SPHS could be huge today! Watch it!
Were you able to get some CYTK shares today, 10nisman?
Up 13.68% on the day!
You're welcome!
IOTS exploding! Up 22%!
IOTS is exploding their IPO price! Up 22%!
To all Fidelity users, this is the message I just got on their website:
Trade Message
(009833) The symbol you entered is not a security that is traded by Fidelity. Please verify the symbol and re-enter your order or call a Fidelity representative at 1-800-544-6666.
Hopefully, by tomorrow morning it will be up and running.
Hell no they're not. They lost $21M or so last year, but legalization changes everything. A year from now, they could be turning huge profits.
I want to know what the CA lawyers know. Are they just fishing? What is the basis for their lawsuit, other than the fact that PHOT got halted?
They've been selling that grow system since the 1970s. People like it because it's real simple and self-contained. Is it the best in the world? Probably not, but it's hard to maintain a business model for decades if it is as bad as you say.
Maybe. These class actions could disappear in a minute if PHOT is cleared of any wrongdoing. We won't know until we know.
Ramming speed!!!
May not go to the greys? Oh, wouldn't that be nice!
I remember old High Times magazines from the 70s with Phototron being sold in them. If nothing else, the company's been around forever.
Some on this board would argue that simply by buying PHOT you have already committed investor suicide.
That's good news for me! I have Fidelity as well, even though I'm sitting tomorrow out, unless this thing gets north of fifty cents, which I doubt.
My guess is that due to not being able to trade this stock electronically, the day will move (or seem to) move very slowly. The slide could take all morning with the bounce not coming until later in the day, if at all.
But who knows.
I seriously doubt that.
Drawing hot smoke into your lungs will never be healthy, but I don't think it could possibly be any worse for you than some of those little yellow pills that Big Pharma's pimping.
I'm not buying. I'm not selling. Just waiting and seeing.
You should change your name to MikeBeth.
I won't be selling on the 25th, even if I could.
"I can't believe these exec's are that stupid."
Oh, you'd be surprised! People get strange for a little bit of change.
Regarding class action lawsuits:
You have two choices, opt out and get nothing or opt in get next to nothing. Opt in and you will probably get a coupon for $10 off your next Phototron.
The goods news is that your lawyer will probably get a new yacht out of the deal.
Do you think Sterling would trade me a Phototron for my 2000 shares?
My broker is Fidelity, also.
I've got about a thousand dollars tied up in this stock and don't intend to sell anytime soon, but the 25th is going to be ugly.
Probably. This is the only MJ stock I'm watching.
I'm sure there are A LOT of market sell orders in and that means people will be selling at whatever the market price is. Even if that means .01 or .0000000001.
All the dilution was one red flag.
OK. Why?
I could be wrong, but there will probably be so many sell orders waiting on the 25th that unless you've already got yours in, you'll be selling at something like .0001.
What do you ladies think?
So what can a company do when it ends up on the grays? Can they relist the stock under a different name? Declare bankruptcy? Do they have to stay on the grays forever? It seems that every company on the grays never gets off of them.
It is a well known secret that the only people who make money in a class action lawsuit are the lawyers. We will probably end up with a coupon for $10 off our next Phototron.
Hey everybody, I've been away for a couple of days. Did I miss anything?
Free Falling?
It looks like all MM stocks are cruising lower today. Nothing to worry about. As long as Putin doesn't invade Humboldt County and Janet Yellen keeps her pie-hole shut we should be fine.
MACD looking good!
Aren't all buys at the Ask? How do you buy at anything else? Do you mean that no one tried to buy at the Bid? Sorry for these newbie questions!
Thanks!
Mr. Bill
Wasn't there 2.03M in volume? Am I missing something?
Thanks!
Is there a secret to figuring out your code? PM me if you want, but keep up the great work!!!
Thanks again!!!
Did Dave Wange replace Steve Humphries?
This article names Dave as the CEO. Maybe that "flu" finally finished him off?

DealerAdvance and ADI sign agreement to integrate software
21st March 2008
By Staff Writer
DealerAdvance, a provider of business technology solutions to the automotive industry, has entered into a software bundling and re-sale relationship with ADI System of Calgary, Canada.
ADI System of Calgary provides dealerships and other automotive enterprises a mobile inventory management and inspection system, which the company claims is currently being used by nearly 70 pre-owned automotive dealers in North America.
The new agreement allows ADI and DealerAdvance (DLAV) to integrate the two software programs as one single software package, which allows used car dealers to both manage their inventory and their customer relationships in one platform.
Clint Stevens, business development manager of ADI, said: "We are very excited about working with DLAV. This new relationship opens up the doors to the more than 1,500 pre-owned dealers in Canada that have never been able to afford both a vehicle relationship management application and a customer relationship management (CRM) system."
Dave Wange, CEO of DLAV, said: "The addition of the existing ADI clients to the WebDA software alone could represent nearly $3 million a year in additional revenue for DLAV. Add to that the opportunity of the huge pre-owned USA dealer market and we could easily generate over $6 million in revenue as a result of this new partnership."
According to the company, WebDA is the newest iteration of DLAV's hand-held CRM application. The new hand-held application allows sales people and dealers to access their sales operation (daily appointments set, deals pending, deals closed, demonstrations, individual work plans, etc) on or off the lot, which allows management to view hour-by-hour activities of the dealership from virtually anywhere, anytime.
