So i just ran some easy numbers and the WDDD settlement and royalties going forward could put this back at $40-$45 range! I wonder if the CEO is ever going to tell us or will it come as a greedy insider sell off like ZYNE!!! thats what happens with these lawsuits and the shareholders are always the last to know!! either way we are facing limited options now and face a 95% chance of losing this appeal! i am going to pick up so more WDDD tomorrow before i find out the hard way! plus WIFI-one appeal comes out sometime before November 5th and i can see that giving WDDD the edge! such a double edged sword here now! not feeling so hot about the outcome.

i guess this is a dead board anyway but was just wondering if anyone else thought it was wise to buy some WDDD just incase things heat up..

any thoughts here would be great!
