They could have been paid and thus it isn't an issue as you say a lender/note holder will not just let a debtor slide, why do they have to PR that it is paid, I can give you innumerable examples of companies that pay debt and do not say they did till the financials are released last case in point ASNA paying 80 mil debt for %50 mil no one had a clue til 2 months after the fact.


I don't believe you hold the stock nor do I care. You as with all new aliases that only post the slightest bit of negativity that they can find. Good luck to you with your short or whatever game you are playing, you are not the first I have come across probably the 500th and you won't be the last.
