If ASCM is top bid on the ask, you can bet that half of the trades that show as sells are most likely buys - but because they are recorded at or near the bid they show them as sells.
He’s added that there’s some huge bids between 7.47-7.55c the dip looks like it’s done folks.
Low float lopes has just told me that there is a 500k bidder. I think the dip is over.
Also you should note that this company is one of the largest data centre providers in the world which is why it will attract the attention of big tech firms who either want to add to their capacity or break into the industry.
As an example, a payment of Billions of Dollars by Apple would be a sneeze in their accounts. Last time I heard Apple had more than $140bn in cash in the bank!
So yes I see the likes of Google and Amazon making bids.
It’s those types of companies that I’m expecting to make bids and I can’t wait to find out who the bidders are.
Incorrect. 6 bidders who have expressed an interest in buying out the company is independently verified.
See below

Sorry insiders and institutional holders as well.
Yes but insiders own 79% of the OS. So the float is only 43m, much of which has been locked up over the last few days.
RSI has reset its just market maker games keeping it down here.
I’ll send him a screenshot
He already said it isn’t but that is a $25k Dollar value bid, so someone loaded up and now wants this higher.
I see mine is about to run out as well! Any donations will be gratefully received! Lol
350K bidder at 7 cents. He’s tweeting me as I type! Lol
Yes he’s got to wait for funds to clear in a couple of days before he can renew his subscription.
Still 50% up from yesterday’s open!
Low float Lopes is talking to me on Twitter. 150k bidder got filled. Looking good.
RSI has cooled and major indicators as well. Looking good for a red to green close.
One tick spread now.
Thank you my friend. Great article in that post as well.
LFL is still watching. He’s got to update his account to renew his sub then he’ll be posting again.
Agreed!
For new folks. See the post I’m replying to.
I think that bids might be on the higher side than we might’ve originally thought. I read the StockTwits board quite a lot - just to gauge sentiment on a a stock and I’ve found some very interesting things.
Cyxtera is one of the largest data centre providers in the world.
Let that sink in folks. I really won’t be surprised if a big name company is bidding for the assets. Someone like Google or Amazon.
Now we have to wait and see.
Liking the 50 DMA at 14. Liking the 200 DMA at $1.71 even more.
So many different scenarios can play out here and all of them are good.
Looking forward to seeing this trade in days to come. The flipper in the 5’s lost his shares huh!
I never like it when a CEO posts non stop.
I’m so deeply sorry for those of you caught up in this today.
Hoping that you can make up your losses elsewhere.
My deepest sympathies to everyone who got bagged today.
I’m reading on StockTwits that market maker INTL is already showing up on L2 at $10!
Just saying.
$1m Dollar volume! Follow the money.

Closed over VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) which is 6.08 cents!
$CYXTQ Excellent summary article explaining the potential here.
A quick dive is as follows
1) Insiders own 79% of the outstanding shares.
2) That makes the float about 43m which as anyone can see from the trading pattern today has been steadily accumulated and is being held for way higher.
3) 39 companies signed an NDA (non disclosure agreement) to do a deep dive/analysis into the company.
4) Seven companies have expressed an interest in acquiring the company and it’s assets. Read that as bidding war about to break out!
5) The reason why the company is attracting so much attention is because it runs data centers.
6) The bidders can clearly see that buying the company’s assets for cents on the Dollar would save them many millions it would cost to add capacity from scratch and add significant capacity to their data centre holdings.
7) I’ve calculated that $2.77bn in assets divided by 180m Outstanding shares gives a net asset value of $15 per share!
You can see the potential

Nobody is saying that. What we are saying is that the net asset value per share is $15 at the moment.
So any one of the seven bidders making a really really low ball offer is clearly not going to be successful!

Hello my friend. Up 87% on 17m volume. So have we had the Golden Cross?
Something tells me that he’s not very happy at the moment!
Hmm who took the flipper in the 5’s out? Lol
Your wish has been granted! Lol
Yes so Monday of next week is the first deadline.
I went out for my evening stroll and saw it while I was out.
Hmm maybe the insiders are adding to their holdings?
Ah. I see dude - it’s usual to say this company “isn’t” going anywhere!
Anyway potato potaato!
Nope I think predictive text strikes again! Lol Had some funny typos myself last night talking to Low Float Lopes on Twitter! Lol
Net asset value of $15 a share tells me that it will go way higher. The buyer will instantly get all the capacity of their data centres to add to their own for pennies on the Dollar without the huge set up costs.
All of the 6 companies who’ve expressed an interest in buying the company already know how much money they could save buying out the company.
