wouldn't be getting shares down here if it wasn't for them (aka VERT), imo. IF the company gets financing they will clear those guys out right away in my opinion and that could happen at any point (or could have already happened). When the pipeline dries up this will spring into penny land on almost no volume again imo.. look at the volume on the ask.. nothing.. then depending on how strong the hands are that are buying them down here, they might not slowly become available until deep into pennyland.. ;) i like the share structure too. They just upped the A/S to 300M from 150M and they weren't even over 100M yet so it seems like they needed more shares for "something".. plus they hired Roger Silverthorn from Cirque-Energy in Feb, 2013 and got a new PR company and 1-888 phone number recently...
and if you happen to go even further...

We are working diligently to bring a number of exciting projects online in the coming months and are confident that our business model will bring success to our company."
Green Energy Renewable Solutions Steps Back from Puerto Rico Transaction
DETROIT, May 02, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc. (otcqb:EWRL) ("Green Energy") announced today that the Officers and Directors of Green Energy have made the decision to step back from the proposed landfill and renewable energy project in Puerto Rico due to lack of funding.
The Company stated that it had received commitments for funding that were expected to close in 2012 for this project, but due to failure of sources to meet the funding commitments and lack of success in obtaining alternative funding in a timely manner, it would table pursuit of this venture for the time being.
Joseph DuRant, CEO of Green Energy, stated, "We are very disappointed that what we thought were solid funding commitments were not consummated. This left us in a very difficult position as we had already made material commitments to other projects. We feel it is the best decision to table the Puerto Rico project for the present time, and we will focus our efforts on developing our other projects which have a higher probability of success with a shorter timeline to activate. We hope to revisit opportunities in the Puerto Rico market in the future and continue to believe this area has great potential. We are working diligently to bring a number of exciting projects online in the coming months and are confident that our business model will bring success to our company."

that's Asher, you can thank them for being able to scoop at the bottom cuz they put so much negative pressure on their stocks its crazy... lol.. gotta love it.. all those small sells for a dollar, etc.., that's them + they'll also just sell into the whole bid to wipe it out and tap the lower bid for a dollar or so to create the downtrending chart, controlled and in stages.. they get the stock for half of what the low is when they convert so its in their best interests to get it as low as possible... no doubt some buyers come and go, but the volume is them imo.. with a o/s of 70M give or take, the shares that get dumped down here are there conversions imo... I'm scoopin them up, gets to a breaking point eventually and after .40, .30, .20, .10, .05, .01, .004... It'll give'er again when management is primed to pump the tits off of it.. comin up imo... buy low sell high apparently right? can't do that when the eyes are here... the time to fill the boat is........ ;) then when management announces they locked up new financing and the leeches get paid off, it's in even their best interests to sell their shares at the highest prices possible cuz no more shares coming there way...
I asked that question back in February... This was the response.. Hope it helps...

"Initial sponsoring corporations: eCyclingUSA, Green Energy
Renewable Solutions (a C&D contractor) and Detroit Edison."
The Detroit Edison Company, founded in 1903, is an investor-owned electric utility which serves most of Southeast Michigan. Its parent company, DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE), provides energy services to a variety of clients beyond Detroit Edison's service area.
History
Detroit Edison was part of a large holding company called North American Edison Company. North American's stock had once been one of the twelve component stocks of the May 1896 original Dow Jones Industrial Average.[1] North American Company was broken up by the Securities and Exchange Commission, following the United States Supreme Court decision of April 1, 1946.[2]
After that Detroit Edison operated independently, and publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker symbol DTE through the mid-1990s. In early 1996, it became an operating subsidiary of the new holding company, DTE Energy Company, which replaced Detroit Edison Company on the stock exchange, and took over the trading ticker symbol.

So as of March 20th 2013 the Green Energy Renewable Solutions / Ecycling USA partnership rockin, confirmed by eCycling...
http://ecyclingusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/eCycling-USA-Presentation-20-Mar-13.pdf
"ECycling USA has already partnered with the German firm, called Adelman Umwelt GmbH, to implement 100 electronic waste (e-waste) demanufacturing and materials reclamation sites across the United States. Adelman currently has 60 plants operating throughout Europe."
"The Green Energy/eCycling USA site in Detroit is planned to be the model for planned U.S. expansions."
October 24, 2012—Green Energy Renewable Solutions Inc., a waste conversion company, announced it has entered into a joint venture with eCycling USA to expand its Construction and Demolition Debris deconstruction plans to include electronic and whiteware (e.g., refrigerators) waste using proprietary systems developed by Adelmann Umwelt GmbH of Germany.
eCycling USA is partnered with Adelman to implement 100 electronic waste (e-waste) demanufacturing and materials reclamation sites across the United States, it says. Adelman currently has 60 plants operating throughout Europe.
As eCycling USA notes, e-waste is one of the most rapidly growing waste issues worldwide. Improper handling of e-waste results in vast amounts of toxic waste being sent to landfills and leaching into water supplies. Worldwide revenues from e-waste recovery were reported to be $8.5 billion in 2009 and are expected to grow to $13 billion by 2014. Currently, three million tons of e-waste is produced annually in the USA. Less than 20% of this amount is recycled and the annual amount will exceed 10 million tons by 2017, says eCycling USA.
While U.S. recyclers have begun the task of managing e-waste, it could take 40 to 50 years to recycle at current rates of recycling. And, says eCycling USA, of the 3,321 U.S. recycling companies, only 78 provide some form of shredding, and none can process both e-waste and whiteware feedstock at the rates that the eCycling USA/Adelmann system can, as well as segregate the raw materials for sale in commodities markets, claims the company. Approximately 99% of the feedstock is processed in an extremely environmentally friendly manner that eliminates pollutants from entering the atmosphere or ground either at the site or in landfills, says eCycling USA.
The Green Energy/eCycling USA site in Detroit is planned to be the model for planned expansions in the United States. In addition, the CEO of eCycling USA, Chuck Vollmer, is the founder of the Jobenomics national grassroots movement, which plans to create thousands of new Detroit small businesses related to Green Energy/eCycling USA operations.
This can be found on Page 11 of the Ecycling USA presentation which was posted on March 20th 2013, about a month ago.

Page 23 mentions the Yabucoa site which is another EWRL project.
The Company is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan and is currently developing construction and demolition waste and municipal solid waste diversion, recycling and energy recovery operations in Highland Park, Michigan and in Puerto Rico with other projects in the early planning stages
Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc. has a parcel of real estate at Lincoln Ave. Highland Park, MI and had previously entered into an letter of intent to purchase a further parcel of real estate at Oakman Blvd.
As of December 31, 2012, the proposed funding of the Highland Park waste conversion and recycling project is in progress and as the outcome of this is uncertain at this time, the value attributed to the intangible assets acquired has been fully impaired with a charge of $690,700 during the year ended December 31, 2012.
Yabucoa Landfill, Puerto Rico: Together with its partner Landfill Solutions Corporation, the Company is planning to remediate and manage the Yabucoa municipal landfill that has been closed since 2011. The remediation plan is designed to bring the landfill up to current operating standards and reopen the landfill for operations while developing recycling and waste conversion facilities. The parties have jointly commenced detailed environmental studies and preparation of development plans for full permitting of the landfill remediation works and the waste diversion program. Once operational, the project will accept and process 500 tons per day of MSW under the four long term municipal contracts at a rate starting at $17 per ton and escalating to $35 per ton after 5 years. The eventual outcome of these developments remains uncertain until the permitting process is completed and project completion funding is in place. This process is currently underway and until it reaches a satisfactory conclusion, the Company has decided to expense all cost related to these projects.
On June 27, 2012, the Company entered into a stock purchase agreement with Diamond Transport Ltd. under which the company will sell one million shares of common stock at $0.50 per share with a closing of the sale on or before July 15, 2012 with $100,000 to be received as an advance payment on July 05, 2012. The advance payment of $100,000 was received on July 20, 2012 and a further $50,000 received on August 20, 2012 and the closing date of the transaction will be upon receipt of the outstanding balance of $350,000. As of December 31, 2012, the shares have not been issued, and as such the Company has recorded $150,000 as stock payable.
It's possible, something is going to happen, that's forsure and I can't wait to see the PR with what's been going on behind the scenes... I'll wait patiently accumulating here and there... 2M would be nice to start for now, almost there.. .0045 not going to be around for long imo... Shares are hard to come by and I think anything under a penny is ridiculously under-priced for now. Watch, there will be minimal to no selling on the bid... You have to hit the ask to get shares and there ain't many there... Wait till the frenzy starts.. ;) you don't want to be scrambling to get them then with a thin float like this imo... GL to all & happy trading... :)
I'm pretty confident we will blow both of those targets out of the water... not tomorrow, but before a year from now... ;)
looks good!!!
If nobody's going to take those .0045's, I'm going to add them to my collection soon... LoL I don't think there's going to be much available at these prices anymore.
I love when stocks are quiet like this one right now.. Accumulation time. Calm before the storm ;)
.0045 up... 339,400 shares there then it's .005+

yea.. that pic. was from the 100 million dollar biomass power plant deal with Dow Corning Roger Silverthorn's company Cirque-Energy developed in 2011. Big things with this guy.. Glad he came on board with EWRL last month.
http://www.mlive.com/midland/index.ssf/2011/03/dow_corning_biomass_power_plant_in_midland_to_reduce_greenhouse_gas_emissions_by_82_percent.html
MIDLAND — Dow Corning Corp. plans to break ground this summer on a $100 million energy facility in Midland that will burn plant material and wood in a high-tech system designed to greatly reduce emissions.
The biomass energy facility will supply up to 40 megawatts of power to Dow Corning’s Midland manufacturing site and will be one of the nation’s largest power plants using “gasification” technology.
“It’s the cleanest power plant there is,” said Roger Silverthorn, chief financial officer of Bloomfield Hills-based Cirque Energy, which is developing the project. “Well, I guess nuclear would be the cleanest, but no one wants to be around a nuclear plant.”
Silverthorn outlined the project on Friday to a Midland Area Chamber of Commerce audience.
Silverthorn said gasification works by burning pieces of biomass, including wood and charcoal, starving it of air and then baking it to drive out gases. The gases are then ignited in another chamber to create energy.
The goal is to generate power with fewer emissions. The plant is expected to cut the Midland manufacturing site’s total greenhouse gas emissions by 82 percent, he said.
The plant is scheduled to be finished by September 2012 and will be located east of the Dow Corning site on Waldo Road. Air permits are pending from state and federal agencies.
The project is expected to require about 100 construction workers, with about 70 percent being from Michigan.
Silverthorn said the plant will have 25 permanent jobs and he expects about 100 permanent jobs in providing fuel for the plant’s operation.
Jim Smith.jpgJim Smith, Dow Corning Corp. Midland Site Manager
Jim Smith, site manager of the Dow Corning manufacturing facility, called the project a tremendous opportunity.
“Our biggest challenge is to access cost effective, environmental friendly energy,” said Smith. “This biomass cogenerational facility will meet 100 percent of Dow Corning’s electricity and steam requirements.”
Silverthorn said the project exceeds all current environmental standards. It is expected to reduce carbon dioxide by 87 percent, nitrogen dioxide by 77 percent and sulfur by 92 percent.
“And there is an 82 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions,” said Silverthorn. “This is very clean and quite good for the environment.”

haha np. if you dont have any go ahead... i'm gunna grab some more tomorrow at some point though forsure.. + don't know whose reading... but help yourself, lets get rid of this last low-baller..
LOL. i only got about a mil or so today, but ya I'm picking up some more tomorrow and over the next couple days/weeks. Someone else was nibbling and the T doubled it up. From what I've seen VERT has been the only MM with any weight at these prices and that's for you to decide where its coming from. 10k due out soon but last two 10Q's have had identical O/S #'s at approx. 63M. If it hasn't changed you can pick up 1% of this company right now for $2500, which I just did + and there's obviously going to be limited shares at these prices before the bounce back up to a higher level. Seems extremely oversold. L2 showing VERT has about 420k left then might be harder to accumulate down here, who knows.. Time will tell I guess..
O/S is nice here. PPS was .44cents less than a year ago... They added Roger Silverthorn as CFO & Secretary on Feb. 1st. 2013. Look him up. The price was around the .02 range then and it has only gone down to here since. In my opinion there's something pretty big coming here, but who knows... GL
picked up a 500k share starter position at a .0039 average today... hopefully they'll bring it down some more... lol
Was .44c in June 2012.
