Personally I was very impressed the way the price held up come end of Friday. Usually you would see a big dump at the end of Friday by the traders clearing up their books. Volume pretty much dropped off and the price held up. If you look at the daily at what happen when the price reached 007 the volume dropped off but the price held. Again when it reached 0085-0095.
Hope I'm right haha...

SportsNuts Announces Spin-Off of Hardware Sales Subsidiary
1/20/2007
SOUTH JORDAN, Utah, Jan 20, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
SportsNuts (OTCBB:SPCI) today announced that it will spin off Secure Netwerks, Inc., its computer hardware sales subsidiary, on March 1, 2007. Today's release follows the announcement on October 12, 2004 that the SportsNuts Board of Directors had approved the spin-off but had delayed implementation of the transaction until now. The spin-off represents a move by SportsNuts to consolidate its business operations and for Secure Netwerks to grow independently of the Company. Secure Netwerks is a computer and hardware reseller to businesses and other organizations. Most of Secure Netwerks' clients are retail buyers and small and medium sized organizations, although it seeks to market its products and services to larger organizations.
The Board of Directors has announced that March 1, 2007 shall be the record date for purposes of the spin-off of Secure Netwerks. The spin-off will be made on a pro-rata basis to the shareholders of SportsNuts. SportsNuts has mailed an information statement to its shareholders describing the Secure Netwerks spin-off and how and when SportsNuts shareholders will receive shares of Secure Netwerks. Secure Netwerks has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and, following the spin-off, intends to have an application filed for its shares to trade on the NASD electronic bulletin board.

thanks. nice looking chart before today. love the sound of "platinum cross". watching for a re-entry.
Any thoughts from those out there with brains larger than myself (likely most lol) on SFNN? Long decending triangle forming for over a month now.
J
Morning all...loaded up another 50k yesterday between .024 and .026. Should be a good day...I think lol.

Check out the website...extremely fast execution on everything...they use a smart routing system, which looks for the fastest route for your order to be sent. Pinks/OTC's are traded through NITE. Very fast.
J
Tradefreedom is very reliable and has access to pinks/otcbb...you cant get L2 for the pinks, however it does come with free L2 on NASDAQ/OTCBB/AMEX.
tradefreedom.com - I'm a huge supporter of their system/customer service. Never been restricted from buying a stock once (vs. Etrud/AMTD/etc).

Thanks for the reply all. I was very surprised at the number of large blocks going through without movement on the b/a. If there is no diluting going on here then there was someone there with some pretty big pockets to gobble all those shares up. Bodes good IMO.
J
Any thoughts on whether the extremely large blocks going through at .04 (while being held there by the MMs) could be dilution/financing?
J
Nice to see us close above the 200dma :)
Shakin the tree a bit IMO
I think you may see quite a bit more today than .05. Pickup a load yesterday in the mid 3's with that beautiful chart forming. I bet you continue to see volume come in here...steady through the day. Congrats to all holders from the low 2's (and lower:).
J
LMRA going up :)
0.015/0.02 are the next two points imo
J
Based on the three day rule, today would be the last day of the run...IMO
Im long from 0066, so if your vision comes true I will most certainly be happy :)
J
I really hope APPI does not gap above .01...that could be a big barrier to cross again when it comes back down to fill the gap. JMO of course, but I would rather us open around 009 and work its way up from there...other opinions?

No board was setup on this interesting play. Anyone with any good DD, please inbox me or post DD to the board. I will add all good information to the board information header.
I intend for this board to be clean run and with acurate DD information. All posters are welcome.

PS - I should add for the record that I am currently holding a long position in this company, and may at any time change that position (increase or reduce). Please do not base any investment decision on what I say or any changes in position that I may make.
agreed
Anyone know the O/S on SFNN? What a machine today!
J
Dont think thats true. I have seen my orders move NITE around on L2 in the past. I believe the smallest lot size to showup on L2 is 5k shares though.
J
RBC routes their pink orders through NITE I believe? For your orders to show up on L2, I think NITE nees to be making a market for HVLC.
J
thnks for the update...talked to them last night and they said they have recieved all new shares from T/A. You should have everything in your account at 1:1 right now.
J
Spoke to my brokerage (RBC) regarding the share exchange again. Basically they said they same stuff that everyone else here has been talking about. 1:1 exchange, certificates have been sent, etc. No need to rehash all that.
I did get an interesting answer to a question asked however. There had been discussion on the board about priority of exchange given to brokers who submit their certificates first. The rep said that this was not true based on his knowledge of exchanges(lol "his knowledge"). I then followed up with a question about what happens if more shares are submitted to the TA by the brokerages than are issued and outstanding. How would RBC give a 1:1 exchange, if the TA ran out of new share certificates (because of the excess shares being submitted)? He said that the TA would send out new shares to the brokerages and whatever was recieved by the brokerages would be distributed on a prorata basis according to AWYB's instructions. Esentially this meant that if you had 25k shares of AWYB, but the brokerage only recieved 15k new shares, your account would only reflect the 15k of new shares (regardless of the exchange ratio). This then became complicated because I told him that a 1:1 ratio implies I would recieve new shares on a 1:1 basis. He said that the prorate distribution was up to the company and TA, and not the brokerages. Ultimately he made it sound as though my account could be missing new shares if the TA only sent a limited number of new certificates to the brokerages.
Anyone have any thoughts or comments on this? Any suggestions on how to push the idea that I am entitled to 1:1 share exchange?
Cheers.

HARVLC=Harvard Learning Centers IMO
would you mind reposting?
thanks,
J
lol kinda like trading
I agree entirely, except that I also accept contrary views as a fact of life in investments. I wasnt pointing fingers and wasnt harping on anyone. Just throwing my opinion into the ring.
