FYI, the only partnership plans will be way down the rd and will be a marketing partner for O/A. Mainly because its such a broad market.

Epilepsy update, now in advanced open label study where they are seeing close to 50% overall reduction in seizures. Trial was a failure at first but have worked out the kinks and many original patients remain on the program. Company has basically decided to move forward and plans on restructuring a new phase II study and focus it more on children. As the drug seems to have excellent response in younger brains.

Meeting with the FDA will be taking place before year end to discus restructuring of a phase 3 O/A to address secondary end points and focus the study on men.

ZYN001 update, still on target to release phase 1 data before year end. the company has taken time testing more dosage levels and time frames making phase 2 and 3 much easier to work with flexibility wise. Allowing for more options with dosing/endpoints.
Phase 2 enrollment will follow first half 2018.

Earnings and summary should be out 2nd week of Nov.

Estimated revenue on first year approval of zyn001 & zyn002 is approx 1.5+ billion dollars putting a non diluted target price of $115 a share.

Company currently has 78 mil in cash and private investors that will support phase 3 studies out to 2019!

Just a little fyi, two people im associated with professionally are institutional investors... they both found almost no downside here. Had meetings about it and still were not able to buy a position due to rules and risk regulations at there firms. So the fact of pros being outta the loop here is a fact! Ok so before you post any article you might want to do a little bit more DD. Try contacting the company see what has progressed.

Lets start with this, 5 phase 3 trials. Well each one has about 33% chance of being FDA approved. So that means at least one or even two make it.

1) Do they have the cash to get there? Well yes they do!

2) Do they have good management with FDA experience? Yes they do!

3) Do they have a broad pipeline meeting all time frames so far? Yes they do.

4) Is it possible to do a placebo trial on patients unaware they are even receiving treatment? Well thats pretty pointless. (FXS)

5) Do you know how much the phase 3 trials for FXS cost? Ok ill tell you about 5-10 million total. Best and cheapest runway for success!

6) How about there are no known treatments for spectrum disorders.

7) How about patented past 2030 with orphan drug designation giving almost a decade of exclusive marketing!

Ok now lets talk about O/A or osteoarthritis.

Met the most important secondary endpoints! Worked in men and not women. Restructure this with the FDA for phase 3 probably gonna have a solid update for this in December.

All the rise due to new buyers! Just checked the short interest and its still a whopping 21% from 30% a few days ago! So in the last two days only 9% covered! Im sure the rest shorted on the 13 pop and are going to be bottlenecked at $12 racing for the exit! Pushing this to $15-17 in a matter of hours once it starts! I have had two meetings with the VP this week. Pre and post news. Discussed all sorts of things going forward! This is news on a global level that i believe only comes a few times in a lifetime.

Yeah they were time barred and did not file in time to challenge/cross appeal the six claims already valid! Plus no Alice/101 in there. This means 94% chance WDDD prevails or even gain some claims. ATVI really blew it! this WILL end up going to district court! Or a pretty big settlement prior to... I dont see any other options as it seems all attempts to kill this case have been exhausted!

I Honestly think sooo many people have under estimated this case. It has merit and will be really interesting to see how it plays out in the next 8-12 months.

because something fishy is going on 100%.. i feel like all those shares and bid ask nonsense was part of some strategic shady beat down. Well too late, i already did my DD and picked up some cheap WDDD shares, seems like no mater what the case goes to trial in 2018 and wddd stands a good chance to get something... even if its minimal it will run hard before the trial.. i don't think ATVI will feel any pain im just worried about insiders selling a little, then retail getting spooked!

The wifi-one case and the oilstates case are being heard by the supreme court and CAFC they have the potential to make WDDD jury trial extremely interesting! Either way something is going down in the next year!

I guess the next best thing might be Wifi-one. I also feel like the case may get stayed for oilstates, it only makes sense. So anytime before november 5th we can expect a possible boost.

$3-$8 two years after a solid settlement

So i just ran some easy numbers and the WDDD settlement and royalties going forward could put this back at $40-$45 range! I wonder if the CEO is ever going to tell us or will it come as a greedy insider sell off like ZYNE!!! thats what happens with these lawsuits and the shareholders are always the last to know!! either way we are facing limited options now and face a 95% chance of losing this appeal! i am going to pick up so more WDDD tomorrow before i find out the hard way! plus WIFI-one appeal comes out sometime before November 5th and i can see that giving WDDD the edge! such a double edged sword here now! not feeling so hot about the outcome.

i guess this is a dead board anyway but was just wondering if anyone else thought it was wise to buy some WDDD just incase things heat up..

Ok so has anyone heard anything recently about the actv vs Wddd lawsuit? Some major catalyst coming up that we may want to hedge our bets on! Im long actv @ 35$ and long wddd from

to be honest if the supreme court rules on the oilstates case to eliminate the ptab processes Activision is in serious trouble and due for a huge correction!
Wddd already has 6 validated claims against actv and it currently is in a CAFC appeal! If they get the rest of there 40 some odd claims reversed i think the scales will tip here and wddd sees at least 1$ per share settlement from Activision.. of course do your own DD i think personally actv will just buy the patents out right and settle so they can recoup a ton of money from a large list of other infringers! Anyway both seem to be a win win and wanted to see if anyone else had an opinion on this.. if Activision is stubborn and loses a jury trial we may be in for a rude awakening here! But i plan on making up the difference from the other side! Its deff worth checking out! Things seem to be heating up on the wddd side and i honestly think actv has been hiding this from us because they are so arrogant but running out of time and options!
people can easily play both side here and to be honest WDDD may be holding aces and it makes me a little nervous
