I'm in perfect agreement with you on that!
We're in a cyber arms race. SFOR IP fills the cyber security gap that anti-virus protection does not address. Our patented products meet that need best. If today there was a straight forward reference to Guarded ID, Mobile Trust or Strikeforce technologies by a government agency it shows the ace in their hand. Once the British got an enigma encryption device from a U-boat (unknown to the German High Command) they were, in time, able to crack the codes. This helped turned the tide of the war.
If, and I know that's a big if NASA or other agencies are going to have SFOR protection they would be stupid to reveal that to the black hats until forced to do so by fiscal year budgetary reporting. Why give potential adversaries advance notice?
Accumulation is happening. What this means to me is that some IT savvy investors are taking advantage of these low prices to add to their positions. They may be doing so in smaller lots so as to not tip their hand. This enables them to build their positions cheaply. Is it possible they are working both sides of the trading equation to do so? What's your theory?
"Military Grade" cutting edge cybersecurity software would not interest wealthy investors? I beg to differ. Some would see this high risk/high potential investment worth consideration. Particularly if they or their financial advisors are IT savvy.
Thank you for that educational explanation! Do you know how many shares this one facility now holds?
I agree the whales have migrated & people who "Sell in May and go away" have gone to the Hamptons or other vacation spots. We'll probably remain channeling until then unless their is big news. Shares at these prices are a gift. I add to my position every payday.
Revenues are based on sales. My point is that your estimated net revenue accrued to the company for each unit sold must be revised downward. SFOR does not net the 30 dollars you figured in your previous post. Target and ACS will take their fair share first.
Good analysis! You said ask me for more info & you would provide it. I do so now and thank you for sharing your insight with us.
We don't get $30 per unit sale, the distributor (ACS) and Target
get their share of every purchase.
A U.S. Government contract would not be in effect until 1 October (start of the new FY).
Because they are dealing with a security issue, (their cybersecurity) they may request a PR delay until details of their budgets are publically made available in the Federal Register or other venues. They may not want to give the bad guys a heads-up they're up against SFOR. We'll just have to be patient.
Sorry to rain on your parade but I called the company today and was informed we are currently in 896 stores nationwide.
Also where did you get the $20 figure? Thanks for a response!
You're right about patience. If you here for a get rich quick deal forget it! This is a get rich slow deal. Yesterday we landed in Target and established a beachhead in 896 stores. That's not even half of all their stores! Now we have to prove ourselves. The big question is will our product sell well? If it does I expect Target to move it into all its stores that sell software nationwide. Right now our product is not on the shelf in ME, VT or NH. This frustrates me as I had hoped to send friends & family to buy it locally. The nearest it is to my location is Haverhill, MA. I hope in the not too distant future it is stocked in Northern New England. It all depends on sales. Go SFOR!
Because of the selloff. Friday the market broached the two trillion dollar mark! It was worse than Black Friday of 1987.
Monday the DOW was down another 260 points. People got margin calls and had to cover. People are scared. However, even though liquidity is tight due to that there were oven a hundred million shares traded (an uptrend) and the stock rose 22% on a down day. What's wrong with this picture? Nothing IMHO.
Wrong! That's a client list. Read the message and open the attachments to see it is not a list of "random companies".
The audience is growing with increased awareness of zero day keylogger malware & our outstanding counter to that threat. I look forward to the July, August and September
third quarter sales figures to really spike the pps. Until then I see modest, incremental gains unless a major contract or settlement is announced.
Respectfully, I disagree. Things tend to settle quicker once legal precedent (which we have) exists. Microsoft had the best legal team money could buy and they threw in the towel! Time will tell which of us is right.
Yeah, I do the same every payday. These low prices are a gift!
Margin calls may have been another factor. I know people have written that the pinks do not track the big boards. That's true. However, they do attract active traders. With Fridays and Mondays action on Wall Street some may have got margin calls and had to liquidate here to cover positions there. Once the big boards settle down we may see some more action here. Until then you've got a lot of scared active traders IMHO.
For a company that could have easily gone out of business: a major legal victory and settlement, announcing 3 more contingency lawsuits and being both on-line and now on shelf in stores is not Micky Mouse news!
From what I saw for client lists of the three cybersecurity firms we are suing & being optimistic about our distributors I count hundreds not thousands of companies. (but thousands of individuals) Perhaps I'm missing something in my count. If so please correct me. Thanks!
I believe you're right. Looking at the number of irons in the fire it's only a matter of time (by late Oct.) until some heat up.
First we have the three lawsuits against cybersecurity companies:
Trustwave Holdings, Duo Security and Centrify Corp. Then we have both online and in-store summer sales figures being reported in late Oct. Next we have distributors such as ACS and Alverez Associates not to mention advisory board members recommending professional contacts consider SFOR products. Your advice to ignore day to day fluctuations of the pps is sound unless you are a day or short term trader. You & I have a long term investor perspective that has the potential for the much larger payoff.
This is based on the DD we have done. Good luck to all SFOR longs!
That was briefly true until USN SEAL snipers returned control of the helm back to Captain Phillips. SFOR's SEAL Team is Blank Rome.
They have 3 more targets in their sights!
Not to mention Blank Rome, the law firm that defended us is an industry leader in IP litigation. Most importantly they won SFOR a multi-million dollar settlement. They are so confident in that IP that then next three cases, filed 20 June, are on contingency!
Also in 2015 Trustwave signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Asia's leading communications group. Singapore Telecom is a 130 year old company with deep pockets. You'll recall Phonefactor whom we were suing for patent infringment was acquired by Microsoft which settled with SFOR. Our Blank Rome legal team is repeating what works with this lawsuit. With the legal precedent from the Microsoft case this settlement might be even bigger. Unless of course they buy us out for a handsome price. Go Blank Rome! Go SFOR!
We are all Captains of our own investment ships. Right now SFOR floats my boat with a rising tide!
IMHO you will be a happy investor once the summer sales figures are released, correct me if I'm wrong, the third week of October.
I take him at his word. So far he has been a straight shooter with us. He follows through on what he promises such as his 4 point company growth plan. He has not failed to deliver! IMHO he is an honorable man and we are fortunate to have such a CEO.
That figure is inaccurate. SFOR is selling in larger Target stores with computer departments. Go back and you can find a 900 figure being mentioned. This is still good for an initial nationwide rollout.
Mark said No RS! Please stop the scare mongering. Thank You.
I agree one cannot be too careful. However, keep in mind the oil dependent Russian economy is unwinding. He would realize his future is here with a rising star in the computer security field.
He would also count himself lucky to be in on the ground floor of an opportunity that is rare in Russia today. Sadly, highly educated people there are not paid what they are worth. Here they are. He would have seen that. I believe that like my Eastern European grandparents he wants to become an American and contribute to his new homeland that has offered him a chance to better himself.
Another poster wrote that Mark is aware of the punctuation problem with Mobile Trust. That writer also mentioned the issue is being addressed and that the upgraded version of Mobile Trust would be released in the near future. IMHO that upgraded version will also contain some new features that enhance the value and consumer appeal of the product. I do not doubt that Ram and his Russian & other assistants are hard at work writing lines of code to do just that as I write this. I only wish management would release brief write-ups on the Russian and other techs doing the computer science work as they did for the leadership team. These techs are brilliant! They are developing the IP we sell and deserve recognition for it. This stockholder deeply appreciates their efforts!
The answer to that question of course is a resounding NO IMHO
Can you say JACKPOT! (assuming our legal team wins like before)
From what I've read we are working on getting into Staples. Be aware that their merchandise reset date is 1 October. I was completely unaware we were working on getting into Best Buy or Wal-Mart. What is the source of your information on those deals?
Thanks for sharing it.
I'm afraid you'll have to revise that estimate lower. According to another poster SFOR's % of the sale is approx $3 per unit
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
That's right, that's the exact winning strategy our legal team at Blank Rome is using. You'll recall we were suing Phonefactor which was acquired by Microsoft for patent infringement. That got us a multi million dollar settlement. Now we are suing Trustwave which is being acquired by Asia's leading telecommunications group
Singapore Telecom. How big a settlement do you think we'll get out of that wash, rinse repeat cycle? I think it will be even larger than the last due to the prior legal case precedent. Funny, this is part of the 4 point company growth strategy outlined by our CEO Mark Kay. Wash, rinse, repeat works for me and SFOR.
Mine's a bit cloudy today carusso. What I think I see through the mist is a 50% spike up after a PR confirming we are selling our software NATIONWIDE in 896 Target store computer departments. What do you see in your magic 8 ball?
So do I ZPaul for an unusual reason. When I called the company recently I spoke to a tech that had a Russian accent. I verified this engaging him in conversations with a few phrases I know. We then chatted about the depth and breath of expertise in the Moscow U computer science department. He chuckled when I said they produce the worlds best hackers! I believe Ram Pemmaraju may have a diamond in the rough as far as software/app developers is concerned. This Russian immigrant just might turn out to be a valuable contributor to the development of those new products.
Be very careful about slandering an IMHO honorable man. A libel lawsuit is possible for defamation of character unless you can prove your accusations in a court of law. You are entitled to your opinion as I am mine. Time will tell which of us is correct.
I hope all readers of this bulletin board do as you have done!
Let's support our company by buying its software and telling others about its capabilities. I know I feel safer knowing all my keystrokes are protected by SFOR.
Thank you for updating us.
