Shorting = short selling:

Short selling is when MM's (Market Makers) or perhaps even traders sell the sh*t out of something at a given price to drive the pps down so they can buy it back at a profit (more shares).

Naked short selling is when MM's don't even have any shares to sell but somehow manage to sell them anyway for the same reason listed above.

Dilution is when a company floods the market with new shares to raise capital.

it doesn't take a mind reader to understand that it's going to take a huge amount of cash flow to move the pps of 35.3 billion outstanding shares.

I was looking at possibly jumping in this stock, but the mathematics are iffy @ best.

The FDA approval will become more significant once the NIH is on board. No Federal funds until the NIH guidlines are revised. The fact that FDA approved ACTC means the NIH isn't too far behind.

Given the crap economic condition the EU is in... +38% is still +38%. Any step in the right direction is still a step in the right direction. Google & Yahoo finance are both rating this a strong buy... Google also has links for ACTC to be watched on 3/1.

etrade didnt release my shares until today. i woke up late and it had already dropped to a nickel (sonofabitch!). i figured a limit of .25 would be reasonable since it was within the spread.

needless to say, it got filled.

after waiting for a run for so long only to be kicked in the balls by a r/s, i decided that losing 75% was better than losing more.

im not sure what kind of complex mathematics you used to calculate that 400 shares would now equal $1000.
