I KNOW THIS ONE.... A MONEY MAKER!

Dollars.....
No I am am American, I live in Utah and play mostly stock under .85 cents. I have been at this for only a few years since I left my corp job and world behind. I have all of my money here. I have not gained enough experience to short stocks or skirt the feds.
I am just like most of the people here. Don't get me wrong, I don't like loosing money, but I just stopped worrying about every trade. I have three to four lotto's that sit on the back burner. Other than that, I don't keep my moneys tied up more than 48 hours on any stock. I generate most of my working capitol on SDS and PIR. Those are the only stocks I play hard that are over .85 cents. When I am focused on trading I have about twenty play going at any one time but I never hold them for more than two days; unless of course I consider them lotto plays. like this and WAMU*. I am no different , I started with $1000.00 in Jan of 08 and have built a substantial portfolio by not getting greedy and not giving a rip about who the company is, or who is managing it. I feel that down here in the wild west, basic DD, news, perception, and momo is what drive these mutts of the stock world. The big difference I see is if I play smart down here, I can flip 50-70k a day and double my money every two or three days
and that is the goal. Some days are good, some are bad. but overall you make money fast here If and only if you don't get emotional and detach your self from the money. It is only inventory.
OK, now you know who I am. Sorry for the rant.
I noticed only one bid today at .0001. I don't sit on my charts anymore; I use to sit and watch them like a hawk. I just popped open my L2 and saw a ton of green orders going through for big blocks. So I thought I would comment. It was the only action I have seen on L2's in a ome time, so I thought I would just comment. I ment nothing by it. Franky I could care less. I only have $5k tied up here, so it bags I am will not be destitute. If it runs...(yea right) then I clear some coin.
It's a lotto for me. I think people take trading too serious. They need to just relax and go with the flow. Keep in mind this is the best job in the world. We make more in a day them 90% of the people make in a year. And, we do it in out pajamas.
What a great gig.
Look at all the buys @ .0001 today. Not much selling. who is doing all the buying. I thought that 20 million would be a good number. But some made multiple buys of 10 million today. At least it appears so.
Some day the dilution will stop. It's not like it the US government and they hav a printing press in the back room; right?
Question for those that may know. If buy "short" on a stock that does what CMGR did last summer. How does that effect your short play?
I agree, people must proceed with caution and rely on any one stock for a home run. that is why smart money always has multiple move in play at a time, and as you know I am sure, never get too emotionally attached to any of them. I could care less who runs a company. I could care less about the companies. My only motivation is to turn a profit and get out and move on. I have never denied my motivation. That said, I don't believe in pumping stocks in order to profit from newbees or inexperienced traders. It too easy to make money by doing the right things.
I can't say what he may or may not be able to do. But take a look at groupon. They were not even two years ago. 18 months ago they became a $50,000,000.00 company, One year ago they were $600,000,000.00, now by EOY 2010 they will clear over $1,000,000,000.00
This came from a company who ran a failed online social awareness company that never turned a profit. Last fall Google offered them six billion.
They are private but my guess is they may go public with in the next 24 months.
All I am saying is regardless of current situations if they were able to secure distribution at Sun Dance on some key projects. Management would not have any control over the run.
Most likely, you are right, but again..it really doesn't matter. 20,000,000.00 shares is only $2,000.00. Most of the people that trade for a living spend that much a week on lunches.
It really doesn't matter. If they reduce the OS. I have seen stranger things..... I remember when PIR was .08 and it ran to $11.02. Of course the two are completely different things but stocks, can do some weird things. The OS is an issue, but it could happen.
Not this year, or perhaps not next year. but think about Apple, 1985 it was $1.89 and was in a battle with Micro-Soft. They had a crap product and limited market penetration. Twenty five years later, and several splits they are now over $325.00. Thing can happen.
I played this stock last summer. I did OK. I have watched the dilution on this company and think we are close to the end.I also like all the recent news on this company. I live right by the Sun dance Film Festival in Park City, so I know how this event can catapult a company. This company has great long term potential to return to a $2.00 stock at some point. I don't know when, but even 20,000,000 shares does not tie up a ton of cash. Even if it sits for two years it could be well worth the wait. IMO
It filled thanks 5m @ .0001 man that took a long time.
So why are they not fill orders at ask? has anyone else seen this? Tons of volume none of it mine. I have had an order in for over 48 hours and not even a nibble.
I was one who was burned by this baby...bought way too high. Dumped too low. Tried to recover on the swings but not very successful.
This was a drag...I didn't follow my own gut should have stayed away. I am glad it was only $5k.
That I will Thanks Liable
Well looks like we are dead hear. Sorry it didn't work out...what's next?
I am right behind you... This might be as big a PIR two years ago.....If they can't get this thing solved without moving to BK status.
Happy New Year I am going to bed. Big day of Football tomorrow.

Right on Soapy...I posted an alert earlier in the day post #23454.. I play a lot of BK stocks and think this one is heading down that road. plus great short play as they keep posting bad news...Investors will bail out like rats off the Titanic.
Windfall
One more BK alert....something is happening at Lehman Brothers..all classes are up at least double digits except for LEHMQ's. Volumes are low but perhaps they might see a global settlement in the first of the year. or they may be reacting to WAMU and the momo change in the court.
I am not sure if everyone has been paying attention to the BK plays like I do...But on high Alert for the famous Windfall BK bounce. Boarders books (BGP) own over 20% today on news they have delayed vendor payments... I would say big radar item.

Happy New Year.
OK I know I have not been on the board a great deal this last week nor will I be on much next week (if at all) but what happened to the MOD? K_Trader either you take the spot or perhaps I will when I get back....
But we should have a MOD would you not all agree?
Wow a 25% bash for 15k shares right out of the shoot...I am heading out again for the day boys...tweet meet with news if you can.
Sorry guys I am out of pocket for a few days and unable to watch or comment due to limited access.
Can some one see if we can get an temp from Gelmon before the weekend?
Thanks
Anybody know of a company that trades is stock that sells or refines "salvia"? If we can find a company involed in the production, it should be blasting of right now until the middle of 2011.
Hey guys can we compile a list of all "D" plays so that we can do some basic analysis....What do you all think?
Windfall Magic
Guys,
Let's be professional and civil. This is an idea board. Both positive and negative opinions are welcome.
No one person can effect how a stock moves unless it's Buffet.
Try to understand that objective views will only help you to make good choices and keep us from looking through rose colored glasses.
I just don't like personal attacks they are not productive or professional.
Windfall Magic
Thanks K....There are some on these boards who do want to help and educate with out malice or an agenda.
If your account is frozen...Your broker (in my case Etrade) will pay you interest on your cash with in your account while you are frozen.
It is easy to stay within the rules...just don't get over zealous
Well in a perfect world that is true. However, this is how most traders get started and with little or no money. That is how I began.
Re-read my last post I just edited it to include the rules from FINRA Rule 2520 and NYSE Rule 431.
But also ask your broker or refer to your broker rule of conduct.
they may have additional penalties. but you can be frozen for upto 90 days on the first offense.
Just remember the SEC rules for day trader status. No round trips with three days or you will be flagged and your account quarantined unless you carry $25k min. so be careful all the newbees
Learn about FINRA Rule 2520 and NYSE Rule 431 Day trading is the practice of opening and closing an equity or option position (i.e., buying and selling the same stock or option) on the same trading day. A same-day buy and sell, or a same-day sell short and buy to cover, is considered a day trade.
If you make four or more day trades in a rolling five-trading-day period, you will be considered a pattern day trader under these rules. However, if the day trading activity does not exceed six percent of your total trading activity for the five-day period in question, your account may not be designated a pattern day trading account.
If you meet the definition of a pattern day trader, you'll be required to maintain $25,000 equity in your brokerage account at all times. If your account equity falls below $25,000, a day trading minimum equity call will be issued on your account requiring you to deposit additional funds or securities.
In order to meet the $25,000 requirement, your pattern day trade account will earn credit interest on the free credit balance.

That does make some sense..in 1953 Chevrolet produced a new concept two seater. The built only 325 of them and did not sell one. They gave them to people in the public eye that would be noticed. That car ......The Chevy Corvette. Now this car has been distinguished as the longest running production model of all time...
So, anything is possible, however, I would like to see Gelmon produce something on paper.
I think I would like mine with a little Johnny's (season salt), :D
