SIAF: Dilutive Scam? Real Dutch or Not?
EcoMike: did some DD on SIAF, because it initially sounded enticing. However, want to know if the below quotes are Real Dutch's or an imposter's? from a Seeking Alpha article in the comment section about SIAF on Dec, 12, 2013? IS Yip Kun Lee, age 65 and who may be the apparent CEO of SIAF? the same person as Solomon Lee that someone using the name of Real Dutch in the SA comment section seems to refer to the CEO of SIAF as:
"Solomon Lee should be fired by the Board. His reckless behavior has destroyed the stock and any shareholder value that is left.

If so, why would anyone want to own a company where the CEO is called into question for possible excessive dilution and their abilities are questioned? Does Real Dutch seemingly still want to recommend a stock like SIAF, if he did in fact make the below comments? Thanks, Very Curious?
below are quotes from that above SIAF Dec 12, 2013 article

"What I can't figure out is why you own this stock when you see the fraud."
I don't support the company or the CEO. I'm in it for the money.
After seeing the destruction of shareholder value here for the past 18 months, I'm just mad as hell. Most shareholders don't dare to say anything negative. I'm not like that. I want to see progress and solutions.
