Did Dave Wange replace Steve Humphries?

This article names Dave as the CEO. Maybe that "flu" finally finished him off?

DealerAdvance and ADI sign agreement to integrate software
21st March 2008
By Staff Writer

DealerAdvance, a provider of business technology solutions to the automotive industry, has entered into a software bundling and re-sale relationship with ADI System of Calgary, Canada.
ADI System of Calgary provides dealerships and other automotive enterprises a mobile inventory management and inspection system, which the company claims is currently being used by nearly 70 pre-owned automotive dealers in North America.

The new agreement allows ADI and DealerAdvance (DLAV) to integrate the two software programs as one single software package, which allows used car dealers to both manage their inventory and their customer relationships in one platform.

Clint Stevens, business development manager of ADI, said: "We are very excited about working with DLAV. This new relationship opens up the doors to the more than 1,500 pre-owned dealers in Canada that have never been able to afford both a vehicle relationship management application and a customer relationship management (CRM) system."

Dave Wange, CEO of DLAV, said: "The addition of the existing ADI clients to the WebDA software alone could represent nearly $3 million a year in additional revenue for DLAV. Add to that the opportunity of the huge pre-owned USA dealer market and we could easily generate over $6 million in revenue as a result of this new partnership."

According to the company, WebDA is the newest iteration of DLAV's hand-held CRM application. The new hand-held application allows sales people and dealers to access their sales operation (daily appointments set, deals pending, deals closed, demonstrations, individual work plans, etc) on or off the lot, which allows management to view hour-by-hour activities of the dealership from virtually anywhere, anytime.
