Yes, that's 59% short volume today. Wow.
News must be coming and IMO it must be good. Have a great weekend all.

Only 23% short sales today.
Much better, even though the pps is down more. Good weekend to all.

I wonder if anyone knows offhand if Rodman & Renshaw, LLC (HDSN Market Maker) is basically institutional or retail?
And how am I able to find out?
TIA
Wow, I thought I was impressed after reading the newsletter! Here the ceo just pops on and off the board keeping up with investors.
Eddie, you sure know how to provoke someone to invest more!
All The Best
This is a great stock with a super upside, IMO. Very close to hearing great news from trials, financials, etc.
However, some we have received some high short volume. Could be that someone (person, people, MM's or institutions) knows big news is coming and they are trying to cover some.

When time comes, this will really jump. Had a great price spike on 3m volume even without any news.

Yes, indeed. And when you say "below the poverty line" it is not the U.S. standard, either. WAY below that.
I have been to Haiti several times, even once since the earthquake, and, indeed, these houses will seem like mansions to these dear people - even during a 'normal' economy there!
Good rebound from yesterday - shows the strength of MSMY.
Hmmmm. Thanks, I missed that.
All the time on all the boards I hear the "blah, blah, blah" that the 'shorts are working overtime, someone is shorting big time, there they go shorting again.' Often it is anytime the price doesn't jump up the way they want to or expect.
Well, we're not talking about a lack of a jump, we are watching the pps being walked down and we have watched it. I included the last link from FINRA if you wanted to check this out for yourself.

Notice the short volume resulting in the price drop?
Why? Why would someone short ANY stock?
Answer: to make money.
IMO, this validates my purchase of VLCO - it fries me pretty good, too - but it validates, because someone or some entity is purposefully picking up a lot of cheap shares.
We can only speculate who; I was not tracking the MM's who were selling the most, but I would imagine that would help us identify whether they were retail or institutional.
Only speculation from here - but it just may be that we will see a big jump next week when news hits.
And maybe someone knows that and this is why the pps is being walked down. Just all my opinion, but the facts speak for themselves.

PERFECTSTORM, you sure are right, someone has been shorting this stock like crazy!

Hey, SJJNAMARTIN, good to see you here, too!
How's things over on the PH*R board! These new board members from 15 Seconds of Fame seem qualified in their field like the guys at PH*R are in theirs. That's what got me interested the most.
Gonna stick around for a good jump here, hopefully.
All The Best
You said it, seems poised to run.
BTW, I haven't noticed if anyone has connected the dots between Confab & GHLV. If I remember right, the PR's constantly stated "North America" not necessarily the US.
I think I may do some digging around, but - just conjecture - could it be Salari plans to sell in Europe, then Canada and EVENTUALLY United States?
IDK, but maybe a possibility to get revenue stream going? FDA takes a long, long time.
All The Best
Seems like a lot of people either taking their profits or cutting their losses. The attention span in PennyLand is not very long - sort of like 1st Grade in Investing Class.
IMO, too many people get burned on pennies so they are quick to bail out - and I don't blame them, actually. Most of the new ones like me wanted to jump on board for a fast rise and then jump off in a day or two.
Volume of 139m last week, I think, may hit that today or surpass it, who knows? Might see the .0015 range or a couple tics lower.
I am very interested in the new board, they must have some great plans, so I'm interested and plan on sticking around for a little bit to see what happens. When it moves north, don't be surprised to see people taking their profits over the .003's again, too.
All The Best
Wow, good news. New company may not have a lot going for it right now, but if it was a 5-star company, they wouldn't even consider listing on the OTC.
They sure do seem to have a powerful line-up, let's see if they can hit the ball out of the park when they list their financials.
All The Best
You and your buddies stay safe.
And, thanks.
Thanks a lot.
I am not 'in' to conspiracy theories very often. On all the boards we hear comments like, "those MM's are holding it down" and "they are shorting big time" etc. any time the price doesn't bounce or stalls or basically doesn't move the way the poster wishes it to (which is usually up).
However, we have seen here in recent history in PHAR how IT IS POSSIBLE for a stock in PennyLand to be manipulated. I would agree with SJJNAMARTIN that someone is still trying to hold the price down - I just don't think they can keep doing it very long.
IMO, for what it is worth, when PHAR starts to move (and it may have started already) we can slowly get to where the pps should be. And based on its SS, when it runs, no manipulating can stop it.
Until then...All The Best
VLCO is fulfilling their word on PR and good news!
Thanks so much, it is greatly appreciated!
All The Best
Thanks, just wondered about their history. I still think MSMY is a good company, I found out that they only paid $2.5k for research and 750k restricted shares that can't be sold for 1 year.
So, it seems like management was protecting their pps from being dumped on.
I will be more aware and careful in my posts. Lesson re-learned.
Sorry, new to this board, been reading some past posts.
My bad, didn't know the rules.
Does anyone have any information on Grass Roots Research and Distribution, Inc.? I went to their website but was unable to access their report.
Also, the report that was copied and pasted provides no information about their compensation.
Just popped up on MSMY site along with SCARFIZI who said he was "investing" yesterday.
Many welcomes. It bothers me and makes me want out.
All The Best
The general consensus of those who really know stocks in PennyLand is to never invest more than $2500 in any stock. Many don't go more than $1000.
It will be difficult for you to figure out if the majority of the float is in strong hands or not because obviously anyone can post any number that they want without any real accountability.
PHAR is a keeper for me and I am in with the biggest position of any stock I have in PennyLand...and have no problem adding more.
All The Best
That is true. I swing trade on the big boards and I have gone to various places: stores, Chipotle, hotels, etc. and then checked out their stocks seeing if there was a good entry & exit when the time was right.
I still have to make my SMKY order, looking at the board I guess it is a form of 'hazing' for the new guys. LOL But actually, I want to sample the product of my investment. If it is as good as you say, I plan on asking every store as I shop if they have their product (sort of creating a small 'grassroots' movement). I figure it can't hurt.
All The Best
I'm still here, not long and strong but waiting for a while for the pps to rebound to where I believe it should.
All The Best
At least it's better than the green shirt on your profile pic! LOL Just kidding.
Good green day today...board seems a little more settled, too.
All The Best
Oh, believe me, I have! LOL Just maybe not the way you intend.
Good luck to you, too.
Well said, PW. I think I will unmark you just so I can give you a member mark again! LOL
Intelligence and Reason makes sharp investors.
All The Best to All Here - regardless of your trading philosophy.
Hey...just checking in.
Good green close today!
Let's hope pps continues to rise tomorrow. (No pun intended, no matter what you think)
All The Best
Good, I should be in tomorrow. Thanks for the notice.
All The Best
Well, I guess I lied. On the way to work I started going over all the DD that I did on VLCO and decided it was all good.
Volume does not suggest dillution at all
We have been informed about the CEO's plan
Most agree that the pps is very undervalued
He has announced news is coming soon
So, the only thing to make me feel better about my position was to buy another 50k shares @ .038
NOW, I'll feel better. Better get to work now.
All The Best
Well, whatever it is, I am going to rest on my DD, I don't ever trade on emotion or a whim. I'll stand but not look at what is going on or the board.
I'm out and I will check in at the end of the day.
All The Best
Well, I've got my doubts today, that's for sure. But I'm down 40% and may have to wait for a while now.
OUCH! Yeah, I guess Tressel was pretty stupid. He stuck around too long.
Shoulda run away to the NFL before the NCAA actually showed up! LOL
Man, I'm gonna like this board!
Awesome, VLAD, I suppose that this question has been completely and fully answered. Thanks for your work.
IMO, any further 'questions' asking the same thing over and over isn't really seeking an answer.
All The Best
Can't wait. You're 'preaching to the choir' here!
All The Best
Looks like I have fallen into a den of scalpers & thieves! LOL
No. Just smart trading & bid support is always welcome.
Hoping to get in soon. Glad the pps hasn't jumped yet, but I am sure it will on news. I guess I am forced to play a game of chicken with the PR.
All The Best
Come on, quit the Off Topic posts!
Great way to invite more traders onto the board.
All The Best to All Here
Not to be a jerk and reply to my own post, but this response is (to me) one more confirmation that the company and those running the company are honest, forthright and are worthy of my investment.
And further investments, too.
All IMO

Email Reply from PHAR
XXXXXXX,
Thanks for the email, and for your support of Pharmstar Pharmaceuticals.
We will provide an answer to your questions in the order that you asked:
1. The new advisory board members will not be paid. To the contrary, the board will be made up of doctors that are invested in the company, and have a vested interest in the company.
2. We do not feel that we are rushing to market. In fact, the FDA regulations do not allow for rushing anything. As for financing, the company does not rely on the current PPS for financing, and perhaps has not paid enough attention to the PPS to the satisfaction of some. We made a recent Supplemental Filing that fully explained the Preferred Series that are used to raise money for the company. These 3 can be classified as such: Original Investors, Current Investors, and Future Investors. The original investors are fully invested, and are not adding. Current Investors purchase the Preferred C issue as needed to make sure the company is funded and is moving forward. The Preferred D is for new investors. Under the budget and Capitalization structure, if every preferred share is converted and every warrant purchased, there is no dilution. All shares needed to fund the company's preferred offerings are available to the treasury of the company.
3. The PPS is disappointing, no doubt. We monitor our shareholder lists closely, and the list continues to add breadth and depth. There are always going to be a few that drop off, and a few that add, but it has remained fairly consistent. Also, after the initial launch of the company and the awareness that it brought caused a lot of activity. That has subsided.
When dealing with Pinksheets, the listed company is usually in a mode of constant promotion to raise PPS and sell into that. That is very expensive and short lived, but that company will realize its goals in fund raising, or it will do it again. We do not do that. There is no doubt that there is value to the company to have its share price increase, and subsequently reflect a better market capitalization, the cost of hiring promoters and the risk of alienating real investors seems too great. For instance, we could hire a campaign promoter for $20,000. That promoter would go out and churn the stock up to maybe .04 per share. Some will sell and make a profit, some will buy and hold, some will sell and lose. But the company will do nothing but spend $20,000. As you can see, we can't find the gain to warrant the expense.
We believe that as this company continues to move forward in executing its business plan, moving out of the pink sheets and onto a bulletin board, and bringing our product to market, the markets will eventually understand that and realize its true value. We can't put a timeline on when that might happen, but we certainly hope sooner than later.
We will continue to provide timely and accurate information about the company and its business. We may look at other ways to get the information out to more of the markets, and perhaps that will help to address some of your concerns with the PPS.
Thanks again. Never hesitate to ask, and we hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Investor Relations

Sir,
I have been invested in Pharmstar Pharmaceuticals about a month after you went public and I am seeking to invest more.
Could you please provide answers to questions that I have been asked, as I don’t have a proper response. Although I am not a ‘spokesperson’ I will gladly share your response publicly.
1. How will the new advisory board members be paid? Some investors are concerned that even though Mr. Phykitt is on record that he will not dilute, more shares will be diluted to pay for their input.
2. Is rushing Aquaprin, Instaprin and other products to the market the only way that Pharmstar will survive? Others have fears that since the price per share is low, the company will not have adequate financing to see the products to the shelves.
3. Although I know your focus is to get your product to market, what is your response to the poor share price currently and how or why the investor market has not responded favorably even to the good news and timely results?
I enjoyed your conference call immensely and am a happy investor myself. Thank you for taking time to respond.
Sincerely,
CHEY, I have never sent email yet to PHAR, but I will do so. Although I am not 'close' to Howard or anything, I am interested in the reply.
I don't quite agree with you about the 'need' to detail marketing before they even provide them to medical community. IMO, it would HELP to have verified cases of how product actually works before it hits the shelves. IE, "Used in hospitals & EMS crews in 12 states, now remarkable drug is available to you" kind of thing.
To me, PHAR is going through some thorough groundwork to have qualified individuals place their stamp of approval on the product. Although, just my opinion and I definitely agree with you that when we have placed our money on the table, we have a right to question what is going on.
Again, IMO, I have always had the impression that although Mr. Phykitt has a concern for the shareholders, he is not impressed with the pps. It SEEMS that the only reason he went public is to be able to have a vehicle with which he can get funding from the reserved shares. I think we (public shareholders) are sort of just along for the ride. For me, that is one of the things which intrigued me about PHAR is that this guy is SO confident, we are a second thought. However, when the pps has been down for this long, it may seem like the disinterest (or whatever it is) is misconstrued for just stealing from the peeps who have invested.
I had posted before that the CEO has stated that he currently has funding in place to produce the product in the millions. I would imagine this 'board' was considered in the necessary 'production' of PHAR. However, when it is our money we are talking about, we should never assume.
I will be happy to post what I receive.
All The Best
