Market cap is pretty difficult to determine and matters in this case as it is directly tied to the dilution and warrant conversions. Assuming 300 mil or so shares fully diluted, market cap is btwn $80 and 130 mil...
Point being there wasn't a change in info, strategy, ops or anything else since the run began. The 80 to 130 market cap is a big gap but not enough to suggest the company wasn't ready a month ago but is ready now.
I.e. Flippers are the only ones benefitting from the current run and long term the pps fluctuations btwn .25, .35, .45 doesn't really change much in terms of investor confidence in the future success of PTN
Also, that unmet need in the market for female sexual dysfunction could be met if medicinal marijuana takes off...
With retail stores closing at an all-time high, I'd say BANJ is ahead of the curve :)
Interesting to see what happens next. Alibaba has the model for the digital storefront and looks like their looking for US/worldwide retailers to fill needs in their market.
Wonder if Banjo and Matilda will be getting in on the action?

Cool, I'll try again...
.036 based on sale of a lab that earned revenue for pesticide testing at some point in the past.
Oiler posted earlier that one supplier had increased production 3 fold since last year. Why not assume a 3x increase in pesticide testing as well??
We are now at .108
The extraction licensing will require testing for consistency and accuracy which will increase the amount of testing required. Let's say double.
We are now at .216
What happens when we start testing for bacteria, chemical residues, other microorganism a, and additional toxins?
So based on the 3x multiplier in supply since last year, it's reasonable to assume at least the same increase in quality control... Therefore ebotas number .19 - .25 should actually be 3x higher for the start of 2017
.57 - .75 coming???
Very cool. It all depends on QTMMs role in the industry. I think those commercials for quantum tvs are amazing, and if those tvs perform as well as we've all been hearing, we should be in great shape leading up to the holidays.
I'm pretty sure you can, unless they're sold out or some sort of regulatory restriction. You would be a good case study since the Sublingual CBD didn't work, trying a different dosage form especially with the turboCBD tech, it may work. The website is here: https://www.vipova.com
Now, if the Tumeric works for you, go with that! Tell your doctor or pharmacist about the piperine though. It could interact with absorption or metabolism of other medications if you take any.
Also :) since CBD hasn't had the ability to be FDA tested, it's not known if it works miracles or hardly at all, people have said both. We're still trying to figure out the medicinal and business side of this whole industry
Just think about the big picture... Stock was heavily promoted and went to dollars. The lies never came to fruition and it tanked to pennies. Now the business is active and planning again, the stock is back up to .20.
You could take on the same risk you did then at an 80% discount. Seems you're not even interested in doubling down and getting back in line for gains should the current trend continue...
DD is key here and you're judging past performance with with an illegal drug against current plans with a legal product.
And if you're still interested in the pharmacokinetics of these remedies:
Tumeric + black pepper + piperine
1) The Tumeric is the active molecule (like CBD)
2) Black pepper is the absorption enhancer (similar to LXRP's patented drug delivery enhancer)
3) Piperine is the liver enzyme inhibitor (not necessary with Vipova tea)
So the difference in 1) is that tumeric is rapidly eliminated from the body, CBD has a slower metabolism naturally, therefore the enzyme inhibitor 3) is not necessary.
The black pepper and LXRPs turboCBD have a similar function, but different methods of working. Ultimately, you can think of an absorption enhancer like this: Imagine dissolving ovaltine in water and it having clumps that float to the top, that would be fixed with an absorption enhancer, which would ensure every scoop of ovaltine dissolves the same and tastes the same.
Take home point: Tumeric is for sale because the people say it works and the government says it's safe. People say Vipova teas work and they're safe, but since the government hasn't given the green life, it's not for sale.
Here's a source on the Tumeric absorption: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/9619120/
Try the Vipova tea, it's not going to hurt, and it has way less criticism than the Tumeric black pepper piperine combo drug.
Excuse me if your waiting for an official reply from Chris, but since your asking about an OTC product Tumeric (which is not tested or proven to work for arthritis, but is generally regarded as safe).
Vipova tea has the potential to work at least as well as Tumeric, with many people out there swearing Vipiva/CBD oil works better.
There's a huge gap in academic research on the medicinal benefits of cannabis, but inflammation and nausea seem to have the most support, and given the history of marijuana use, it too can be generally regarded as safe.
The Vipova teas are formulated to give the medicinal benefit without the thc high associated with marijuana use. There's no clinical trial data on how well Vipova tea works for arthritis pain because the government categorization of marijuana.
Here's a link to independent research on CBD oil for arthritis that I found on Google: https://discovercbd.com/pages/cbd-oil-and-arthritis
Hope it helps and you get some relief for your arthritis soon!
Yes, really just progress towards being open is good. Stands to reason that with full legalization looming, testing and certification is first in line for the green money tree... Very speculative, very strong uptrend.
If we go below 10 we'll see 06 for sure, but why break support for all of 2017 when we were just added to the index AND testing is going to be the first govt mandated profit center for the industry??
$25-$30k a few times over is not enough money to finance their drug to market operation. Makes perfect sense the company would be unaware of any market manipulation (if that's the case) because that's not the $$$ they need to get Brem on the shelf.
MMs and professional investors might be employing their own strategies, but that's their right after buying shares of a public security.
This is all part of the PTN story, which is still ongoing.
Wait until the congressional and media response... Are they gearing up a machine that can support a multi-billion dollar industry or are they not ready for it yet?? I know WE are ready, but this decision "impacts" the whole world.
2.7 million traded in 1 1/2 hours today. Frustrating maybe, but alive and kicking!!
Big Howdy to all the new members and those returning from the ashes! I missed 2013 but never again... Spread the word, share the wealth and get ready for a wild ride!
It's been a monster week with a proper build up since January... Last year was the fire sale, this wall at .20 is still the early-bird discount!!!
Indeed. Tons of validation this morning...
Fair point. Thanks for the rationality. See where you're coming from. Hope it comes around so we're all making money here... even if the company never does
It's an OTC... the revenue expectation is freaking outrageous! It's literally like refusing to fund a kickstarter because their profit margin wasn't to your liking. Move on or come clean. You're a liar.
Hehe. Well they didn't do anything new since it started trending up, so I'm counting out logic for the walk back down. I think this goes higher once they get their fill
Oh. So it's not like that could happen again??
They ran to $$ with no business or plan a few years ago. Now they have a business plan. Should be worth at least a quarter don't you think?
Isn't PHRMA ground zero for fat cat CEOs?
The best thing that could happen is an NDA and the discovery that there really is an unmet need in the market.
They're a a pharmaceutics company. Got a drug delivery system (lipophilic coating) for fat soluble molecules. They claim better absorption and that it masks the flavor of the natural chemical.
I got here from $LXRP. I don't think they're related at all but it's another mj play that's been on fire lately
Strong hands would mean they're churning huge volume like we've been seeing lately and it's sustained. Weak hands would mean we've been dumped on for 3 days and trading goes back to no movement on no volume.
The acquisitive growth followed by extreme uncertainty is textbook fake it til you make it.
Fair enough. Should have said no sales rather than revenue, but that fat bonus the execs just gave themselves is only 0.5% of the 60 million they just received from AMAG which seems like a pretty fair bonus for landing the deal.
As far as capital raises and warrants issued... you don't get to the middle of the alphabet in warrants without investor interest. So commons are behind the last warrant holder, we all believe it's worth the risk to have a piece of the pie that could be an approved NDA and exclusivity on a product that may or may not succeed in the market.
"Sales of Viagra were 2.9 billion in 2008"
That's the reward. Right now is the risk.
Beautifully written and concise.
Remember, we're in an industry where billion dollar drugs are discovered by accident... Viagra didn't have to fundraise for ED research because it had what it needed from HTN research.
Yeah prototypical fat cat CEO... working with no revenue for over a decade... still getting funded... still on track for an NDA... a stated goal from 8 years ago... months away from achievement.... STILL NO REVENUE... but 60 million paid in to an entity who should be so toxic can't even get $60,000... shit management ok, but more better now than ever before in the entire history of PTN and/or bremelanotide.
It's not that you're wrong about the facts you present, it's the timing that's shady.
Filing an NDA is worlds apart from filing an IND. say what you want about management, but $60million is just a fraction of the difference from where PTN was last year and where they are now.
Try google trends to minimize the fan club impact... https://www.google.com/trends/explore?q=Quantum%20dot
Could just take some time to react... also don't discredit profit-taking. There's an entire club of traders looking to become millionaires from this one stock. Get in with them if you are trying to trade the swings.
Some people are super keen about forward looking statements. Those are yellow, some present that info as if it's red
My thoughts exactly. It's just more fun when it happens that way... slow and steady climbs are fun too though
Short seller identified team...
There's definite research for brem use for men. They've been researching this for a while now. The research can be found on palatines website. Here's just one I found upon early searching. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/17584134/
Exactly. I think the market is kind of in line with this board in terms of frustrated optimism while in the middle of a slump... Sprout didn't find its legs in the market yet, and there's no guarantee brem will either, but most agree that it works.
If PHRMA wanted it, they would have it already. Let AMAG take the risk since the last FSDD med was a billion dollar bust. May have nothing to do with management and could be the market's invisible hand giving an invisible middle finger to "pharmaceutical grade" aphrodisiacs
