still think SBES will trade below 0001 in the coming months.

The stocks within states outside Eastern time are the worse, many of them launch news 1-2 hours before market ends. Hopefully that wont happen with PLPL. IMO.

45000 shrs sold/bought at 0007 to be precise. Was it a paint job? Most probably. I expect many long months of waiting and watching pps to go as low as 00005-9.

The questions I ask myself is if potential shareholders will want to invest in this stock knowing the way the new management has treated us, so rudely to say the least?. Will this stock pass the wall of pennyland without recurring to the nefarious R/S?. Only hope and no material facts.

I was following 3 Xu's stocks and the one he furiously diluted was this one. I calculated that the gross return on those diluted shares was around $15 Millions on average price of 0.003. Remember this stock went as high as $0.02 and then went down to 0009 then as high as 0.009 then as low as 0007 then as high as 0054.

Buy Nines if you can IMO, lets make a strong support, note sellers still selling tens , they lose money selling lower than ten.

What's the logic into buying a shell, do the paperwork to Delaware and then let it die? I dont think so. IMO, Shell will be defunct up to the time the Indian Management decides to reverse course. Anyway, existing shareholders might have a sour or sweet awakening when all this happen, either R/S or retiring shares after buying it in a rip-off expert market . I'm still perplexed the pps is not 0001 yet.

Anyway, my conspiracy theory is that an allied party will buy most shares at a ridiculous price < than 0.00005 and retire those shares when the time becomes appropriate 1-2 years later....and start the shell when everyone just forgot about it.
