Currently nothing on the L2 between 50 and 73.
LLEG doesn't need a paid promotion. They will do well on their own merit.
Paid by a third party... not LLEG paying for promotion.
Still great to see!
When did the PK L2 begin showing realistic lot sizes?

Nice day here. More to come, IMO
He made good on his mistake. That's respectable. What's not respectable is on man trying to block hundreds of jobs from coming to Berlin.
Everythings going well. Got the word last night that the IPP's motion for rehearing was denied, meaning one less hurdle for LLEG!
One more hurdle down! Construction begins this Summer, IMO.

That is amazing!
Great, informative post about LLEG. A bright future ahead for the company and shareholders!
TAP,
You just need to relax, my friend. Many of us have held LLEG shares for 3+ years and remain as calm as if the money was under our mattresses. Hang in there, buddy!

Hear Ye, Hear Ye, learn about LLEG ! ! !
SEVERELY UNDERVALUED, BUT NOT FOR LONG, UPLISTING SOON ! ! ! !
LLEG will soon be charting new territory in its pps. To acomplish this we have the following events soon to unfold.
With conditional approval of the 20 year Power Purchase Agreement, valued at $1.3T+, final approval is just around the corner, LIKELY before the end of the month, possibly as early as TODAY;
This was filed this week and it is likely that FINAL APPROVAL will be granted by the END OF MONTH.
From here we move on to the motion before the SEC, scheduled for a hearing date of May 18th, 19th this past Wednesday, Thursday and all reports suggest things went extremely well. With the matters now before the SEC amounting to housekeeping matters, I expect a quick and timely approval, LIKELY within one (1) week of the hearing. Despite the random musings suggesting otherwise, there is no real matter of concern in this motion. LLEG is simply meeting the requirements set down in the original site permit, which was granted unanimously November 9, 2010.
Before the SEC is permission to set up a new entity involving and keeping the same parties of interest and ownership as originally permitted. This is being done to meet finance requirements of lenders and also to meet guidelines for the MILLION$$$$ in tax CREDITS this facility will now be getting. Love that FREE MONEY ! ! ! ! ! !
In addition, LLEG wants to increase capacity from 70 to 75MW. This will be done through increased efficiency, requiring NO ADDITIONAL wood to be burned, laying to rest one specific intervenors whole premise for intervening. So if he strays into the heart of the original permit and its already approved proceedures in making his case, the SEC has already warned him, in writing, this will not be allowed to relitigate already approved issues including the original granted permit. Should he cross that line, he is gone or reprimanded harshly, IMO.
The two remaining issues before the SEC are replacing contractors with more skilled and highly reputable and experienced contractors improving quality and assuring quality work on the site. Don't see a problem there either. And replacing the wood supplier with one who already has the capacity to handle the load and volume the facility will require when operational. Not really an issue except for one intervenor who lacks any credibility, has filed humorous arguments and motions expecting them to actually be considered with ANY weight. This too is not an issue.
HOW DO I KNOW these will not be issues? because the SEC has set down an expedited schedule to clear this matter in a timely manner, with one (1) scheduled hearing, and an ORDER preventing any attempt to relitigate the already GRANTED PERMIT.
I expect FINAL APPROVAL OF THE PERMIT'S CHANGES within one week of the hearing date, once again, BEFORE THE END OF MONTH.
ADD to these TWO (2) events happening MOST LIKELY before the EOM, we have the closing of the Equity sale of LLEG's interest in the Berlin facility, which likely will take place shortly thereafter most likely ending the N.D. agreement on details. Also taking place within the same estimated time frame or shortly thereafter, we will likely see paperwork filed to UpList, including disclosures, which with the N.D. agreement in tact currently, likely has to wait till then to be filed.
ANYONE WHO HONESTLY believes that these events unfolding will not cause the pps of LLEG to soar is simply fooling themselves.
Add to these events we have the CA. acquisition to have a PPA announced followed shortly thereafter with closing that acquisition. Add to this we have several other facilities on the watch to be acquired by LLEG. We now have a second CA. facility we may be looking to purchase.

The Applicant believes that combining the attributes and responsibilities of PJPD and LBB addresses one of the concerns originally expressed by the Subcommittee,' thus strengthening the Projel. Likewise, the Subcommittee placed weight on the fact that "the senior management of the Applicant, NewCo, Aware and LBB are highly qualified for raising capital for construction and operation of the facility." Decision at 47. ln fact, those same highly qualified persons remain in place in this new structure and the Applicant now believes it has reached the point where, if the PPA is approved and this Subcommittee acts favorably on this
Motion, the financing will close shortly thereafter.
Bartoszek went on to state “This transaction is part of a larger strategy of growth and diversification that we have been working on for some time. We shortly expect to announce another major acquisition that will further expand our business.
It's approved. Approval of contracts of this type ALWAYS comes with conditions. No surprise there. The fat lady has done her singing and no amount of spin and damage control on the part of project opponents can change that.
Folks financial results = revenues, earnings, etc. Our "financial statements" will be contained in our registration statement out in March.
LLEG will be releasing 2010 financial results prior to the open of trading on Tuesday 2/22
We still have a substantial financial interest in that project. To the extent we are cashed out at project financial closing my goal is to buy an operating plant that will immediately add revenue to the company. Hopefully you should be able to read all the details when our registration statement is filed. We have targeted several new deals that have not been previously discussed, so there may be a few surprises coming down the road hopefully very soon. Have a great holiday.
I agree. Going forward LLEG will be the 100% equity holder of all projects currently under development or targeted as acquisitions unless we do a JV on a project with a strategic partner or sell some equity in the project for project financing purposes. This should make everything much clearer and less cumbersome moving forward.
You are absolutely incorrect to suggest that the new projects we are developing are somehow dependent on anything related to Berlin.
You are correct that our goal is to deploy capital in areas that will accelerate revenues and allow for less dependence on third party financing, but the rest of you post is just incorrect. We have working capital and we have the means to make other acquisitions and expect to do so very shortly. Enough said.
It is fully permitted and near complete. It requires some upgrades but nothing that will prevent it from being operable this year. A long term PPA is currently being negotiated.

Still riding the 200 SMA nicely
Absolutely will.
Calm as a hindu cow
Same here, Sage. I remain as confident as ever. LLEG has been getting it done and will continue to get it done. Patience has been and always will be, key.

In so doing, Laidlaw Energy intends to make a positive impact on the environment by providing a cleaner alternative to fossil fuel power, which will in turn help reduce greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to global warming and climate change."

==LLEG== Weekly:
Its a beautiful Friday afternoon!
I bought the majority of mine in 2008/2009 and it has been good to me since. It has a lot left in it. "Buy the fear, sell 'em dear"
I'm going to buy some more at these levels.
0.015 is a good short term target... 0.05 in a couple years is very possible
LLEG is a great long term play. Patience is key with this one!
LLEG severely undervalued at .005
LLEG developed the project and has a "financial interest" in the Berlin, NH plant. They also now own a smaller, operational plant in MA and are acquiring one in CA.
LLEG will be on the up-and-up. Great company.
LLEG solid financials posted, uplisting to OTCBB soon
