Look, the reason you can trade 140mil shares and not see the price move is because the buyer doesnt move the bid up and the seller doesnt move the ask price. For example, if I want to sell you 140mil pairs of shoes for $1 and you agree to buy them for $1, I could sell you all 140mil of them...... BUT if I suddenly say Nike bought my business and now the shoes are worth $25 you'd have to agree to the price. In this case however, you'd buy them because you know Nike. Nobody knows Minxx yet. You can't expect to sell for more than 0.0004 ESPECIALLY if all the buyers think dilution is afoot here. Get the picture?
