Who is able to buy shares being EM unless you are MM. Most of us were not allowed to buy sbes shares even when it was Pink limited Information.

Anyway, my conspiracy theory is that an allied party will buy most shares at a ridiculous price < than 0.00005 and retire those shares when the time becomes appropriate 1-2 years later....and start the shell when everyone just forgot about it.
