Yeah they were time barred and did not file in time to challenge/cross appeal the six claims already valid! Plus no Alice/101 in there. This means 94% chance WDDD prevails or even gain some claims. ATVI really blew it! this WILL end up going to district court! Or a pretty big settlement prior to... I dont see any other options as it seems all attempts to kill this case have been exhausted!

I Honestly think sooo many people have under estimated this case. It has merit and will be really interesting to see how it plays out in the next 8-12 months.

-CAFC calendar date and judge panel.

-SCOTUS Oilstates case, IPR unconstitutional decision JUNE 2018
