Just perusing some of the more recent PR's.
I found this statement interesting.
"Southern Data will be a key partner for delivering and supporting Validian-enabled solutions in the marketplace."
I wouldn't be surprised if we hear something soon about the specifics of this relationship between SDS and Validian. SDS may only be a regional player in the industry, but they do have the staff and expertise to help launch the tech into the marketplace. It would be a great synergy if you think about these two companies working together.
I have to admit I am very excited!!
Validian is on the Breakout Boards.
Remember when the great Lord Helmet asked Colonel Sanders "when will then be now?"
SOON!!!

I like the idea of trying to bring more awareness and invite discussion as this has a viral effect in the investment community.
If you look at Twitter much, Validian now has Twitter page and is making an effort to become more visible.
This is no coincidence I'm sure.
True. It would be nice to hear, but in essence don't you think that's exactly what Bruce is trying to do by releasing these PR's like he is?
This is a no-brainer to load up on shares at this level. All it's going to take (at bare minimum) is a singular mention of revenue, or end points, or name of an actual channel partner and this stock jumps significantly.
So even if you were looking just to trade this stock your chances are strong that you'll churn a nice profit in a short time. This of course is my opinion, as I am holding long.
News!
OTTAWA, Ontario, May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Validian Corp. (VLDI), a leader in cyber-security technology, is pleased to announce that the Company has successfully demonstrated to a number of its Channel Partners the ability of its cyber security technology to secure highly efficient Peer-To-Peer (P2P) communications on mobile and non-mobile devices.
This marks a significant step toward securing otherwise insecure but, in many cases, highly efficient communications. Other crypto technologies are not designed to secure P2P communications, which is the transfer of data directly between two devices or systems where the communicating applications act as both clients and servers. By solving security gaps in P2P communications, Validian reduces risks to high-value assets, infrastructure and information, while enabling clients to benefit from the advantages of P2P with greater peace of mind. P2P architecture eliminates or lessens the need for exchange and/or relay servers, significantly lowers operating costs, and drastically reduces bandwidth consumption, which is critical for mobile communications.
Currently, many government and business installations and infrastructure use client-server architectures despite the higher costs and inefficiencies that result. This is largely due to the greater security vulnerabilities of P2P compared to client-server architectures.
Additionally, mobile devices add their own security risks and challenges and their increasing popularity within the workplace means many governments and enterprises are taking extra security risks to accommodate the trend. By securing communication on and between mobile and non-mobile devices, and by securing P2P communications, Validian opens the door to a secure mobile future that lessens the burdens on telecommunications infrastructure and the need to operate and maintain costly server farms.
"Validian's successful demonstration shows that we have unlocked the benefits and potential of Peer-To-Peer communications for mobile, and opened it up to governments and enterprises as well," commented Bruce Benn, Chief Executive Officer of Validian.
Mr. Benn added, "While solving major cyber security issues may be our most obvious strength, Validian's technology can reduce the annual operational costs of major mobile messaging apps and social media apps, as well as mobile telecom companies, by tens to hundreds of millions of dollars, which is a huge selling point."
BTW - Keep up the great DD!
Agree. I believe the damn is about to break. As much as a putz that Trautman has been there's no way he hasn't been busting his hump trying to negotiate deals and to get this ship turned around. They have way too much invested in this to see it fail, regardless of what some say.
I would think this would be the next progression of company development and information divulged to the investment community. It makes sense IMO.
I really think we're close guys! It's put up or shut up time.
My guess is we'll hear about the successful installations at some of these channel partners.
Don't disagree. My point is just mentioning the projection of substantiated revenue should cool the jets of those naysayers and certainly bring in a lot more investors, subsequently raising the hell out of this PPS.
Yes but naysayers will still say these are only words. Where's the proof? Revenue? Etc?? Blah blah blah.
And that's fine.
I'm saying this PR was probably the last piece in the technology puzzle.
From here on out we should be hearing about installs, successful utilisation and most importantly revenue. Even if it's only a forecast for now.
They have arrived! The industry has been put on notice.
Now it's put up time. Which id imagine we're super close to hearing as well. Things should get very interesting here soon IMO. Time to reload.
Raytheon to buy Websense for 1.9 BN.
"This acquisition highlights the massive investments being allocated toward this high-priority area of IT spending as enterprises of all shapes and sizes look to bulk up legacy security systems with next-generation technologies," FBR Capital Markets analyst Daniel Ives wrote in a note.
The global cybersecurity market is estimated to jump to about $156 billion in 2019 from $96 billion in 2014, according to research firm MarketsandMarkets.

Yes the group running this ship are completely incompetent. Trautman should be selling used cars, Brookstein needs to be in a Nursing home and Chuck Arnold prob should be in prison.
Sorry article is from yesterday. Sounds a bit like Validian.
I'd love to know if Bruce knows these guys and there 100 employees and Morgan Stanley announcing they are a customer.
Check this company out. Article from WSJ today.

With all due respect LTG you were a believer and promoter of this stock not that long ago. So to insult investors who still believe or think this company can make something of itself is wrong.
You're an outsider just like the rest of us. You know just enough about about the share count, Greg Trautman, etc... to make it seem like you're an insider working at the company. You don't know specifically why certain things happened at the company or why certain business decisions were made. You weren't in those meetings. You only speculate.
Just chill my man. Let this thing breath and see how it plays out.
Losing money is not fun! I get it. I'm in the deep end on this bitch too.
Surwin you ask good questions. And Willy is as pragmatic as they come, which is understandable. I get it.
BUT, this whole discussion about end points if I'm understanding correctly is that Bruce isn't necessarily targeting end points directly for the marketing dollars associated with each one, more than he is interested in securing each end point, selling this feature to some app developer/company with lots of these end points and the advertising dollars are just what follows as a result. Sort of a feed forward mechanism.
Am I making any sense? I'm no IT person but I do make a living in sales and a lot of times its just positioning.
We can all sit here and discuss this til we're blue in the face, but the only person who really knows anything is Bruce. I hope in my heart of hearts he knows what he's doing. I hate that I'm using HOPE as an investment strategy.
So this new strategy is supposed to start this week? Or maybe the new strategy is NOT to post anything on social media, at all, EVER! They're going old school and handing out flyers now!
Oh boy!!
I'm concerned that something may be off because if you follow Shane O'Driscoll and Seaniemac on Twitter, it's not like either is actively updating or promoting the site. Shane has been promoting some local band and music festival the past few weeks (hardly a trait that a CEO of an Internet gambling site would have) and Seaniemac hasn't posted anything since 3/25.
I'm only guessing. If things were rocking and rolling and business was thriving I would think we'd see more and more promotional efforts.
Hopefully I'm way off and the 10K will prove it.
It's very frustrating as I am a long time investor and the ONE person who I believe screwed this potentially huge business up more
than anyone is Greg Trautman. And it all started with his inability to hire and manage the accounting firm that was responsible for the delayed filings. This is when things went to hell.
Again just my two cents. Which is actually the same exact amount my shares are worth in this company.
F YOU GREG! I KNOW YOUR READING THIS MESSAGE BOARD!!
Did anyone see the 60 Minutes special last night on Cyber security and the Internet? Any thoughts? Just curious as I missed it.
Wow! That's a crazy article. Goes to show you how vulnerable we all are. Question? Will Bruce ever prove that VLDI has a solution?
Well said.
Bruce is either a genius or he is deranged and should be heading up a cult? Either way, he's one helluva salesman when it comes to keeping investors interested in VLDI. 15 years with no tangible product or revenue?
BTW - I got the same letter from Anthem. And for shits and giggles... I've also shopped at Target, Home Depot, PF Changs and Jimmy Johns...plus I am a customer at Chase.
All of these establishments have been hacked!! I could be the poster child for VLDI!
Agree I don't see a reason to add any more than I already have. BUT, I'm ready to pull the trigger if I'm given a good enough reason to do so.
I'm a sales and marketing guy, which is why I have a hard time understanding why things are taking so long? If the product works, then what's the problem? Sell it!! Get them to sign on the line which is dotted.
A - Always
B - Be
C - Closing
1st place is a Cadillac. 2nd is a set of steak knives. 3rd is your fired!!
C'mon Bruce!! Don't you think it's time to start making money yet?
Russian Hackers accessed White House computers. Wow!
http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/07/politics/how-russians-hacked-the-wh/index.html
Seriously. Just show us there is ONE customer willing to pay for the technology. IMO Its the only litmus test that validates it and only way this ticker moves north. Everything else written in any future PR's is pure fluff.
I want to read in the next PR something like this... Validian has signed a 2 yr contract with Ajax Widget Company to provide IT cyber security for both mobile and non-mobile devices. The contract is worth $1 million dollars. Blah blah blah....
Is this too much to ask?
Yes agree. Which is why I asked if he spoke to him?
Surwin. I am just curious if you've spoken to Bruce and have expressed this him and if so, what was his explanation?
There have been no "game changing" PR's
I think the ONE major thing you are missing by making that baseless claim is MOBILE APPLICATIONS! This was such a huge advancement for the company (which was recent) as we ALL know mobile apps and the BYOD world many enterprises live in is the weakest link in the cyber world. The fact that Validian can now secure all aspects of data transfer with a software only application is huge.
BTW - Any/every developing technology will go through iterations. It's the natural course.
If the company was sitting still and wasn't advancing (SDS, SCS), then I would be worried.
GLTY my man!

"The cybersecurity market is in the early innings of a massive growth opportunity," said FBR Capital Markets analyst Daniel Ives. "There are many innovative private security vendors. Tech investors' eyes are glued to who has the 'magic solution.'"
I laughed at this post... But it's kinda true. I'm not flipping this one.
This is a money making business with lots of upside.
