It's been 4 or 5 months since QTMM announced Tech City and building plans in INDIA (Assam). Does anyone have any NEW (current) pictures that building there is actually progressing, (Foundations poured, roads built (not dirt) or a building actually starting to go up?
Would be most appreciated: a long time QTMM investor? Thanks and appreciate your QTMM updates.
I believe that the reason why Mrs. Squires was so introduced may be because she may be one of the few native Americans who speaks, Indianese.
Thanks I was not aware that QTMM had (from your post) definitely already received 1/2 million dollars. Keep up the good work/info. Hopefully more will be on the way? with more evidence and PR from QTMM?
Thanks for the update on the legal suit: Also, ih8loss,Very Good utube post, it was good to see what appears to be the very solemn and visual efforts of the Indian govt to be taking this ASSAM, Tech City project seriously.
Time will tell and look forward, hopefully no later than April, to get more visual or cell photos that the project is still moving ahead.
Question: ih8loss, Do you still feel as if with the low QTMM share price, .02, and still the apparent lack of funding (or even any funding?) of the $1 million that QTMM has a reasonable chance of survival for another 12 to 18 months, as it appears as if the first solar QD panels may not come of the assembly line for another 12 to 18 months?
I realize that QTMM is an extremely spec bet at this point, but many of us still believe in QTMM's technology and production patents/methods. Thanks

Solartech, Given your response, I sure do now. If you're suppose to be a supporter of QTMM, IMO, you are not doing a good job as I was just trying to get a valid response as to whether QTMM still has a legitimate San Marcos officee or if now (given your response), perhaps they have moved to India?
Solartech, I sold out IFUS a long time ago and hopefully learned my lesson about trusting 'undocumented' supporting claims. Have you or anyone you know been to the QTMM office within the last month or two?
Would appreciate a valid response as have been a long term QTMM investor and just trying to get a bonafide response? Note: your trying to deflect an honest response regarding if QMC still has a valid San Marcos, TX office in active operation tells me much about you and QMC's validity. I expected better.
Jamis1, I believed you answered the following question in one of your posts that it may have been approx. 12 months since anyone has visited the San Marcos TX, QTMM office to see if it is up and running with regular employees/researchers working there. Certainly it would be worth the trip if some investor from Austin or even a 4 hour drive from Dallas would visit, especially if they have invested heavily in QTMM as many have.
So I ask again: Has anybody actually been to the QTMM San Marcos, TX office RECENTLY to see if mgmt/staff and scientists are showing up and still there on a daily basis? I believe apprx. 7 to 9 employees are listed as being employed by QTMM?
As long as there are employees and researchers at their QTMM TX. office (and they are getting paid) then I will keep a measure of hope Alive. (and they receive that $1 million.)
However, the long term stock chart for now does paint a realistic picture and Steve could even help eliminate many concerns by doing a short I-phone type video (2 to 3 min) walking through the office, showing employees (even if their backs are turned) and work being done and listing the date of the filming. I'm sure many investors would have renewed confidence if someone showed that San Marcos is still viable and up and running. Thanks.
Puravida: I greatly appreciated your response, 'Hopefully' we'll see something actual and positive in the coming months
and that Steve will realize that it won't take much (current or at least regular) picture updates of actual Assam construction progress and QTMM bonafidely receiving that $1 mil payment. Thanks again for helping to keep us long termer investors informed.
Also hope that the necessary papers are filed to keep QTMM listed and current, and also current as far as reporting quarterly SEC docs require. Certainly seems dutiful and seems a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders to get official and timely PR(s) from Steve.
Note: However, I realize that until that lawsuit is settled/resolved?, that perhaps a two cents per share and possibly heading lower SP? that getting a settlement at a lower share price would seem in QTMM's favor?, but who knows where the real truth lies? It would seem there is much tax loss selling likely occurring as well? Thoughts on the above appreciated.

Jamis, thanks for the construction info. earlier and all the info you provide to us long termers, I know you have put a great amount of effort and equity into QTMM, and hope it turns out well for you. I'm still holding some of my original investment.
Note: QTMM investing has helped me from making similar mistakes, being diversified and 'betting' against the charts.
Thanks, I appreciate your info as I know that "hope springs eternal"? but the stock chart for now does paint a realistic picture. As long as there are employees and researchers at their QTMM TX. office (and they are getting paid) then I will keep a small measure of hope alive.
Thanks for the info, I noted that the Shree Gautam Construct contract you referenced seemed signed on Jan 10, 2019. and said expected completion within 120 days.
Someone from India or definitely Steve should be able to get a cell photo sent showing construction progress to help reassure patient long term investors that QTMM's future is viable and not a last gasp?
Looking forward to seeing if the one million has been received yet?
Thanks, appreciate your response and supplying this data.
Puravida19, You seem well informed on the Tech City project, when you're able (or anyone else) can you post updated pictures of the Assam Indian project and how construction is progressing. The last pictures showed not much construction going on.
Would appreciate it and perhaps help give some confidence that at .02 cents that QTMM progress is being made at least in India (Tech City)?,even if it takes another 9 mo to 12 plus months to complete.
Also when do you expect that we might hear something positive coming from QTMM? Thanks long time investor and bought a bit more at .03 cents a few months ago.

Thanks, hopefully the Tech City project will have a successful building completion date of approx 6 to 12 months. Also hope you may be right that something else positive may occur in the meantime that Steve is working on.
Regarding Tech City, my experience in construction however usually involves construction completion taking longer than estimated, but we will Optimistically wait and see? (Maybe things will proceed faster in India?)
dockzef, well that's a hoot, I guess I'll just take your advice and never question investment information posted and just enjoy the magnificent ride into the sunset world of millions.
Solar_Express Today you posted: With $$ coming in from India.... and Last week I believe you saw a post that showed a picture of TECH CITY apparently being sponsored by the India Assam Govt (Bongaro, Assam, India). From the mostly deserted area picture, showing a few workers milling about and 2 people sitting in plastic chairs, IMO, if QTMM intends to seriously manufacture there, it would appear that if that picture/story is legitimate, that we are talking at least 12 to 18 months minimum before TECH CITY may be finished and staffed? (I believe also posted by Beacher99 post# 69316 )
site: http://www.guwahatiplus.com/article-detail/tech-city-northeast-s-largest-tech-park-to-generate-employment-for-8000-youth
Perhaps this may be why in part for the QTMM approx 25% stock decline?
Does QTMM have any other sites or other high probability success sites and locations where their products might? realistically sooner be actually manufactured to begin a revenue flow? Thanks for your response.
(Note: I recently added more QTMM at approx. .033 cents, but now feel as if I should have waited.)

Jamis1 Much appreciated on your thoughts for a future possible reverse split situation. Thanks, seems like 2019 might? be the year for QTMM, we shall see? Thanks
Jamis1, I have been a long term shareholder of QTMM for many years and recently bought more at approx. .035 cents because of the apparent progress news from India and what appears to be slow but consistent progress of QTMM. I have followed your, IMO, good and honest type comments for years regarding QTMM. Your opinions/thoughts are much appreciated.
Question, what do you think the odds are that QTMM will at some point might do a reverse split, something like 10 for 1 or 100 shares for 1 reverse split to get the share price up to where institutional investors might be able to show more interest and to get it from being a penny type stock? I realize that this is only your opinion only and not advice. Thanks, Hal44
Congrats on your first Quantum Dot forum/convention.
As a better follow up:
Among other attendees/speakers, Did you hear of others mentioning QTMM and its work or quality of QD displays/science in the QD area either in regards to displays or solar?
If so what did others seem to indicate about QTMM and their QD's effectiveness/methods as compared to competitors? Thanks
Where does this leave QTMM?, no mention of (would have been nice if he had included a reference to QTMM). Jamis1 what is your opinion. Thanks for posting this.
QTMM, Mar, 2017 shareholder letter: Solar Express, Thanks for posting this, I had missed it. http://www.qmcdots.com/ShareholderLetter.pdf
QTMM: you helped answered many questions/concerns. Jamis1, thanks for your thoroughness, info/thoughts and really taking the time to address the patent issues as well as helping to explain the potential for revenue coming in perhaps within the next 3 to 9 months.
Sounds reasonably optimistic and we shall see if our long term patience bears fruit in what has been/is an endurance event but one which is also potentially very exciting both from watching the growth of the quantum dot industry (which perhaps only 1 percent even have an awareness of quantum dots), and from a truly speculative investment position in QTMM where the risk is high, but the awards may? prove to be high as well; we shall see.
Note: I try to spend at least 30 to 40 minutes each week reading the QTMM blogs and the PR's etc but I know that I miss important info and again thanks for helping to bring us QTMM longs up to date, it is much appreciated. Here's to a good spring/summer for you and your family.
QTMM Patent Issues? With all the shares being traded and trending lower, perhaps those in the know may understand better the challenges QTMM possibly faces from the 'big boys' in the quantum dot patent area?
Jamis, What's your best guess as to how QTMM may at this point stand as to possible? patent protection in relation to solar quantum dot manufacturing/supplying and for that matter in the QD display arena?.
I realize any comments are strictly your own opinions and QTMM is a spec: high risk/reward stock.
Thanks, as at this point, IMO, it looks like it might be 50/50 that QTMM may actually be able to generate some revenue as the high volume retreat from the .16 cent area may certainly indicate weakness?
I'm currently a long term type investor if QTMM can make bonafide headway/progress in the QD revenue area. Awaiting possible announcements from big display show shortly at the end of March and perhaps some revenue type agreement coming in from QTMM's association with a larger company? Thanks

I like/appreciate the info you are digging up regarding future possible patent conflicts in the area(s) which QTMM hopes to generate potential revenue. I realize any comments are strictly your own opinions.

QTMM may prove well worth the wait and research that many of us have put in. Thanks Jamis1 (Solar Express, Art etc.) and others for helping to keep us informed. QTMM more than Doubled in approx. one week on heavy volume, looking good but QTMM is still a spec stock so do your own due diligence and research but glad I added more recently at 8 cents.
EcoMike appears to be a bit more optimistic than I am in the short term on QTMM as I expect profit taking to come in substantially at the approx .40 cent mark, if it reaches that in the near term?
However long term, for anyone who does not understand the potential and enormous possibilities for the Quantum Dot industry, or have never heard of quantum dots, I suggest you google it and also research QTMM at www.qmcdots.com
The big display show is coming up at the end of March and perhaps? we may finally hear (after years of waiting), that revenue for QTMM may be forthcoming soon? If so these shares may potentially see much more upside, we shall see? but QTMM has already seen a big rise and may need time to settle down, so buyer beware. QTMM is a long term spec investment for me and is in my IRA.

GTG and QMA Report 150 Million RMB Investment by China Government Guidance Fund and Siting of Production Facilities in Beijing and Changde Economic Development Zones
HONG KONG, Jan. 30, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Guanghui Technology Group (GTG) and Quantum Materials Asia Co., Ltd., (QMA), a joint venture of GTG and Quantum Materials Corp (OTCQB:QTMM), today reported an investment by the China Government Guidance Fund of 150 Million RMB ($21.8 million) in GTG and QMA. Quantum Materials Asia was originally established in Hong Kong in September 2016 with registered initial capital investment of 100 million RMB (US$14.4 million).
QMA will build two Quantum Dot production line and application development centers in the Beijing and Changde Special Economic Development Zones. The advantages to QMA of siting the facilities in these locations beyond proximity to clients includes a full refund of the land purchase cost upon facility completion as well as a five year state tax exemption.
Both facilities will utilize Quantum Materials Corp's proprietary high-volume continuous-flow quantum dot manufacturing technology to produce heavy metal-free quantum dots in consistent and scalable volumes. Embedding quantum dot production regionally will allow QMA to customize QD characteristics and optimize manufacturing efficiencies and supply chain logistics to meet the needs of major display component manufacturers in the region. Construction on both facilities will start in the third quarter of 2017.
"We are pleased to report that we have secured the funds necessary to move forward with building both QMA production facilities," said GTG CEO and President Mr. Xiao Liu. "Upon completion we expect rapid growth of QMA as we bring production online to meet both current demand for quantum dots from display manufacturers as well as demand in emerging applications such as solar power generation."
"We applaud both the Chinese Government Guidance Fund and GTG for bringing forward this timely investment to secure the land and resources required to build out both application development and quantum dot production facilities," said QMA President and Quantum Materials Corp Chairman and CEO Stephen A. Squires. "The Beijing and Changde Special Economic Development Zones are prime locations in which to work closely with regional manufacturers and also offer significant economic benefits to our growing presence in Asia."

IFUS: I definitely support your statements when it comes to IFUS products being consumed by cattle and my own observations/opinions from videos and statements made by various individuals with first hand knowledge of IFUS is that demand appears to be growing based upon new production equipment and machinery being employed/utilized in the IFUS plant during late 2016 to early-2017.
Now that the past 3 years of turmoil appear to be behind IFUS, IFUS has the potential for 2017 of making much greater progress and I am proud to be supportive of the hard working CEO of IFUS.
Note: and as a spec investor in IFUS, who encourages everyone to do their own due diligence and research, as a shareholder, I anticipate even much further potential progress for IFUS in 2017.
QTMM: Personally, I would hope that someone like Kisco or Nitto (or both), would be working in conjunction with QTMM because of possible or probable? patent issues/challenges which seem to arise quite frequently in the Quantum Dots area.
If one or both companies announce a revenue producing contract with suppliers involving QTMM, I would think the likelihood of a patent challenge would be less and if a challenge arises that both companies have 'deep' pockets that either might discourage a patent battle and or both companies likely have the resources and time to fight any litigation.QTMM, for now, (without any major revenue contract) certainly appears to be cash strapped?
Note: I have been and am a long term QTMM investor but over the next couple of weeks if QTMM trades consistently under .07 cents with volume (this week perhaps likely to be risk off with the inauguration?), but IMO, by now there seem to be enough people/companies who should know if QTMM has the QD solutions and benefits in cadmium free dots in quality and price to help make QTMM a success and if more larger investors don't step up soon to take a substantial position in the company that should tell us volumes as well, we shall see?
Note: does anyone know if QTMM's employee headcount (particularly its R & D dept) has remained the same or decreased since 3 of the apparent top people departed recently from QTMM? Thanks
IFUS: Congratulations New Sales, New Orders, Great Trade Show this last week with new Updates, potential multiple new distributors and for the new reported sale orders you received.
Looks like IFUS may now be on their way now to a bright future and perhaps even sustained and growing profitability for 2017?, we shall see, but I am glad that I am a long term spec. investor in IFUS. (See Below):

Supreme had a great showing at the Ag Expo in West Monroe Louisiana. Supreme had 2 distributors attend that represent territories in Louisiana and Texas. We received orders from all over including Waco Texas. The product was well received and none of us were able to even sit down due to the activity in the booth. We also had a lot of sales in the Intact Nutrition brand. Back to Work!!

DDhawk: Fascinating video and short enjoyable watching info on some of the medical possibilities for Quantum Dots fighting Super Bugs that are becoming more resistant to traditional antibiotics etc.
I realize that this potential medical opportunity for Quantum Dots to help fight Super Bugs, (Mersa, Staph etc) may be years away and I don't believe this QD area currently involves QTMM, most people have no idea of what Quantum Dots are and how they will help benefit our world from displays/lighting, solar or medicine.
Thanks for posting and hope your health is OK and that 2017 may be a break through year for you as well.
Great Update, QTMM may definitely be in play, hopefully to the upside? with the announcement that their apparent industry Quantum Dot breakthroughs and along with QTMM's proprietary production of efficient and inexpensive cadmium free Quantum Dots appear to be ready for demonstration this Friday at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES)in Las Vegas.
QTMM (Quantum Materials Corporation) is high/risk reward type spec stock so do your own due diligence but the New Quantum Dot industry appears overall to be on the verge of a breakout beginning in 2017, We shall see:

Clay Chase update.
Quantum Materials Corp. Update (OTCQB: QTMM) - Company Representatives to Meet with OEM Groups/Interested Parties at CES 2017 for Demonstration of the Company's Heavy Metal Free Quantum Dot Film - We will be Attending CES on Friday, January 6th - Full Report to Follow
January 5, 2017
Just want to make sure everyone saw yesterday's announcement by Quantum Materials Corp. wherein they announced the Company will be demonstrating a heavy metal (cadmium) free, QD enhanced film product to interested parties/flat panel display representatives at this years' CES trade show in Las Vegas. This is another major milestone for the Company with their QD materials now embedded into a finished film product (in their most recent release QMC announced that the performance specifications for their cadmium-free quantum dots were at or beyond what is currently available in the market today - link to that PR here: http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2016/11/30/quantum-materials-corp-shipping-high-performance-sample-sets-secures-up-to-9 ).
The battle for supremacy of the high end flat panel industry is continuing to rage on with Samsung making an even bigger push into QD territory with their ongoing mission to supplant OLED technology with QD powered panels in the mid to upper quality range (see the not so subtle graphic below from this year's Samsung booth at CES aimed directly at LG and their OLED format), with a number of additional OEM groups (NVidia, Hisense and TCL) also pushing the quantum dot format forward fielding new QD powered panels of their own to crank up color gamut brightness in LCD constructed panels.
Link to full press release: http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2017/01/04/quantum-materials-corp-to-present-heavy-metal-free-quantum-dot-display-film-at
In the release Stephen Squires, the Company's Founder, and (recently reinstated) CEO/Chairman commented:
“We are excited to present our QD display film to leading display manufacturers at CES seeking to incorporate advanced quantum dot technology into their TV, monitor and mobile device offerings. Our heavy metal-free display film affords display designers the ability to create brighter and more vivid wider color-gamut devices, while fulfilling environmental mandates to restrict the use of heavy metals in consumer and professional electronics.”
With quantum dots now moving into the flat panel mainstream with several OEM's now producing QD driven sets, the push for lower cost quantum dot products (that also perform at a high standard) looks to be a key differentiator going forward to separate the QD manufacturers that will be well positioned to gain meaningful market share as the market moves from a couple of million panels in 2016 to the 10's of millions of panels projected by a number of industry analysts to go the way of the dot by as early as 2018. Reading between the lines of the next quote from the press release by Quantum's Senior Director of Business Development, Toshi Ando, QMC plans to be on that short list of quantum dot suppliers that can produce these nano-materials at price points that will allow them to be highly competitive and gain solid market share in this rapidly advancing technology:
“Due to relatively high cost, implementation of quantum dot display film has been heavily weighted to the high-end display market. We believe Quantum Materials Corp’s low-cost high-volume quantum dot manufacturing approach will enable the enhanced viewing experience made possible with quantum dots to be enjoyed by consumers along a much broader range of price points".

To learn more about QMC's heavy metal free quantum dots, be sure to visit the Company's primary VAR groups' website - Uniglobe Kisco at: http://uniglobekisco.com/products/quantum-dots
Heading to CES (Consumer Electronic Show) Tomorrow:
We will be at the CES conference tomorrow (Friday) to get a firsthand demonstration of QMC's cadmium free QD film product as well as get eyes on the new crop of quantum dot panels being displayed this year (both the production models as well as the proto-types) and will be putting a comprehensive report together that we will be sending out to everyone once completed to follow up our 2015 and 2016 QD CES reports.

IFUS, Good Post, Stock Price Rise, New Info. Thanks, January, IMO, may prove to be a very positive and productive month for IFUS? (see links below)
It seems that upwards of 10,000 people at the Jan. livestock feed show should be able to see how IFUS products may help benefit their livestock and may also help increase their bottom line and may even help with the new anti-biotic type food/meat laws for the livestock/chicken/beef industry beginning Jan. 1, 2017. All seems to be moving in IFUS's direction for 2017, we shall see but I am glad to be a long term spec investor in IFUS.
It certainly appears, IMO, that IFUS's CEO now has IFUS moving in the right direction and we shall see how events also affect the share price?

Your right none of that past court cases or lies matter. What matters is that Supreme Energy will be at the AGRI expo which will be attended by over 10,000 people...
One new feed lot or a few new distributors will help the company increase revenues...
The simple question is ......
Will pps go higher as the company adds sales revenues and distributors...
A month ago anyone could have purchases millions of shares at .005
today the price of a ticket on the train is higher...
I BELIEVE over the next quarter the pps will be higher if the company can provide news.
THE EXCUSES FROM NON SHAREHOLDERS will all disappear as pps rises.

QTMM: Your response and honesty is much appreciated. As you indicated, hopefully we will know more shortly and the market's reaction this week, price and volume, announcements etc, along with the CES show should prove very interesting.
Have a good and enjoyable trip to the Consumer Electronic Show. When opportunity is available we look forward to your comments/impressions. Thanks
Hello Jamis1, QTMM: You've always been a straight shooter regarding QTMM so would appreciate a comment to this post (or from others as well). From a long term QTMM holder. Still trying to figure this out and the ramifications (possible dilution etc). Thanks and Happy New Year.

QTMM: this, IMO does not sound good when 3 seemingly Key people leave a company that many joined because of QTMM's "promising" future. Would like to get others' opinions as this appears to be a startling announcement prior to 2017 beginning. Will be interesting to see how market reacts. That should tell us a lot.
