Isn't that up to PinkSheets.com? I thought they had to review and approve the submitted information before changing BEHL's status?
Good morning, kids. I took a taste at 0.0008 this morning and I'm ready to roll!
0.0003's hitting!
IVIT .0003's hitting!
Indeed. Thanks, you too!
My my my...what are you up to? ;)
I agree. Something's there.
Looks like it. Not sure why, though. :\
Ditto. Looking forward to seeing the 2nd step in the Grow/Harvest/Process/Profit cycle! Go $BEHL !
Right on. I'm ready for it!
Good to see that, thanks for the repost!
Still here, with ALL of my shares.
Was just about to say that. Gaps are filled. ;)
Welcome to the board. So glad you could share. ;)
Hmm...sudden volume? Final bit of selling before we lose IVIT's pulse?
Glad to hear it. Can't wait to see!
May be helping out, shortly!
Righto! It's bad timing because I hadn't planned on buying more this soon...may have buy more down here, though. Tempting.
Wonderfully bad timing on my part, then. haha. Unless we can get some more ask slappin' today.
You think the company offloaded the shares?
Just hopped in on the dip this morning, fellas. Let's bring it on!
Right you are!
Fair enough. I've been in since April of '08. Lost sight of it until last December. Made a bit of money, and am holding a few for its re-re-emergence. Sounds like many of us are doing the same thing. LOL.
BEHL certainly looks good, pilot. I agree with your pick.
I see you bailed from the enzymes, too! Probably not a bad idea, considering the continuing near-term growth potential in this one vs. that one.
uber-thanks do not begin to describe!
Took a while for me, this morning.
BEHL is ON IT! Just got in this morning. Just in time, it seems!
Hello all. You're pushing it too hard too fast....my funds haven't settled yet! LOL
Hope to be in tomorrow AM.
OT: Hope things went well, have a speedy recovery!
Been in since April '08...still in with oodles of shares!
Just announcement of the details of the buyout...no final decision, just yet.
They forgot a comma. I've added it below, after "buyout offer." Adding the comma shows that only the surrounding details will be released tomorrow.
The team plans to announce additional sales successes in the coming weeks (amidst a decision on the company's prospective buyout offer, with surrounding details to be disclosed via Press Release on Friday, May 15th).
So...don't expect a decision tomorrow, or you'll be disappointed.
I certainly hope so! Although, if we can't call up company X tomorrow to verify that they, indeed, have offered to buyout EESO, then we won't move upward. Credibility is EESO's biggest problem, and until we can find undeniable verification through other companies, then we're stuck here below 0.02.
I wouldn't call a forgotten comma "weasel words," but I agree that that sentence means absolutely NO decision will be made tomorrow.
My guess is we will hear the following tomorrow:
1. Buyer's name is ________
2. New offer is _______
3. Stay tuned for an answer in __ weeks.
....and that's it!
No decision tomorrow, but "surrounding details" will be released.
Made perfect sense to me! They just forgot a comma after "buyout offer."
They typically don't wait for a year to say anything, either!
Regardless of validity of their claim, the timing is very fishy!
I just bought him his first month...so he's good to go until June. ;)
So, you're complaining that the Financials say "Mortgage Payable-Flat Rock"?
Heaven forbid they choose a different word out of the Thesaurus! Again, don't be so literal!
EESO owes $190,000 to Flat Rock for the property. When they pay that off (within 8 months), then they'll own it. Whatever it's "officially" called, I call that a mortgage of some kind!
Thanks for the follow-up! Exactly what I had expected her to say. Fantastic!
Was there truly a question about who 'physically' holds the deed? Being so literal isn't the best way to be.
If the property is Seller Financed, then of course Flat Rock would still hold the deed...but that certainly does not mean that EESO isn't paying for the farm, with intent to fully own it in the next 8 months (as Mark has said)!
