Ive read a lot about rm and ipo and now have a good understanding of what happens. But, aside from the time frame being much diff and a rm happens months sooner, which one will produce a higher pps? I know nothing is difinitive and no one really knows for sure what's going on, but what is anyones opinion on the new pps?

If they buy the ticker, is that the same thing as a rm? Or similar? Or do you not have to actually own a co to use the ticker?

Think theirs any 1's left?

Joining Board

Ryan Popple, a partner at Kleiner Perkins, is joining Telogis’s board and said he plans to help the company capture a larger market share ahead of an IPO.“We like being involved in companies at this stage and giving them capital and the time to have their model perfected before they address the public market,” Popple said in an interview.The Menlo Park, California-based venture firm has had recent success in location software as well. The firm was an early backer of Waze, a smartphone-mapping app, which Google Inc. bought for about $1 billion earlier this year.

Soooo, maybe they are public through RMTD?

What is the probability of a reverse split over a reverse merge in this situation/company?

Okay. So, hypothetically speaking, Monday there's a miracle and they announce a reverse merger. Realistically, (I'm not looking for difinitive numbers, just an educated guess), what would be the expected new PPS? And, how long would the run be expected? Or is this similar to a reverse split when it tanks afterwords?

Mj for dogs is on the rise. New edible tablets for dogs that have cancer, tumors, and even arthritis or just old age. My dog is 11 and the vet recommended mj tablets for his anxiety and arthritis.
