London, UK and San Marcos, TX – April 27, 2017 -- Quantum Materials Corp (OTCBB:QTMM) and Freschfield PLC today announced the execution of a funded collaboration agreement by which Quantum will work with Freschfield to integrate Quantum Materials Corp advanced Nanomaterials including quantum dot-based solar photovoltaics into Freschfields SmartSkinz.
Freschfield has synthesized solar and hydrogen fuel cell technologies into an outer layer building skin – SmartSkinz – which creates a perpetual carbon-free energy source, under any weather condition, time of day and location.
Quantum Materials’ development will focus on developing and deploying advanced nanomaterials to optimize system performance on several levels including the building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) component of SmartSkinz.
Under terms of the agreement, Freschfield will fund development by providing $1 million over four quarters to Quantum Materials beginning June 2017.
Okay thanks for the info. I'm in Cali so all I see is what's on TV. I saw that a couple of people on this board purchased some products and since only a very small portion of shareholders post on here, I assumed there were many more purchases.
Lol you sold before they reported their first recreational sale??
Won't it be tough to make deliveries for a while?
I'm sure the sales will be lower than hoped for due to the storm. It must be insanely difficult to get around in Texas.
Does anybody have an estimate of the monthly revenue for QMC online sales?
Well, if TRTC starts making some serious money (which I think we all agree they will), everybody is going to want a piece of the pie. I'm sure large companies are already closely watching the recreational cannabis sector, but are just hesitant to invest because of the legality. Once a couple of large companies decide to jump into the sector, it would hurt the economy too much to fight the marijuana boom. That being said, the main thing that seems to be holding us small-timers back is DP is supposedly enriching the insiders. But he seems like a smart man, and the insiders will make a HUGE amount of money with a company buyout. Surely he knows that in order to do this, he needs to show a continuous positive cashflow, money in the bank, and a stock price increase. Could you imagine if a large beer company, like Anheuser-Busch, bought out TRTC? The ticker (BUD) is perfect too!
What do you guys think the chances are of a large company buying out TRTC in the near future? Or is that simply out of the question until marijuana is federally legal? Also, if yes, what companies could you see as potential buyers?
I feel like a university should conduct an experiment to compare indoor weed to outdoor weed. They should have people smoke a random bowl and fill out a survey. Im pretty sure the results would be similar to the results of the "tap water vs bottled water" experiment. It's all in your head folks.
Thanks solartech.
Hey Solartech, how might I learn how to build my own solar panel if I order some quantom dots?
Omg perovskite QD coming soon! Perovskite was the material my mentor was researching last summer.
Haha I like that quote, thanks for sharing. Glad I made it out of my first fraud stock alive, and with a small profit. I fell in love with SIGO, luckily it was just puppy love. SIGO was cheating on me the whole time, glad there was a board like this to point it out.
Two days ago you were screaming "show me the proof", so your behavior shows you believe in innocence until proven guilty
Now that I'm done with SIGO and away from all the hype, common sense kicks in. Why would a company be so extremely shareholder friendly? What do they owe the current shareholders, who are most likely not the original lenders. Why go out of their way to please them, answer questions through 8-k's, pay dividends AS SOON as the first revenue comes in. Are they just doing it out of the goodness of their heart (LOL)? With that common sense alone should make one very, very skeptical. Throw in the strange connection to Joseph Wade, and it is clear to me I made the right decision to sell ny position.
That's like saying I've been drunk driving for years and haven't gotten caught yet, so what's the risk?
How can someone get away with all of this and still be allowed to run several companies?
I didn't create this account to post B$, I created this account 13 days ago because that's when I discovered Ihub. I'm obviously new to investing and yes, I admit, I fell for a classic pump and dump. Just happy I got out before it's too late.
Well fellas, I just sold my position in that other hyped up Cali company and made a small profit (although I probably sold too early). There is no reason for a company to be THAT shareholder friendly, to the point that if someone emails them a suggestion they put out an 8-k answering it. Also did some digging and found some strange ties to shady people. I regret selling so early, but you've gotta sell when everyone is buying. I'm about to take a position in TRTC, gotta jump on before the next earnings call. Hopefully this investment doesn't disappoint!!!
Can anybody explain to my why the Intel PPS is so ridiculously low? With their earnings and relevancy, shouldn't INTC at least be priced similar to MSFT?
Just bought into VLKAY @ 30.30! Expecting a full recovery over the next few years. I'm glad I got in now.
Kudos to you guys.
I wasn't playing anybody, I was truly in love with sigo. I just did some serious digging over the weekend. There's always a chance I'm wrong, but I just have a bad feeling about this company long term.
Just sold for profits. Just a warning, the companies got ties to Joseph Wade, a known scammer. Please be careful and make sure you take your profit before it's too late. Good luck to you all fellas, I hope I'm wrong for your sake.
Thank you guys for your research. You have saved me a lot of pain.
I sure hope you're being sarcastic, lol. Double Microsoft ehh??
Not the place to be talking politics, but damn, why is it so hard for you guys to believe there are alot of people against neo-nazis?
We're in for a bumpy ride this week... buckle up. The longs will be fighting with the shorts, the pessimists will be selling to the optimists. Hang onto your shares fellas, with such a small float we're gonna see some crazy swings. But the overall trend is up from here. Buckle up!!!
Good magnum, if you find any interesting information please share.
Boom, there you go! Stick this please.
QTraderQ, the management team decides what gets voted on and what doesn't. They have full control over the company.. why would they need to vote?
Thanks a bunch, I have some learning to do. I am very, very happy I found this company before the big boom!
I get it, I was just pointing out that they mistakenly wrote 1 million as 100,000,000.
Lol typo on pg. 3 "Non-Assessable Common Stock: One Million (100,000,000) shares of Common stock.
Thank you very much for your detailed response solartech. From your description, maybe it is not even necessary to try to combine quantum dot solar cells with other thin-films, since the diameter of the dots determines the absorption spectrum. How cool! Do you have any idea of the price comparison between quantum dot solar cells and the highest efficiency Silicon solar cell?
Does anyone have any ideas who might look to acquire SIGO in the future? Maybe Aphria over in Canada, or even Monsanto??
Here is a list of successful companies that started out on OTC:
Walmart
Lenovo
Diedrich Coffee
American Airlines
Home Depot
Monster
Nutrisystem
I know everybody is talking about QD LED's, but I think the use of these quantum dots in solar cells is also going to be huge. I'm far from an expert, but I worked in a University research lab focusing on improving the efficiency of thin-film solar cells during an internship last summer. The biggest issue was harvesting red and infrared photons, as these do not provide alot of energy. The fact that these quantum dots achieved nearly 100% photon conversion efficiency is absolutely a game-changer. If they can successfully mass produce these and implement quantum dots into thin-film solar cells, they will turn the solar industry on its head.
My god, they do answer quickly. DRIP has not been discussed yet, and the dividends will be cash and wired to DTC for the shares held by brokers.
I just emailed the company to see if they will have a DRIP plan set up for dividend reinvestment
