Well too late, i already did my DD and picked up some cheap WDDD shares, seems like no mater what the case goes to trial in 2018 and wddd stands a good chance to get something... even if its minimal it will run hard before the trial.. i don't think ATVI will feel any pain im just worried about insiders selling a little, then retail getting spooked!

The wifi-one case and the oilstates case are being heard by the supreme court and CAFC they have the potential to make WDDD jury trial extremely interesting! Either way something is going down in the next year!
