The 1.1 billion went on April 8th, my birthday lol.
Thanks, good to know.
Ok, thanks, that explanation helped. If I am grasping the longer view of this, then isn't it quite likely that EORZ's new owners will change the ticker symbol and likely apply to move to the big board before the 6 months is up and they launch? Or am I way off base. (Man, my brain is breaking over this stuff, lol)
Bless you for giving me so much guidance!
Ok, I read it. I really hate to come off as dense but I don't exactly understand the significance..... please enlighten me.
Thanks though, I would've missed it, I fell behind on my work yesterday watching the stock all day, lol, and I couldn't watch the board closely today as I was trying to get work done for my clients.
Oh, I agree completely. And the PM was insightful, I definitely see your point and consider it to be excellent advice. Best of luck to you too!
Thank you so much for the advice. You're not kidding that when to sell can be a tough decision, especially since I haven't been in a winning stock before this one. I hadn't set a specific goal, just riding hopes for something decent. My son and I discussed this earlier this evening and still don't know. My dad has been a trader for 50 years and always says don't sell as long as it's going up but sell quick if it starts to go down. I tried to talk him into jumping in today at .008 but the 95 year old man said he'd wait for it to retrace tomorrow morning (deep sigh). I said I thought it would gap up on the open. He said I don't know what I am talking about and got quite testy with me. We agreed to never discuss EORZ again, lol. Meanwhile, he's got a bid in at .009. I grew up listening to him talk about stocks and tuned him out for decades. Now he tunes me out, lol. Life's a pip! But, I digress, thanks again for all the guidance you've given me these last several months, it's been a great help.
Is it tomorrow yet? Today was soooo exciting! My first custodianship play to really move. Big time fun.
I agree with that. You're very much appreciated too. :)
Thank you very much for your various informative posts today.
Yeah buddy! We both just sold our interest in another Lazar ticker and grabbed some more! What a wonderful day this has turned into :)
My son and I both just added to our positions. Woohoo!
I didn't get past multiple automated recordings and then I had a major car repair issue arise. I will try a different number today. Did try an altogether different route that I don't want to discuss on this board. The more I think about this situation the more I believe that they used the court system to get custodianship so that Mark Bayliss would be eliminated completely and Steinke could get his 20 million shares unrestricted so he can sell them after another pump scam. Watch for the pump in the future versus actual concrete news. Outsiders are watching.
May be. He and Skinny have certainly been abusive bullies on the board. Steinke had a full blown meltdown on the public forum 2 or 3 summers ago. Skinny got so abusive after we all turned on him and started calling him out on his bull that he got suspended for a month. It's all starting again. He recently stated that they're going into the marijuana business and making deals to sell in Canada for some reason. He said the press release was being drafted. That was months ago, nothing since then. Must be one heck of a long press release. We don't have any phone numbers or email address that they can ignore the investors on like they always did. It sure seems like one big court assisted scam, not that the court is likely aware of any of this.
Greg Steinke was actually the only person left of the original group of CCLX management. He's the reason Mark Bayliss, founder, left. I suspect that the reason for the custodianship could be one of 2 things or both. The custodianship was a way to completely get rid of Mark Bayliss. Also, Steinke has 20 million shares, restricted, I believe. By doing the custodianship, he can probably get those shares freed up for trading. Then, he and Skinny can start doing their old routine, Skinny "leaks" insider information on the board to cause a run up in price, nothing materializes, and Skinny feigns outrage. Skinny supposedly put in a couple of hundred thousand in the beginning for product development. He would claim that he had personally seen the press release being drafted or the contract to acquire something. Obviously, not one single thing Skinny ever posted materialized. I believe that they found these 2 sleazy guys to cooperate with a custodianship scam. Do you have connections that can dig into this? I appreciate anything you can do. I would think that the court or other legal entities wouldn't take to kindly to them using the system like this to further their scam....
Because this is still in the court system as a custodianship case. The court wants to know what's going on regarding filings, etc. I think I will call the court Monday and ask a few questions. If necessary, after speaking with the court, I'll quickly send a certified letter regarding some questions and issues. It makes no sense whatsoever that the same person who's been in charge the last few years and ran the company down to a zombie ticker was put in charge. Why do the custodianship in the first place. Maybe it was just a way to grab the entire shell and eliminate Mark Bayliss from the record. I don't know but considering the lack of news, even the most basic of shareholder communication, it seems as though it's time to ask some questions. The 2 guys running the company who took custodianship have not done this before and apparently had the intention all along of keeping Greg Steinke in charge. From my point of view, this was an elaborate pump and dump. Steinke obviously has no regard for the shareholders, never did. Very odd situation. Stinks big time. So sad for us. Someone should look into whether Steinke and Skinny made money on the run up in price after custodianship was granted.
There's a court date set for the 26th regarding Status Check. Maybe we can get something from that....
Lol, already done 2 days ago. Great minds think alike :)
Also, I can appreciate your statement about how many people ride pumps for income, but most of the old shareholders here bought in at significantly higher prices back when there was a real company working on real product development and we believed in their team. Greg Steinke drove away the founder and the technical expertise and displayed the most horrendous behavior on this board that he convinced me he's an incompetent leader. So disappointed to learn he's still in charge. A rational person would have to be suspect of their current intentions. Skinny claimed to have put in a very large amount of money as a private investor that he's probably quite desperate to recover. Keep that in mind. Good luck to us all.
I honestly can't remember a time when Skinny said something truthful. I'm trying, but can't. Maybe someone else can remember some statement regarding future plans for what is now their 3rd business attempt that was truthful??? Remember there's no website, email contact, or phone number, not that they ever responded when these things existed.
That's the whole point of Skinny's posts. Get everyone excited about upcoming announcement or paper, as you call it. Skinny's probably making money even at these prices while many of us are holding stock purchased years ago at a much higher cost when CCLX was an actual business. You will never see that paper you're looking for. GL.
Will you please look at CCLX board and see my recent post? Something very wierd went on with the custodianship. This whole thing looks illegal. Thank you.
This stock can no longer be traded in British Columbia Canada. The entire custodianship process and the 2 guys who had never done custodianship before and then turned it over again to Greg Steinke, the very same person who ran the previous company out of business, are quite suspect, imo, of being part of an elaborate scam. Apparently, Skinny thought if he used the word marijuana it would propel this to new highs. When that didn't work then there's a paid promotion from one of those scummy pay to pump and dump news rags. The long term investors here know all too well just how low Greg Steinke and Skinny will go. The big bit coin promises were completely false, no effort to develop anything at all. CCLX has a dead website, no office, etc. They just came up with the custodianship scam and the drivel about marijuana trying to scam us again. I will admit that the custodianship news was promising only to be proven to be used as a tool for stock fraud. Skinny has a very long history of pretending to know something, dribble out some bs like he's doing us a big favor, and then vanishing as the time drags on with no actual news. There will never be news from this current management (using that word management very loosely). This scam team deserves an A for creativity and bars of steel as a view.
Go to the board called David Lazar $hell Plays and see the introduction box for a full list of his plays sold and up for sale now. Good luck.
No, he owns some of this.
I'm going to try to remember to PM you Friday during happy hour. More to it than appears.
Did you see my post on CCL$?
I'm working on it. Spread a little thin at the moment. ;)
I'm planning on buying more, but can't until Wednesday. Leave some at this price for me please :)
Skinny, my 95 year old father had a pop up advertisement on his tablet today for some company promoting CCLX as going into the marijuana business. I've asked him for details but not sure he'll be able to get it back. Has the company paid for a stock promotion or otherwise given a statement to any such type business?
Sounds like good advice. I always read the boards for awhile before I buy in. Hadn't check out CERPQ but I'll take a look.
Lol, one of my all time favorite movies. "God likes me, he really, really likes me."
I appreciate your honesty and helpful insights on a regular basis. Good luck to you too.
I tend to agree with you on that. Like you, I got in early and could've sold for profit but have held steady. The stronger the hands we have in this the better for all of us.
Did David Lazar change back to the symbol TRDX from whatever the previous company was using? If yes, does anyone besides me have a theory as to why?
Go to the board called David Lazar $hell Plays and see the list in the information box. Good luck.
Skinny, what's up? It's been awhile. Is there anything on the horizon for the next couple of months? It's getting a bit stale here...
I knew the officers part was new, wasn't sure about the part saying it's in the entertainment industry.
Really, a 32+% negative hit for only 1,000 shares. Aw, come on.
OTC, however, that may be left over from the previous listing.
