ibox has been updated.
The thing most people don't realize is that Waste Recovery, Inc. was in the waste management business in the 1990s. Since the business was not doing well, they decided to go in another direction, i.e. Minxx and the adult entertainment industry. Waste Recovery, Inc. WAS a TX corporation, but now is in the process of becoming a NV corporation.
As for symbol changes...They don't happen overnight, and I would bet that Minxx/DR Entertainment have to do some housekeeping (i.e. organize financial statements regarding the 3rd party audit, and get the company ready to take on much more attention that comes with a symbol change).
They do not plan to reregister the company as SEC reporting until Q1 or Q2 of 2008, and I would also bet that they do not plan to change the symbol until then as well.
yes, minxx has applied, but the process is very complicated and slow. So knowing whether or not the application has been approved will take some time.
yes the mortgage has been successfully refinanced. Look up the last press release from about 2 weeks ago.
well the fact is that Minxx IS closely affiliated with Vivid. Look at the grand opening flyer...
it WAS a TX corporation
the two men in suits at the top of the ibox are of Susnar (left) and Chornomud (right).
Well normally you can have a bid/offer be the same, particularly the offer, since it may be convenient to fill an order in smaller segments which happens to be lots of 5000 shares, as you said.
Chart shows the last sales today (sorry about the image quality, but it's the best I could do as far as the print screen function goes):
American Idol, Blockbuster, NYSE Group, Starbucks, Ebay and even Rick's Cabaret all started as Pinkies.
my shares were worth a good bit more when I bought in. But I'm still sticking with this stock because I believe in the management, so I have more of a right than you do to share my opinion here. Rather than what you've done which is bitch and complain and bash and bitch etc etc etc.
It looks like the numbers are accurate, guys.
(est. MC)/(pps) = outstanding shares
$210,300/$0.0003 = 701,000,000 O/S
Realize that the market cap is only an estimate, so the number of outstanding shares could be 701,011,000 as stated in the ibox.
My interest in WRII is long term. I don't plan on flipping.
I delete posts that contain claims not backed by federal records and/or public statements.
I don't delete posts just because I don't agree with what the poster says.
King, to answer your question, I have talked to Susnar on two different occasions. He seems to be a good guy...quite a busy guy to say the least. They are working on several scenarios to solve the 'depreciation of the stock price' problem. He's a very straight forward guy. He told me that when they are ready they will release a press statement.
What do we know already? Susnar and Chornomud's track record. Both have built up very successful businesses. I think WRII is extremely undervalued and most definitly unappreciated by most traders out there.
but it's not the truth.
You haven't proven beyond a reasonable doubt whether this company is "diluting" shares, nor have you proven whether this is a scam or not. Until an official statement has been released associating WRII with these claims, it can't be proven, regardless of whether you like WRII or not. But rather than bitching about WRII, I think it would be more worth your while to send a tip to the SEC. They'll investigate and then we'll know.
Dilution is when management compensates an employee with shares of company stock. These sales have to be filed with the SEC. Dilution is NOT the selling of shares by the MM.
Now I thought you all could be nice while I was away, but look, you made delete all that negative banter. If it's not about Minxx/DR Entertainment then don't bother to post it.
see glen, this is exactly what I'm talking about.
good for you though, dancer. I'm still in this one with ya.
I think it's possible we could've traded the float this week. Think about it...say you're some joe shmoe off somewhere and you think WRII is gonna be your lotto ticket to fortune. You buy 1,250,000 shares at 0.0004. But you're probably not the only one...say 200 joes come along and think exactly the same thing. That makes for trading the entire float...and I'm pretty darn sure people aren't just gonna put 500 bucks on it either.
Now say joe gets tired of waiting and tries to sell 3 days later. Only joe shmoe gets very impatient waiting for his broker to sell his shares, and thus, joe drops his ask price to sell at a loss (thinking he'd better cut his losses and move on or the kids won't be having a good Christmas). Well, at this point you could trade the float several times, but it doesnt mean jack sh*t. Catch my drift?
I hear ya.
It's a little disappointing to see the pps drop like this even though you see the company doing a fantastic job promoting themselves. I think Susnar knows exactly what he's doing...it's that the traders out there don't. Traders see a Reg D filing and think dilution, which is incorrect to begin with. WRII was NOT a shell company, so it was perfectly OK for them to filing Reg D. Unlike ONMC which was a shell company; ONMC had to file their Reg D with a different CIK in order for it to be valid according to SEC regulations.
Dilution isn't happening here...The correct definition of dilution involves management of the company selling shares to employees as compensation, (i.e. wages/salary). I think Susnar and Chornomud have better things to do than sell 10,000,000 shares for $1000 bucks (which would be illegal anyway) especially when you see them promoting Minxx like they are.
lol thats funny =)
but seriously....simmah dow nahh
Maybe making the shareholders money is down the road a bit...
the number of authorized shares is:
701,011,000 + 1.5bil(retired; authorized but unissued)
201,011,000 shares in the float
I mentioned all of this in the ibox
I believe Susnar's words were something similar to "...Rick's rollup strategy we are trying to emulate"
I guess you're getting a lump of coal then huh..
no, your last post was a little off topic which is why it got deleted. We're not talking about who's a basher and who isn't....we're talking about minxx/dr entertainment.
Also, you don't know if he really went to Minxx or not. It's a little surprising to me that he knew about Minxx and yet HAD to look up how to get there in a PHONEBOOK! Apparently he didn't see the address as is normally written on a flyer like those at the top of the ibox.
As for advertizing, I think reading his post and then seeing a Vegas billboard (see ibox) is a little contradicting. At this point his entire credability is out the window, because thats TWO instances where he's contradicted himself. Also, how did he know about minxx in the first place if they aren't advertizing at all and he saw this messageboard AFTER he went to Minxx??? It just doesnt add up.
Hey king...have you been to minxx?
Hopefully there's nothing missing in the ibox now...finally...some things I added and some things were removed. It's all up-to-date now, so check it out if you feel compelled to.
well I've talked to people who live in vegas on craigslist, and they all really like Minxx a lot.
I still have the same position I had in this when it was at $0.01. I'm really optimistic about WRII. I keep thinking: why would a successful investment banker put his entire career on the line to make some shaft pinksheet traded company.
cool...
is there anything else that needs to be added to ibox guys??
let me know what you find.
lol
thats super interesting
ah much better...I updated the ibox with a somewhat better chart. =)
looks like the MACD is staring to turn around...
http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=WRII&p=D&b=5&g=0&i=t20448790568&r=838
you know damn right
haha
I warned ya about the hating guys didnt I... (ibox updated too)
Look, the reason you can trade 140mil shares and not see the price move is because the buyer doesnt move the bid up and the seller doesnt move the ask price. For example, if I want to sell you 140mil pairs of shoes for $1 and you agree to buy them for $1, I could sell you all 140mil of them...... BUT if I suddenly say Nike bought my business and now the shoes are worth $25 you'd have to agree to the price. In this case however, you'd buy them because you know Nike. Nobody knows Minxx yet. You can't expect to sell for more than 0.0004 ESPECIALLY if all the buyers think dilution is afoot here. Get the picture?
simmah ....simmah down guys
I think this one is a long term play. Nobody ever said that DR Entertainment was going to make you ~bling bling~ overnight.
100k @ .06.... oh come on
at least do .061 lol
weeeeeeeeeee
go go go lol weeeew!!
yeah there is.
negative there cap'n...
Since there were so many fraud cases in the late '80s involving small and microcap companies, rules for pinks are extremely strict now---even more so for pinks than for large and mega cap stocks.
Not to say that it's possible to get around the rules, but this company is legit. It just needs some time to get going. I mean, even Susnar himself, in his interview, said that it would be a great long-term investment.
its like I keep saying: people are selling this one because they're afraid of it tanking. And well...look what happened. Thats all. The MM didnt do it.
yeah...ok....happy kwanzaa lmao
so whats up with this piece? lol =P
