Nice, man I am not gonna be able to get much sleep tonight already 12:30 here, jeez I am all jazzed up, arguing with posters on another board like I had to last year on this. Sometimes people just cannot see the forest for the trees.
I am gonna fix a Saaphire and tonic and a edible left handed chewy and read the 1/2 year filing.
Love the new power point, cannot wait for that darn JPMDA news to hit, but this will tide me over
peace out guys, oh what a difference a year makes.
Book sales haven't been over a million per year they only started doing as much mid summer 2019 had 20 million in print well they been out for 20+ years.
Okay the prior stories look on Penguin website you see the difference in covers there are a few that came out in the last 2 years that had an entirely different looking Llama Llama go ahead and look.
Those are some of the titles/stories/drawings they had after she passed and that is where they are coming from.
The writer for the old book titles is not the author of the cartoon series and vice versa you can check, everything for the series including the new characters (like the handicapped one) is new, has zero to do with the original author.
And books you do not get a 10% nobody does I bet they don't get 1% of the old titles but they get something, but there have "got" to be varying levels of payment for different titles and the ones we get the most from are those that are based on episodes and using the likeness that GNUS made, not the old Llama Llama image.
It is all about how many checks you are getting monthly, quarterly, yearly (in Psycho Bunnies case) and all together when you get 100's of them together is where the money stream grows.
I have said all along as the CEO its not about one thing making the money it is the 100's of different ones. Why do you guys think that licensing/royalties have risen this year there were no licensed items of not til September in any big way.
Do your digging, it would be foolish to not get something from everything if you are promoting a "brand" which Llama Llama is.
Books on episodes writer for the cartoon series has zero to do with the lady who passed. It couldn't happen, her "partner" I guess they weren't married said they had 20-30 stories books after she passed he could do.
But they were not all Llama Llama they were other titles as well as she had different series some since her passing have zero to do with Llama Llama.
Just count the episodes up and the books since the series debuted and how many will come, to think GNUS gets none of that isn't thinking clearly or understanding my friend.
I am not trying to be a know it all.
All right I have to go to bed, after this you guys can think what you wish, can lead a horse to water you cannot make them drink.
Oh we do, we are a licensing agent for them, it goes without saying that is a given in the business I figured everyone knew that.
"In addition, we act as licensing agent for Penguin Young Readers" we are there to increase their sales and as with any agreement to act as a licensing agent you get a piece of it all once you start your licensing deal, haven't any of you any experience or know anyone that has?
I have a buddy "Roy Roy the water boy" owns water treatment business in Winchester Virginia his sister is married to Dan Akroyd I picked his brain many times before buying into this game, Dans not Roys. Dan knows all about it not just from acting but he was one of the principals for Planet Hollywood.
The cartoon takes a book series and increases not only new book sales but old titles, that is a given in the licensing game. No cartoon series would not be 1/10 as popular as it is today. And the books what a dozen now based on individual episodes, yes we do, and that is why I was wondering if we get a different rate for that? As the episode is GNUS property.
Licensing/royalty game with deals like this everyone gets a piece, you are increasing the sales of their old book series, that makes their older titles sell more.
Without the cartoon series and it's popularity they wouldn't have had the number one selling book in the country last week for kids.
Yes my friend you are mistaken there, but, I don't think the royalty is as substantial as the books since the airing and definitely not the ones based on cartoons episodes. Penguin cannot just take that carte-blanche in Hollywood everyone wants their slice.
Now Scholastic that is entirely different and a different deal and Penguin gets a piece of those two wipe off activity books.
Yeah its a spiders web of arms/hands in there and each deal is totally separate, that is why I was saying we will, never know the exact %'s for each deal as that is not something that is put out their that is, there is a word for it I am exhausted but you get my meaning.
But yes my friend we get $$ for taking a series that had sputtered out after the author passed away and revamping it, yes we do.
Just not the same for the older titles as the newer ones I would imagine and not as much for the books based on individual episodes.
That is how the game is played. Alright I got to lay down.
Have a good evening all.
The live tours I was talking to someone in the know in theater in NY they said a fee is paid upfront then a % of ticket sales, Genius won't see the secondary market prices that's scalping tickets for lack of a better term, they do get a smaller fee for each new date added and the regular % of the ticket dales.
I just like that it shows popularity growing, and people with means. That will get their kid the seasons on their tablets and the DVDs and the more expensive things like the $40 Halloween costumes etc. Make the brand worth more and more.
And the books, and just more and more.
One thing I was wondering what did they get for the Kellogg's deal? Llama Llama was on 80 million cereal boxes?
All about that popularity thing, it increase merchandisers wanting to sell items pay the fees/royalties and increases amount sold.
The DVD's like I said earlier was a shocker, I was astounded the amount for DVDs some libraries got, some in NYC 100+ copies and they got 2020 libraries granted they all didn't get that many most 40-50 but that is a lot of DVD's X 4 in a 2 month span. And then nationwide do a google search check just your cities, states, most library systems are counties or in cities municipalities it will shock ya they have all 4 and all 4 in bulk no hype just reality, Genius is finally making some decent scratch.
The books would love to know...
A) do the royalties change for the books that are new since the series
B) ones based on an episode as its 100% our content
and the older books, I know we get a piece of all of them as that was the deal but it has to be different amounts of $$ depending, no?
And the Scholatic play wipe and clean books I didn't find these were selling til this past week when the second came out fist was Nov 15 that is that a different deal than the norm because is more a game?
Each deal is different no doubt, whether it be bokes, or clothes or DVD's or books or party supplies etc.
Would love it if we could get a rundown of it, but doubt that would happen as those are super secret as it deals with different licensees.
Books gets me though, Llama Llama has grown since the season first aired to not a huge amount of the old titles selling to now combined
Well these were mid summer numbers
* 20 Million Books in Print
* 1 Llama Llama book sold every 24 seconds
One question, as they move forward and the popularity continues to grow they will get more for their cartoons right? I mean the main money is in licensing/royalties of the goods etc but I was thinking the cost of the seasons has to rise as well right?
Yeah but they weren't for balcony they were for orchestra up close and personal. people with more $$ than sense, but, I am glad it is that popular that is my point, I love that.
And travelling for a 90 minute musical would be out of bounds
But they all aren't going for that $$ the highest above $500 were for California, NJ etc the ones for Canada there are 4 tickets left $189-264 "bizarre"
https://www.stubhub.com/llama-llama-live-tickets-richmond-hill-richmond-hill-centre-3-5-2020/event/104299663/
Like this other show in NJ start 49 for the balcony to $424 for best, hey, it's their money, LOL.
They did add a lot more dates due to prices I saw last month in an article in NJ they said they may add dates as many couldn't get tickets, so I think they added some more NJ, but the closer they get keep tabs on them they get down right crazy. I paid $290 to see a rock concert once (Led Zepplin) which I though was bizarre but hey a crying child and your rich maybe the $500+ is worth it, who knows whatever promotes all the brands I am good with.
That first link you provided you see they go from $172 to $1,058 just shaking my head.
The second link you provided I think is one of the add ons as all tickets available, will have to see when it gets closer. You can drive to that from the other NJ theater where they are $200+ I say onward and upward, its like that 20 year old Llama Llama book last week # one seller in the US (Valentine book) $18K copies 42K for 2020 so far, that is what Penguin books saw I guess, the cartoon series could boost all sales of all books and indeed they were right.
Peace out
This just got posted to the net, will do some digging to see if is multi-city deal and if it is how many they are going to. Kinds trips me out pay $7-25 just to see him, maybe they get pics with him or something?
https://www.eventbrite.com/e/llama-llama-visits-the-blue-manatee-tickets-91496413235
Llama Llama live tour has I think 16 dates, 2 in Canada, unbelievable what some tickets have gone for on secondary market, which by no means has anything to do with whatever royalty/license fee GNUS is/did get for the tour but shows that Llama Llama is extremely popular in the past 12 months, which is good going forward for the brand. Tickets in orchestra sections have been as high as 600-999 each were the highest I saw.
looking forward for the dates for the Rainbow rangers musical, I am thinking that like the Llama Llama musical tour will be in Fall/Winter?
With me it is all, money/licensed merchandise has never been in the GNUS stable really, now it is and its growing in a big way, I mean the DVD's which was 4 in 2 months not three that I out in my post, but that and how many bikes sold and how many f the 6 different Halloween costumes sold etc etc with 50 items out since September cannot tell me with a straight face anyone with half a lick of sense can say they are worried about BK to me that is farcical.
Since Jan 1st 2020 7 more added its like getting to be a weekly ting, $$? Witch what they have going on now and facing them they do a whole lot to sort any problems they may have had.
I still want to know how much the check was from Psycho Bunny this year for 2019 and if they are going to continue as in 2019 and add another 10 or more brick and mortar stores.
We aren't rolling in cash yet but it is growing and quick and in a big way.
I have no doubt either that if they do hit their $10 mil revenue for 2019 that then the negative talk from people will come that they won't be able to hit the $50 million in 2020, it will never end never does on these boards someone always has an agenda.
I also want to know how much the Alibaba $$ injection is/will be 7 figures is a wide berth want to know which end of that spectrum it is, I am on the $1-3 mil not the other end, but, at the end of the day who knows.
We will soon enough.
Peace out.
They could have been paid and thus it isn't an issue as you say a lender/note holder will not just let a debtor slide, why do they have to PR that it is paid, I can give you innumerable examples of companies that pay debt and do not say they did till the financials are released last case in point ASNA paying 80 mil debt for %50 mil no one had a clue til 2 months after the fact.
I don't believe you hold the stock nor do I care. You as with all new aliases that only post the slightest bit of negativity that they can find. Good luck to you with your short or whatever game you are playing, you are not the first I have come across probably the 500th and you won't be the last.
I am just going to block you as I really cannot be bothered.
We are golden my friend, I know long-term (years) share holders are gun shy etc but as Andy said in July now the money starts rolling in, and man books (based on episodes) DVD's which even I was shocked seeing how many libraries their are and how many some order and just quick count in my head, I mean that Unicorn DVD came out Feb 4th and every library in the country has it and 1000+ have 50+ copies I mean even me with my glass half full mindset was taken aback.
Would love to get an idea on how much they get for the impressions on YouTube and the other platforms where they get a part of the advertising, I mean Tyre was saying like 3 million impressions a month in that article?
I mean is it 1/4 a penny, 1/2 I haven't a clue, was also shocked they didn't do the Youtube for either till August this past year but I guess they have their hands in and getting into so many pies it maybe overwhelming a bit which is a good thing.
All these revenue streams, if the merchandise keeps rolling out as it has since 2020 started I can see 2020 GNUS hitting CEO's estimate for the year, I am dieing to know how much Psycho Bunny royalties were for 2019 that cash came in Q1 last year for 2018 $168K came in Q1 but 2019 they were much more popular and had another 9-10 stores and their first 5 in the US.
IMHO this was a sleeping giant and its waking up in terms of revenue.
And if you count up the merchandise from October, GNUS has never had that before ever.
Then the next two DVDs first 6 weeks of 2020 and more books and clothes etc. Its happening my friend right before our eyes, its so easy to see.
Because it isn't and quiet, jeez Louise this stock has more PRs than any other, they come in the multiple interviews they give to the industry and the licensed goods coming out every week, I mean people are so lucky with this thing than other stocks.
merchandise now coming out weekly in every place imaginable from Amazon to Walmart what do you want, can they do their job and trust that investors can see what is happening in the market place.
I thank God I am not a sullen glass half empty guy, I would get nowhere in this market.
Oh and BTW the deal with penguin books to work together to help them with present/past/future book sales that is working okay I think.
Number 1 children's book last week for Valentines week.....Llama Llama a 18 year old book.
And we get a piece of it and every other book they sell, we helped them take an old brand and turn it into a superstar.
I have to shake my head when I see some of the nonsense here.
https://www.publishersweekly.com/pw/nielsen/kidspicture.html
You have good day, maybe some DD is in order for all.
Peace out.
One poster said Genius Networks which is made up of the other cartoon series haven't really brought in much revenue and they don't see that increasing. OKay, lets look at that.
Genius Networks
2017
The Genius Brands Network generates revenue in the form of either flat rate promotions, advertising impressions served, or our share of subscriptions to our channels. Revenues from the Genius Brands Network increased 15% over the prior year as the Network’s household reach grew thus increasing the number of impressions served as well as the introduction of the SVOD platform on Amazon Prime.
2018
Advertising sales are generated on the Kid Genius Cartoon Channel in the form of either flat rate promotions or advertising impressions served. Advertising sales increased by $179,220, or 462%, during the twelve months ended December 31, 2018 compared to the twelve months ended December 31, 2017 primarily due to the addition of new distribution partners, increased advertising impressions served and additional ad campaigns in 2018. This was a result of our efforts to continue to grow this area of the business through new distribution channels and with new partners.
2019 ? We shall see.
And then July 30, 2019 "DISH Joins a Network Distribution Roster Reaching 80 Million U.S. Households Via Sling TV, Amazon, Comcast, Apple TV, Roku, Cox, Tubi, Noggin, Philo, Fubo and Xumo"
One can safely say that will boost it in further in Q4 and 2019 total and more importantly it can keep growing. No, not a serious amount $ wise as of end of 2018 but its growing, let just see what it is in 2019 before we make blanket statements that it isn't worth a toss and isn't an increasing revenue stream.
This stock/company isn't about any one revenue stream it is about what they estimate and if the past 4 months is any indication will be a reality a 350+ Sku licensing revenue stream, and increasing $$ amounts Genius will get for their cartoon series 3rd 4th 5th seasons as popularity grows so does the price they get paid to produce it (sell it for).
That goes into another area will they/are they going to get more for their series going forward, that goes without saying especially in the total beast that Llama Llama is becoming.
Llama Llama/Rainbow Rangers gets revenue from
Television & Home Entertainment revenue is generated from distribution of our properties for broadcast on television, VOD, or SVOD in domestic and international markets and the sale of DVDs for home entertainment through our partners.
VOD (Video on Demand) I don't give this category huge revenue numbers like a DVD but it is still a revenue stream and that is what tis game is all about getting hundred's of revenues streams then 1000's for the company in years to come. There are kids born every day and kids turning the age where they watch tv everyday.
Llama Llama/Rainbow Rangers are as of August available on
YouTube which I don't count as a significant amount of cash just another revenue stream, have no clue what YouTube pays per view etc. but its another stream.

Now this says Member since 2017 but this is a misnomer as views prior to August 2019 were pretty much nonexistent. Where I counted views from was this page Where they started in earnest August 9, 2019.
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjiPgQRHXBxfNXQZCNagWHg/videos
Now these channels are above and beyond the episode VOD's for YouTube.
Again I haven't a clue what Youtube pays for views they have almost 4 million between them from August which is good and is only going to grow, so another revenues stream thrown in the sack that was not there prior to August 2019.
Whomever did not read this article, needs to in its entirety.
https://worldscreen.com/tvkids/caroline-tyre-talks-expansion-of-genius-brands-network/
I have no idea what the "impressions pay like YouTube is it 1/2 a penny a penny a 1/4 a penny who knows but it and all the other new revenue streams add up to a shit ton I can tell you that.
Llama Llama and Rainbow Rangers licensed merchandise since mid Q3 both brands have added a nice stream of licensed merchandise and will update it as it comes so that we can keep track of the revenue streams now and going forward. 6 weeks into 2020 is continuing in the same manner as Q4 2019 at a steady clip.
I will not post any that are known about but not yet revenue producers and will only add them once they launch commercially, except for one book which will be released in 3 weeks, the reason being is that I was unaware that books were now being based on the tv series. I also listed one that was released in Dec of 2018 as it was based on an episode in the series and it was ranked one of the top sellers for kids for Valentine's day this year.
I knew we got a piece of every Llama Lama book after signing the deal with Penguin books with the launch of the Llama Llama cartoon series it goes without saying the cartoon series adds to interest in all their titles, but never had any idea books would be based in individual episodes.
To put it in context the first book was in 2007 today after the release of the latest February 11, 2020 which was the 41st title.
2007-2017: 26 seperate titles
5 of which were published October 17th 2017, in anticipation of the Llama Llama series they were promoted as such...............
Anna Dewdney’s best-selling picture book series is now a Netflix original animated series! This charming title introduces readers and viewers to Llama, his Mama, and all of their friends who appear on the show.
2018: 10 titles with 6 based on an episode of the cartoon series.
2019: 7 titles 3 based on an episode of the cartoon series.
2020: 1 title (6 more slated for 2020 thus far) 4 being based on an episode from the series.
So Penguin doing well on our partnership 21 titles before Llama Llama 27 since, nuff said. It goes without saying the earlier titles have a better sell rate with the series. All time classic status coming telling ya, I can feel it.
Llama Llama books have now been translated into ten languages: Chinese, Hebrew, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Polish, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and the most recent German published August 19, 2019.
2019 was good to the company albeit the majority came in the second half of 2019 primarily in Q4 with Q1 2020 getting off to a very good start with new licensed merchandise.
Penguin Books new titles for 2019-2020 thus far

There were 9,057 public libraries in the US according to the 2016 Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) Public Libraries Survey. However, the 9,057 number includes library systems which have multiple branch locations so the actual number of physical locations is considerably higher than 9,057.
Library systems are usually county or city based like NYC there are five a separate system for each of the boroughs their total for the five is 220 libraries some of the library systems in the US have 3-5 larger cities/counties have 20 to well NYC 220 lets say for arguments sake and to keep it as non hype as possible there are on average 10 libraries on average per system. That is 90K public libraries all having each DVD title of the 4 released in the past 3 months some as high as 50-75 some only 5-10. I mean can you imagine some of the counties/cities just in CA how about Chicago, DC.
Again for arguments sake lets say 5 per title on average, to not be over reaching. You can do the math.
4 DVD's released in the past 3 months (two for the holiday season) besides 4 books which are dropping every month lately another in 3 weeks. Libraries alone are how many copies? Bueller? Buelller? Bueller?
Then add the retail sales in every box store and Amazon, that is a lot of DVD's, the libraries get a lot I am guessing because they are educational.
Even the most "glass half full" person has to admit, wow, that is a lot of videos bought by libraries in a three month time span.
I cannot wait for the 10K let alone Q1 2020 (want to see the Psycho Bunny #'s among the rest) this is the year it all changes. I been watching and witing for years on this thing, just waiting for the right time when it all started to happen.
Licensed merchandise item count for Q4 was near double what it had been the last 3-4 years combined, 2 being DVD's for holiday season we will realize the revenue for Rainbow Rangers season 2.
Keeping my fingers crosses, CEO was shooting for $10 mil on the year and $50 mil in 2020 we will have to see. Everyone knows where my head is at in that regard.
Licensing and royalty revenue include items for which we license the rights to our copyrights and trademarks of our brands and those of the brands for which we act as a licensing agent. During the nine months ended September 30, 2019 compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2018, this category increased $371,967, or 123%, to $674,107...... Then the licensed merchandise really started rolling out in earnest.
Best year in revenue was 2017 $5,335,728 when the first two seasons of the cartoon series were sold and were the majority of the revenue almost all of it really.
First 9 months of 2019 $5,154,191 keeping my fingers crossed would love record breaking revenue to be up 100% over 2017. Season 2 Rainbow Rangers revenue is a good start just have to see how much all these new revenue streams add. With the near term future this has it is ridiculous that it is trading for $7 mil market cap, ludicrous as most of the new revenue streams are revenue that costs nothing.
This from the CEO....................."With each product sold, Genius enjoys a 10% on average gross royalty payment."
Peace out
Let me school you fellows real quick, okay.
Well first and foremost my friend you are a tad bit short on your assessment and reasons why.
Firstly they get delivered Rainbow Rangers season 2 in Q4 so that is somewhere in the 2.5-2.75 million range.
I can go on and show why it will be the 9.6 mil total for the year IMHO if you want.
Peace out.
Exactly, that is why it is getting played at the moment.
Endgame is the thing to look for here.
Peace out.
Thanks rickn23 IMHO llama Llama is killing it and has even surprised Andy FWIW, thanks for the updates, much appreciated.
Peace out.

He couldn't buy it out, to many major players far more important than Arnold have a vested interest in what it is going to be shortly. He isn't even a guppy in their pond he is an actor, a tool, a supply, an ingedient in this game not a boss.
$LPI first Black Rock loaded the dip now Vanguard filed 13G/A they loaded the dip too.
Peace out.
I believe Q1 2021 at the latest but am expecting it Q4 2020 personally.
I have gone into why before as to why and why it will be approved on an expedited basis, and again not into arguing about it gin for 6-9 months tiresome and not worth the effort.
I was right before, I will be right again it is what it is. To many pushing this (politicians) we will leave it at that.
But, at the end of the day it will not really matter one way or another, 2020 will be a tsunami of catalysts for RCEL as will 2021 and although I missed my $10 by Xmas 2019 estimate I feel more strongly about my $20 by Xmas 2020, we shall just have to see.
It is and will be all that we thought it would be and more and I congratulate all that took the leap of faith after Jan 2018 it was in the bag really, but, still took faith to understand more than believe that it was something special.
BTW yes I believe they will again be at the Annual Burn Conference and be the top dog yet again, in burns ReCell is the shining star and has been the last 18 months, we all knew it would be.
Glad you and the fellas from NGL jumped on to risk54, wish I would have said something sooner, just didn't want to spam the NGL board.
Peace out.
Interesting filings after the close.
Peace out.
melody and I will have you beat, but I don't think it will make it to $60 before buyout, I still am of the mind it gets bought out in the $30 range after juvenile approval and the BARDA contract which will follow right after, either way we will do well.
Peace out.
Yes, definitely IMHO.
A lot of important people own this stock, a lot.
Peace out.
I agree llama Llama is becoming the break out and will be a classic as I have said. RR will do great no doubt, but the one that adds more long term (decades long) value is Llama Llama Superhero Kindergarten is one of those we don't know yet, we know will be windfall from the jump compared to others as the licensing, name recognition of those involved (Governator mostly), players involved (Alibaba), and it will launch worldwide with licensed goods from the jump.
Just a couple things from a couple weeks ago I didn't post like the clothes I knew about it but didn't want to seem to be pumping but these two make me even more certain Llama Llama is a forever brand.

With the licensing many won't be a lot of $$ but like you said many are impulse, and clothes kids grow. But as long as things are leaving manufacturing plants, as that is when we get paid, not from when it sells at the store, but, when it sells to the store.
Like the bikes, that was a nice item to have especially going into Xmas haven't a clue how many left the factory but with Walmart, Target, Kohls and a number of other big box stores carrying it I would imagine it is in the 10's of thousands and how much royalty did GNUS get per $5? Who knows and that too is a never ending stream, not all little girls can ride them now, they will grow into them and many children are growing being born everyday.
Its a wheel that never stops turning in the licensing game.
I want this one to pop, I check it every day LOL

And looking for the sneakers, etc. I like looking everyday its like a little PR everyday a little shine put on my shares, and I am of the opinion they will be all shiny and pretty by the summer and next year at this time forget about it.
When I first got in this game 25-35% gain in a year was rocking now people are spoiled they want a move and then to move on, investment doesn't even enter their mind, its all hype, I like these that build and build till they are talked about everywhere. They go up and stay there.
Peace out.
I personally heard about it from friends in Europe in 2015/16 then I watched it til the year before PDUFA was expected then started flipping a sack from .70's to 1.30 range over and over building freebies.
But, your questions about OTC stocks overseas, those are the most highly prized stocks in the OTC and are most of the stocks in the top $$ range.
There are many OTC's with Billion dollar valuations.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/index/.OTCQXBIL
Some like AVMXY now RCL couldn't uplist yet and some have no wish too.
OTCQX is always a good place to do some DD from time to time and see what is new out there.
Peace out.
And another hit this morning...…………………………….

Had never heard of this manufacturer before, Canadian.

Peace out.....give it time people, each one isn't a torrent but EoY the story shall not be the same.
Peace out.
Agree, juvenile IMHO should have been passed from the outset, I mean part of the FDA approval came from the fact that the compassionate use results etc were added in and although there were not as many juveniles in the original targeted study/abstract it is safe to say if the government is letting it be used for free, why not be able to sell it?
Politics IMHO came into play there, had too some how some way or just normal government operating procedure, do just the bare minimum and keep something in the sack/pantry so you can eat later.
Government is the root of so much waste.
I too am looking for that japan thing somewhere in between it is extremely hard to search Asian languages on the net to see articles etc with other companies have had a very hard time with Chinese in particular, to be able to search to see what articles/government agencies are saying.
They applied for the speedy approval so it could happen anytime literally at this point and as long as their isn't a no, it is still a go. I cannot see any country turning it down, US has the most stringent approval process in the world so I don't see any hang ups there.
As well I still believe that it will be manufactured in Japan by out partners for Japan and Asia they applied and got for medical manufacturing license a just before submitting for JPMDA, makes total sense no import duties, no time wasted, etc etc.
Peace out
Off Topic:
BTW yeas MNLO thing threw me too, I understand it though in a way, they had $$ and a lot of it, FOMX had the already approved deal and another on the way so the money helped till the $$ from sales would roll in fully? That is all I can come up with at this point. MNLO is a funny one it is one medicine and has passed for some treatments but not for others, so the "endpoint not met" doesn't hurt as much as it is being tested for so many different things some will some won't but a fail isn't a fail in the usual sense.
It is not a river of money yet, but look at where it was 12 months ago then 6 months ago and even 3 months ago. But the influx of money has started flowing and as long as it keeps building which it is it is all good. The swimsuit was one of the items that came out in July when the licensing stream started.
I would also suggest anyone who wants to really do DD listen to the CEO's statements and look at the Q filings (trust but verify) even the lesser shows and the tv channel have been building viewership and platforms, advertising and subscriptions etc.
Everyone seems to forget/ignore every new licensed product, DVD etc they already got a check for that item just to license it to the manufacturer/creator then get $$ on the back end and that money goes on for years in Llama Llama's case decades I think it will be a classic IMHO like Strawberry Shortcake, Winnie the Pooh etc, I do and no one can change my mind on that.
Like I have mentioned here before this is like a biotech a ton of money tossed into it developing looking for those winners, many don't they just help with cash flow, some fail but you get those one or two drugs that sell oodles for years to come. That increases the value of the companies and the businesses.
Heyward never denied that for the past 5 years he has said how it will go, get some hits, then the licensing and money starts rolling and in the case of ones like Llama Llama it never stops.
There are many more books coming this year, more DVD's, two more seasons of each where now that they are hits (especially Llama Llama) they get more money for them the become more profitable, but, the money never will be in the cartoons themselves compared to the licensed goods, never.
Last year at this time selling almost nothing some new books came out and the cartoons etc, now goods are everywhere and each one starts with a check then $$ stream continues, not millions per item, but, when we get to 100's by the end of this year then, that's when the stream truns into a raging river.
Last year nowhere now
Walmart
Party City
Spririt Costumes
Kohl's
Target
Toys R Us
Barnes and Noble
Buy Buy Baby
Books a Million
Mastermind Toys
Home Depot
Hudson Booksellers
Indie Bound
Powell City of Books
All these along with a multitude of smaller store/shops/online shops
Just the beginning.
Peace out.
Nice LOL.
Exactly, and I am not certain but believe the FDA late approval on juveniles (which is where more of the $$ is at) will give them better shot at another extension past the 2027, but, the first is a shoe in (2027)
IMHO when juvenile comes through and the BARDA contract kicks in with it, is when this little pony gets bought and taken to another pasture, JMHO. Then it is the big boys problem which they (big pharma) have ways of getting that sorted, lobbyists etc.
Peace out.
LOL was thinking about that sometime this summer is a sure thing, congrats again on that one. I am still long on it sticking to my plan but even beat down still up 200+% Waiting for that $30 to start leaking.
Peace out.
I imagine that filing after hours didn't help that position.
Just a guess.
Peace out.
I am just going to let that remark slide by, but, you have no idea, you don't know me, you only think you do.
Let's just see how this all plays out, bet I am right in the end, folding money by summer.
Peace out.
He probably is, I know him, he has it like that. I try and not post things like that because most think we are talking out of our asses.
Peace out
Watch30 your welcome by the way on the $500K+ hit you got on FRAN. You still owe me a Saaphire and tonic on that.
Nice day today. Gonna get interesting here in the coming weeks/months
Peace out.
