Too bad the merger didn't happen. This is some bad news IMO.
Well at least .0004 is the bottom
Well something should happen before EOD with 2 million on bid. They just need to slap that ask then things will start happening.
Is that 2 million at .0017? lost my L2 on just2trade
Believe what you want, but it takes money to get a mine off the ground. FLPC files its financials, is a real organic company, and is going to make us longs some money. The lowest this will go is maybe .004.
Money is what it takes to open a mine. It just so happens FLPC is kicking some serious butt and maanged to lock up $500,000 in non-dilutive financing last week. Let's see this baby rocket up north where she belongs. .05 and beyond.
We've talk about this at great lengths. This is old news. There was shares converted from old debts from last year. There are only 2 debts left that can be converted into shares. It just so happens Today is the last day the shares can be converted and put onto the market. After May 6, the next convertible isn't due until August. You better lock in your shares because we are about to go on a ride to mine opening, production and revenues.
Here's the specifics from the 10q:
On August 2, 2012, the Company entered into another agreement with Asher Enterprises for $27,500, less $2,500 for legal related costs, together with an interest rate of eight percent (8%) and with the maturity of May 6, 2013. On November 1, 2012, the Company entered into another agreement with Asher Enterprises for $42,500, less $2,500, for legal related costs, together with an interest rate of eight percent (8%) and with the maturity of August 5, 2013. The original issue discount note, as described in ASC 480-55, may not be prepaid in whole or in part.
If the Note is not paid in full with interest on the maturity date, Asher has the right to convert this Note into restricted common shares of the Company. The Company at its option may elect to convert all or part of the principal and any accrued unpaid interest on these notes at any time or times on or before the maturity based on a conversion price. The conversion price (subject to equitable adjustments for stock splits, stock dividends or rights offerings by the Borrower) shall equal to 58% multiplied by the average of the three lowest closing prices during the ten (10) trading days prior to conversion notice.
quite the epic standoff between the bid and ask here, no movement at all. Slap that ask that's the only way you are going to get it.
After the patent announcement it shot straight to .0018 on little volume. This time it's a slow and steady churn up with a great support base. Higher lows and higher highs from here on!
EXMT is staying about .001, it'd not going below there. It's too much of a value play at .001. We'll be in the 2's next week again.
Well there was good news today of a steady revenue stream, now for the PPS to respond.
Check out ECOS! Almost 10 million in volume just this morning. Up 46% so far.
All of them folks with volume alerts should be getting turned onto this soon!
From explorer to producer! Guess they want to get a feel for that business before Wingat starts producing. Also perhaps this was a deal with BP to buy this off their hands so long as BP partners with them in the upcoming bids. That's what I think will happen.
RIO DE JANEIRO--Brazilian oil start-up HRT Participacoes em Petroleo SA (HRTP3.BR) said Monday it would acquire a 60% stake in the offshore Polvo heavy oil field from the local unit of BP Plc (BP, BP.LN) for $135 million.
The deal, which is subject to regulator approval, would mark HRT's transformation from a pure exploration play into a small oil producer. Polvo produces about 13,000 barrels of heavy crude oil a day, according to HRT. The Brazilian unit of Denmark's Maersk Oil holds the remaining 40% of Polvo.
BP, meanwhile, sheds an asset that held very little interest for the company after its acquisition in 2011. BP bought Polvo as part of a larger, $3.2 billion deal to acquire the Brazilian assets of Devon Energy Corp. (DVN). BP had actively sought to sell off its stake in Polvo, looking toward exploring other deep-water prospects acquired from Devon.
HRT, which had a cash position of about $500 million at the end of 2012, said that it would finance a large part of the purchase price via a loan with Credit Suisse.
Given HRT's focus on conserving its cash to fund its exploration plans, the deal likely increases the chance HRT will be nothing more than a bit player in Brazil's upcoming 11th-round auction of oil and natural gas exploration concessions set for May 14-15. In March, HRT Chief Executive Marcio Rocha Mello said in an interview that the company was in talks with several companies about partnerships to participate in the auction, but "without using cash."
HRT recently started drilling its first well of the coast of Namibia. The West African nation is the crown jewel of HRT's portfolio of oil and natural gas exploration blocks. Geologists believe the highly prospective region off Namibia's coast could hold billions of barrels of oil under similar conditions to Brazil's subsalt, where oil was discovered trapped under a thick layer of salt. The two areas were connected millions of years ago.
The company plans to drill three wells off the coast of Namibia this year, while negotiating with other companies to sell an additional stake in the blocks to fund a fourth well.
HRT operates 21 blocks in the Solimoes Basin of Brazil's remote Amazon region with a 55% stake, while Russian partner TNK-Brasil holds the remaining 45%. The two firms have joined forces with state-run energy giant Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR, PETR4.BR) to find a strategy to generate cash from natural gas discoveries made in the region.

Hit that ask if you want shares folks! I'm loaded up for this great run.
Got in at .002. I wanted that .0017 but I was at .0016 at that time. Riding it hard for my Flex
What about the late 10k? How concerned does that leave you Duke? For being around several years have they ever been late?
$1
A shorter has to cover every base. Flex nation is a shorters worst nightmare
Could you post specifically how you would go about taking profits on the way up from say a run from .001 to. 004 or a penny. Just want to see how a pro does it.
How many shares is considered a wall and staller at these sub penny prices?
Where is the entry point? With all this attention it's Going to gap up for sure. I like to wait a little after to jump but it might not be a good idea this time
More production news or more news on how many are sold already, or how the sumagrow fits into everything. Or zenetek working on the mobile app for controlling the emc.
Let's see what happens after next weeks news. Should be some EMC production news.
MCII defintely doesn't have the needed volume yet. Some good news will get it past .0035.
When my powder clears I'll try to get some at .0015 if possible.
There's one asher note that matures May 6, and another in August. Hopefully after May 6 there will be some news and this will take off. Then when they dilute/convert in August it won't be a big deal.
with the keyword being non-dilutive?
Seems like opening a mine and beginning ore extraction would be something you would want to promote!
The guy looks like an attorney on that video someone posted a few minutes ago. He's got that, don't infringe on my patent look. WBSI ready to go.
That's when I got into WBSI but I think it was good I got stuck because with the patent they just got it's going to take it even higher. So many apps are using the technology they got patented. Maybe some licensing fees should be coming in soon.
Looking at this FCC website for distracted driving shows a lot of lawsuits on the horizon for WBSI. There are so many apps that infringe on the patent it is crazy. Lots of licensing fees in WBSI's future.

People are buying the heck out of these cheap shares. It's going to go back up, probably next week when everyone will be made sorry.
How about WBSI. They have a great patent on blocking texting while driving through GPS. It's accumulating a huge amount these past few days. It's about to take off IMO. What do you think Duke?
By touching the "I am a passenger" button the child can send an alert requesting permission to text. On receiving the alert the parent sends back a text that unlocks the phone for texting. WBSI gotta love it. Ruining teenagers lives everyday =). Get this runner running. Back to pennies soon enough.
Being in bed together doesn't help cooperation lol
MCII too!
I had an order to sell at .0054 and then .0059's went. Maybe because I had it at all or none. Wonder why the sudden movement? Anybody on L2?
Why do you think so?
Too bad you didn't get those at .0009 darn. Thankfully we won't see those again for awhile.
Just gotta clear .0018 then it's blue sky breakout until .0032, then .005
Definitely a buy signal. MACD is rising nicely. Time to jump in.
